Therefore, an automatic feeding device for products of the type of extruding the PCB drill points is needed to be designed on the basis of the existing centerless grinding and receiving device, and multiple types and small-batch quick automatic processing of partial hard alloy drill point products can be met.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The linear vibration feeding mechanism 4 comprises a linear vibrator 41, a feeding check block 42, a material channel counting inductor 43 and a V-shaped PE material channel 44, and can effectively block poor products such as bending and deformation through the feeding check block 42, so that the products passing through the material channel PE are all normal products which can be processed; the linear vibrator 41 of the linear vibration feeding mechanism 4 can effectively push a drill point product to enter a machine tool for processing aiming at the characteristics of small, long, thin, bending, light weight and the like of the drill point; by the flexible use of the V-shaped PE material channel 44, the processing and switching of multi-specification drill point products can be realized.

The working principle of the present invention is explained as follows:
