a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (323) is contracted, and the roller feeding trolley (3) enables the roller to be abutted against the grinding surface of the grinding plate (22) under the traction of the hydraulic cylinder (323); the extension length of a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder (323) is adjusted through the pressure value of a pressure sensor (214), so that a set pressure value is formed between the roller and the grinding plate (22);

starting a rotating motor (7) and polishing the roller through a grinding plate (22);

step two, setting the roughness detection step of the roller;

Background

The rollers, also known as drums, are cylindrical parts which are divided into a drive roller and a driven roller. step one, polishing a set roller;

a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is contracted, and the roller feeding trolley is pulled by the hydraulic cylinder to enable the roller to be abutted against the grinding surface of the grinding plate; the extension length of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is adjusted through the pressure value of the pressure sensor, so that a set pressure value is formed between the roller and the grinding plate;

starting a rotating motor, and polishing the roller by a grinding plate;

step two, setting the roughness detection step of the roller;

step seven, when the roughness value of the roller is larger than a second set value, returning to the step six; when the roughness value of the roller is less than or equal to a second set value, executing a step eight;

and step eight, repeating the step six and the step seven until finishing the polishing of the roller.

According to the invention, the roller is moved in place by the roller conveying trolley 3 for polishing, so that the automation level during polishing is improved, the efficiency during polishing can be further improved, and the multiple polishing mechanisms 2 can realize polishing of the roller with multiple precisions.

As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the connection assembly 21 includes a mounting base cylinder 211, a spring 212, a plunger 213, a pressure sensor 214, and a connection seat 215.

One end of the insertion rod 213 is connected to the connection holder 215, the pressure sensor 214 is disposed between the insertion rod 213 and the connection holder 215, and the connection holder 215 is mounted on the grinding plate 22.

The other end of the inserted link 213 passes through the spring 212 and then extends into the jack on the mounting bottom cylinder 211, a limiting plate is arranged at one end of the inserted link 213 positioned in the jack, and a limiting ring matched with the limiting plate is arranged at the orifice of the jack.

It should be noted that, after the polishing surface of the polishing plate 22 abuts against the surface of the roller, the spring 212 is in a compressed state, a certain extrusion force exists between the polishing plate 22 and the roller, the force between the polishing plate 22 and the roller can be known according to the pressure sensor 214, and after the force is adjusted, the state between the polishing plate 22 and the roller can be changed, so that different polishing force of the roller can be realized, the polishing requirement of the roller can be met, and the polishing efficiency can be improved. Wherein, a polishing mechanism 2 can be provided with more than two groups of connecting components 21, thereby enabling the roller to be stressed uniformly and improving the stability of the roller during polishing. The number of the connecting members 21 in this embodiment is two.

As shown in fig. 6, the rotation mechanism of the present embodiment includes a lower clamping mechanism 4, a flat bearing 5, a rotation shaft 6, a rotation motor 7, a lifting mechanism 8, and an upper clamping mechanism 9.

The lower clamping mechanism 4 is mounted on a movable shaft ring of the plane bearing 5 through a connecting plate, a fixed shaft ring of the plane bearing 5 is mounted on the upper surface of the vehicle body 31, and the movable shaft ring is rotatably mounted on the fixed shaft ring.

The bottom of the connecting plate is provided with a rotating shaft 6, the rotating shaft 6 penetrates through the plane bearing 5 and then extends into the vehicle body 31, the rotating motor 7 is arranged in the vehicle body 31, and an output shaft of the rotating motor 7 is connected with the rotating shaft 6.

The lifting mechanism 8 is arranged on one side of the plane bearing 5, a horizontal connecting rod is arranged at the upper end of the lifting mechanism 8, an upper clamping mechanism 9 is arranged at the end part of the horizontal connecting rod, and the upper clamping mechanism 9 and the lower clamping mechanism 4 are respectively used for fixing two ends of the roller.

It should be noted that, the upper clamping mechanism 9 and the horizontal link are connected in a rotating manner, the lower clamping mechanism 4 and the upper clamping mechanism 9 have the same structure, the lower clamping mechanism 4 and the upper clamping mechanism 9 can adopt a clamp type clamping structure, the lower clamping mechanism 4 and the upper clamping mechanism 9 need to ensure that the axis of the roller in the rotating process is in the vertical direction, and the maximum moving distance of the axis of the roller in the horizontal direction in the rotating process is within a set error range.

