Technical Field

Background

At present, the manufacturing method of the stainless steel quick-opening valve core water outlet hole mainly comprises the steps of wire cutting, milling by a milling machine or installing a saw blade saw on a power head of a numerical control lathe. This series of processes has the following drawbacks: the processing speed is slow, the cutter is seriously abraded, the cost is high, and the burrs of the product cannot be removed.

In addition, in the prior art, the water outlet hole of the valve core is a transverse hole formed in the radial direction of the valve core, and the radial curved surface has large radian, so that the valve core is easy to deform due to uneven stress during processing.

The method can solve the problems of low processing speed, high cost, serious cutter abrasion, incapability of removing product burrs and easy deformation during processing caused by the fact that the existing water outlet is provided with a transverse hole along the radial direction in the existing method for manufacturing the water outlet of the valve core.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention adopts the stamping process for punching the stamping die, has high processing speed, small cutter abrasion and negligible burr.

2. The invention changes the hole opening direction of the water outlet hole of the valve core from a radial transverse hole to an axial vertical hole, changes the punching surface from a large curved surface to a nearly planar small curved surface, has uniform punching force, is easier to punch products, and greatly reduces the deformation generated during punching.

3. The invention changes the position of the water outlet hole of the valve core from the original cross section of the center of the positioning groove of the ceramic still piece to the position beside the positioning groove, approaches the positioning groove as much as possible, but does not wash the positioning groove. The positioning of the ceramic stator is not influenced, and the water yield of the product is ensured to be not reduced.

In order to solve the problem that radial holes are easy to deform the valve core during processing, the length direction of the punched hole 4 is in the axial direction of the die 3.

In order to fix the valve core without sliding and shifting during processing, the mold 3 comprises a positioning groove 5, and the positioning groove 5 is matched with the valve core switch positioning lug 9 and is positioned at the end of the mold 3.

Because the valve core has two symmetrical apopores, the constant head tank 5 has two, and the symmetric distribution is in 3 end level both sides in the mould.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the present invention further provides a valve core, which includes a hexagonal cap 6, a flange 7, a thread 8, a pair of switch positioning protrusions 9 symmetrically distributed, a pair of ceramic stator positioning grooves 10 symmetrically distributed, and a pair of water outlet holes 11 symmetrically distributed, wherein the water outlet holes 11 are formed according to the stamping method.

For processing convenience, the valve core is not deformed due to punching, and the length direction of the water outlet hole 11 is in the axial direction of the valve core.

In order to avoid breaking the ceramic still image positioning groove 10 during processing, the distance between the water outlet hole 11 and the ceramic still image positioning groove 10 is 1.5 mm.

The invention also provides a faucet comprising the valve core.
