Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a ginseng cooking device includes a cooking box 1, a box door 2, a tray 3, a support plate 4 and a condensation reflux device 5, wherein the cooking box 1 is a cavity structure with an opening at one side, the box door 2 is connected to the opening side of the cooking box 1, the tray 3 is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the cooking box 1, a steam heating cavity 6 is formed between the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the cooking box 1 and the tray 3, the support plate 4 is arranged at the upper end of the tray 3, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the support plate 4, and the condensation reflux device 5 is connected between the cooking box 1 and the tray 3;

a steam inlet 60 and a steam outlet 61 are arranged at the steam heating cavity 6 of the cooking box 1, and second valves are arranged on the steam inlet 60 and the steam outlet 61;
