Background

The ginseng is cleaned and then needs to be sent into a cooking box for cooking, the ginseng is placed into the cooking box in the traditional cooking, steam of other external boilers is directly input into the cooking box to heat the ginseng, iron rust can be generated when the boiler burns for a long time and is heated, the iron rust can flow into the cooking box along with steam, after the ginseng is cooked and cooled, the steam in the cooking box is condensed into water drops which fall on the surface of the ginseng and the inside of the cooking box and can influence the value of the ginseng, meanwhile, influence substances generated in the process of cooking the ginseng are contained in the water drops formed by condensation, the nutrition substances need to be recovered by a method, and the ginseng can be made into a mask or other nutritional oral liquid.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a ginseng cooking device, which is used for solving the technical problems that in the background technology, iron rust flows into a cooking box along with steam, when ginseng is cooked and cooled, the steam in the cooking box is condensed into water drops which fall on the surface of the ginseng and the inside of the cooking box and influence the value of the ginseng after falling on the surface of the ginseng, and meanwhile, the water drops formed by condensation contain some influence substances generated in the process of cooking the ginseng, so that the nutrient substances need to be recovered by a method.

A ginseng cooking device comprises a cooking box, a box door, a tray, a supporting plate and a condensation reflux device, wherein the cooking box is of a cavity structure with an opening on one side, the box door is connected with the opening side of the cooking box, the tray is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the cooking box, a steam heating cavity is formed between the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the cooking box and the tray, the supporting plate is arranged at the upper end of the tray, a plurality of through holes are formed in the supporting plate, and the condensation reflux device is connected between the cooking box and the tray;

a steam inlet and a steam outlet are arranged at the steam heating cavity of the cooking box, and second valves are arranged on the steam inlet and the steam outlet;

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a ginseng cooking device includes a cooking box 1, a box door 2, a tray 3, a support plate 4 and a condensation reflux device 5, wherein the cooking box 1 is a cavity structure with an opening at one side, the box door 2 is connected to the opening side of the cooking box 1, the tray 3 is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the cooking box 1, a steam heating cavity 6 is formed between the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the cooking box 1 and the tray 3, the support plate 4 is arranged at the upper end of the tray 3, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the support plate 4, and the condensation reflux device 5 is connected between the cooking box 1 and the tray 3;

a steam inlet 60 and a steam outlet 61 are arranged at the steam heating cavity 6 of the cooking box 1, and second valves are arranged on the steam inlet 60 and the steam outlet 61;

The working principle and the using process of the embodiment are as follows:

referring to fig. 1 to 7, cleaned and sorted ginseng is placed inside a ginseng basket, the ginseng basket is sequentially placed on a feeding trolley 7, then the feeding trolley 7 is lifted to a certain height by using a portable traction lifting vehicle or a forklift, wheels of the feeding trolley 7 are placed on a slideway 8, the slideway 8 has a fixed function on the feeding trolley 7, and all ginseng in the feeding trolley 7 can be pushed into a cooking box 1, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the ginseng basket is described as follows: the ramp 8 is flat and does not take into account the problem of the inclined condition.
