1. A perennial root sugarcane stumping machine, comprising:
a frame;
the stubble leveling cutter body is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the rack and is driven to rotate by the gearbox;
the depth limiting roller is arranged on the rack in a height-adjustable mode and is positioned behind the stubble leveling cutter body; and
and the crushing cutter bodies are arranged on the rack and are positioned at the left side and the right side of the stubble leveling cutter bodies, wherein a crushing cavity is defined between the stubble leveling cutter bodies and the crushing cutter bodies.
2. The ratoon sugarcane stumping machine of claim 1, wherein the stumping cutter body comprises:
the upper ends of the two stubble leveling cutter shafts are connected with the bottom of the rack in a rotatable mode, the two stubble leveling cutter shafts are arranged oppositely left and right, and the two stubble leveling cutter shafts are driven to rotate through the gearbox;
the two stubble leveling cutter discs are respectively connected with the lower end of one stubble leveling cutter shaft, and each stubble leveling cutter disc is uniformly provided with a plurality of stubble leveling cutters along the axial direction; and
the plurality of crushing movable cutters are arranged on each stubble leveling cutter shaft in the axial direction of the stubble leveling cutter shaft, and the plurality of crushing movable cutters are located above the corresponding stubble leveling cutter heads.
3. The ratoon sugarcane stumping machine of claim 1, wherein the crushing cutter body comprises:
the two crushing plates are arranged on the rack and are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the stubble leveling cutter body; and
the crushing device comprises a plurality of crushing fixed cutters, wherein a plurality of crushing fixed cutters are uniformly arranged on the inner side surface of each crushing plate, and each crushing fixed cutter on each crushing plate is opposite to the corresponding stubble leveling cutter body in the left-right direction.

The ratoon sugarcane stumping machine of claim 3, wherein a mudguard is disposed at a rear end of each smashing plate, the left mudguard is disposed at a rear end of the smashing plate at a left side and at a left side of the depth limiting roller, and the right mudguard is disposed at a rear end of the smashing plate at a right side and at a right side of the depth limiting roller.
5. The ratoon sugarcane stumping machine of claim 1, wherein the depth limiting roller comprises:
the front end of the frame body is arranged on the frame in a height adjustable mode; and
and the rollers are rotatably arranged at the rear end of the frame body, and the axes of the rollers are distributed along the left and right directions.
6. The ratoon sugarcane stubble cutting machine of claim 1, further comprising a fertilizer application device mounted on the frame above the stubble cutting blade body.
7. The ratoon sugarcane stumping machine of claim 6, wherein the fertilizing device comprises:
the fertilizer box is arranged on the rack and positioned above the stubble leveling cutter body, and a first discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the fertilizer box;
the rotary table is rotatably arranged on the rack and positioned below the fertilizer box, a cylindrical cavity with an open top is arranged in the rotary table, the first discharge port is positioned at the upper part of the cavity, a cone frustum positioned in the first discharge port is arranged in the cavity, a gap for fertilizer to flow out is reserved between the cone frustum and the first discharge port, and the rotary table is driven to rotate by a fertilizer mechanism; and
and the scraping plate is arranged at the rear side of the fertilizer box, the bottom of the scraping plate is positioned in the cavity, and a second discharge hole is formed in the outer side of the scraping plate.