An output shaft of the rotating motor 7 drives the rotating shaft 6 to rotate, the rotating shaft 6 drives the moving shaft ring to rotate through the connecting plate, and the moving shaft ring drives the roller to rotate through the lower clamping mechanism 4, so that the roller is rotated. The upper clamping mechanism 9 can make the roller more stable when rotating and make the side wall of the roller evenly stressed when polishing.

The lifting mechanism 8 can adjust the height thereof, so that the rotating mechanism can be adapted to rollers with different lengths, and the application range of the polishing device is widened.

In this embodiment, the output shaft of the rotating electrical machine 7 is connected to one end of a coupling 11 through a transmission assembly 10, and the other end of the coupling 11 is connected to the rotating shaft 6.

The transmission assembly 10 includes a transmission gear, a driven bevel gear, and a driving bevel gear provided on an output shaft of the rotating electric machine 7.

The motor is horizontally arranged, the driving bevel gear is meshed with the driven bevel gear, the driven bevel gear is meshed with the transmission gear, and the transmission gear, the rotating shaft 6 and the coupler 11 are coaxially arranged.

It should be noted that the transmission assembly 10 can be used for connecting the horizontally arranged motor and the vertically arranged rotating shaft 6 in a transmission manner, so as to realize the transmission of the rotating torque. The coupling 11 is used to compensate axial and radial displacements of the rotating shaft 6, thus improving the dynamic performance of the transmission part and further improving the reliability of the device.

In this embodiment, a roughness detection mechanism is installed on one side of the lifting mechanism 8, and the roughness detection mechanism includes a roughness meter 12, a rotating support 13, and a lifting base 14.

The coarseness gauge 12 is installed on the rotating support 13, the rotating support 13 drives the coarseness gauge 12 to rotate horizontally, the probe of the coarseness gauge 12 contacts with the side wall of the roller after the coarseness gauge 12 rotates to the position, and the rotating support 13 is installed on the lifting base 14.

It should be noted that the rotating support 13 includes a base and a driving assembly, the base is rotatably installed on the lifting base 14, the driving assembly is fixed on the lifting base 14, and the driving assembly drives the base to rotate. The lifting base 14 can adopt an electric lifting rod, and the lifting base 14 can realize the measurement of the roughness of the roller at different positions.

When the roughness meter 12 is not used, the rotating support 13 rotates to the side, so that the roughness meter 12 is prevented from influencing the polishing of the roller. The rotating support 13 drives the roughness meter 12 to rotate horizontally, the probe of the roughness meter 12 is contacted with the side wall of the roller after the roughness meter 12 rotates to the position, and the probe of the roughness meter 12 slightly slides over the surface of the roller, so that the roughness value of the surface of the roller can be measured.

In this embodiment, the positioning mechanism 32 further includes a hydraulic cylinder 323 disposed on the vehicle body 31, a positioning block 324 is disposed at an end of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 323, a through groove 325 is disposed on an upper surface of the positioning block 324, and a center line of the through groove 325 is perpendicular to a movement direction of the piston rod.

The polishing table 1 is provided with a locking mechanism, and the locking mechanism includes a ferrule 110, a stepping motor 120, and a locking plate 130. The ferrule 110 includes a connector 111 and ring bosses 112 provided at both end circumferences of the connector 111.

The stepping motor 120 is disposed in a locking mechanism mounting hole provided in a side wall of the polishing platen 1, and an orifice of the locking mechanism mounting hole is provided with a butting ring 140.

An output shaft of the stepping motor 120 extends into a motor shaft hole arranged at one end of the connecting piece 111, a key on the inner wall of the motor shaft hole is clamped in a key groove on the output shaft of the stepping motor 120, the other end of the connecting piece 111 penetrates through the abutting ring 140 and then is connected to the locking plate 130, and ring platforms 112 at two ends of the connecting piece 111 are respectively clamped at two sides of the abutting ring 140. Stepper motor 120 drives rotation of lock plate 130 through ferrule 110.

As shown in fig. 3, the locking plate 130 is a circular plate with a notch, and the side of the locking plate 130 away from the notch is used to cooperate with the through slot 325.

It should be noted that the extending direction of the key groove on the output shaft of the stepping motor 120 is the same as the axial direction of the output shaft, so that the output shaft of the stepping motor 120 can slide laterally in a certain range relative to the connecting member 111, and the rotation of the locking plate 130 driven by the stepping motor 120 is not affected. A coupling with axial displacement compensation can be additionally arranged to realize the function.

After the locking plate 130 is close to the through groove 325, the locking plate 130 is rotated to clamp the side of the locking plate 130 away from the notch in the through groove 325. Further, the roll feeding cart 3 and the polishing table 1 can be fixed relatively, the distance between the roll feeding cart 3 and the polishing table 1 can be changed by extending or shortening the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 323, and at this time, one side of the abutment ring 140 abuts against the ring table 112 on the side of the connecting member 111, so that the problem that the output shaft of the stepping motor 120 bears the pulling force or pushing force caused by the piston rod can be avoided.

After the distance between the roller feeding trolley 3 and the polishing workbench 1 is changed, the extrusion force between the grinding plate 22 and the rollers can be adjusted, thereby realizing different grinding force.

In this embodiment, a guide groove 15 is provided on one side of the polishing mechanism 2 away from the polishing table 1, and the guide grooves 15 corresponding to the plurality of polishing mechanisms 2 are communicated through a connecting groove 16.

The positioning mechanism 32 further includes a guide wheel 322 disposed at the bottom of the vehicle body 31, the guide wheel 322 is a universal wheel, and the guide wheel 322 is located in the guide slot 15 or the connecting slot 16.

It should be noted that the guide wheel 322 can slide in the guide groove 15 or the connecting groove 16, so the roller feeding trolley 3 can run along the track of the guide groove 15 or the connecting groove 16 under the action of the guide wheel 322, and the guide wheel 322 and the position sensor 321 can accurately guide the running direction of the roller feeding trolley 3, so as to move the roller to the polishing surface of the setting polishing plate 22.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the method for using the roller surface polishing apparatus includes the following steps:

step one, polishing the set roller.

The roll feeding carriage 3 is moved by the moving mechanism 33, the guide wheel 322 moves in the guide groove 15 or the coupling groove 16, and the roll feeding carriage 3 approaches the polishing mechanism 2 under the guidance of the position sensor 321.

The position of the roller feeding trolley 3 is adjusted to enable the through groove 325 of the positioning block 324 to be positioned under the locking plate 130, and the locking plate 130 is rotated through the stepping motor 120 to enable one side of the locking plate 130 to be clamped in the through groove 325.

The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 323 is contracted, and the roller-feeding cart 3 brings the roller into contact with the polishing surface of the polishing plate 22 under the traction of the hydraulic cylinder 323. The extension length of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 323 is adjusted by the pressure value of the pressure sensor 214, so that a set pressure value is formed between the roller and the grinding plate 22.

The rotary motor 7 is activated to polish the roll by the grinding plate 22.

And step two, setting the roughness detection step of the roller.

The roughmeter 12 is moved to a set height by the elevating base 14, and then the roughmeter 12 is rotated by the rotating support 13, so that the probe of the roughmeter 12 is in contact with the side wall of the roller, and the roughness of the roller is detected by the roughmeter 12.

The coarseness gauge 12 may perform multiple detections of coarseness at different locations of the roll.

And step three, mounting the roller to be polished on the rotating mechanism through the upper clamping mechanism 9 and the lower clamping mechanism 4.

And step four, polishing the rollers by the leftmost polishing mechanism 2.

And step five, returning to the step four when the roughness value of the roller is larger than the first set value. And when the roughness value of the roller is less than or equal to the first set value, executing a sixth step.

And step six, polishing the rollers by the polishing mechanism 2 adjacent to the right side.

And step seven, returning to the step six when the roughness value of the roller is larger than a second set value. And when the roughness value of the roller is less than or equal to the second set value, executing the step eight.

And step eight, repeating the step six and the step seven until finishing the polishing of the roller.

The polishing device has the advantages that the polishing process of the roller is slow, and the roller can be automatically polished by the polishing device, so that the polishing efficiency of the roller is improved, and the burden of workers is reduced.

The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same or similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments.
