Technical Field

Background
The vacuum forming is a vacuum adsorption thermoforming technology, a female die or a male die is utilized to carry out vacuum adsorption forming on a plastic master slice and then blanking the plastic master slice into a plurality of individual products, and the field of the vacuum forming and blanking is mainly divided into two modes of integral online punching and sectional online punching to achieve full-automatic online punching. At present, the pull tab mechanism of the sectional type automatic blister punching end in the industry adopts a lower power pressing wheel structure, is combined into a group by being assisted with an upper non-power pressing wheel structure, and forms an extrusion transmission type pull tab structure by a left group and a right group. In order to provide enough power for pulling the sheet, the width of the upper and lower pressing wheels must be increased, for example, the width of the wheel surface of the lower power pressing wheel structure is more than 20 mm, usually 30-50 mm, when manufacturing a plastic suction molding product, two ends of a mother sheet material to be punched are placed on the left and right power pressing wheels, the upper non-power wheel is closed tightly by a pneumatic type, the lower power pressing wheel provides power for the pulling sheet, and the closed upper non-power wheel and the lower power pressing wheel guide the material to move forward.
Because of adopting unilateral power relation, the phenomenon that the plastic master piece slips easily appears, and the phenomenon comes from through research: 1. the method comprises the following steps of (1) filling embossing on a lower power pressing wheel for providing friction force, which is easily influenced by filling of plastic material friction scraps to cause a sliding phenomenon of a pull piece, (2) enabling smooth hard materials to easily slide during high-speed pull piece to cause inaccurate pull piece, and (3) adopting a wider pressing wheel size between the upper pressing wheel and the lower pressing wheel in the prior art scheme, which is easy to cause abnormal conditions of material deviation and displacement, wherein the reason is that after the materials are heated and formed, the plastic suction sheets shrink to cause that two ends of the materials cannot be regular and tidy, so that good friction extrusion force can be brought only by adopting an upper wide pressing wheel and a lower wide pressing wheel, the linear motion directionality of the clamped materials is relatively seriously influenced, and once the edges of the materials are uneven and irregular, the material deviation phenomenon is easily caused during pull piece motion to influence the material conveying accuracy.
Regarding the prior art of plastic suction blanking, the applicant discloses a linkage blanking system in chinese patent publication No. CN106041322B, which mainly includes a blanking machine system and a material receiving system, and realizes efficient and flexible work through the cooperation of the blanking machine system and the material receiving system. The main progress point lies in that the below of the last hydraulic plate of hydraulic pressure clicker is provided with the cutting die structure, and the cutting die structure includes cutting die adsorption plate, and cutting die adsorption plate adsorbs there is the laser cutting die.

Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a sheet pulling-on piece traction apparatus and method for a blister on-line press, which can obtain the stability of the movement of the whole pulling-on piece and the reliability of the accurate pulling-on piece, and can be applied to the field of blister automation production, so as to realize a mechanical structure for pulling the pulling-on piece on the material during the automatic punching process, and reduce the operation of repositioning and adjusting the tape winding or stopping the machine for correction. In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a blister on-line press apparatus using the pull tab pulling device or method.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

By adopting the first basic technical scheme, the upper and lower double driving structures of the double-side power pressing wheel structure are utilized to provide conveying friction force for the upper and lower surfaces of the side rail area of the tape-type material at the receiving side, the traction guide groove mechanism can provide limiting force for the material in the directions from left to right to the two sides of the track to be larger than the steering force of the material between the upper power pressing wheel and the lower power pressing wheel, the discharging conveying mechanism only needs to provide material traction pulling force and does not need to bear the main guiding function, if the edge part of the blister material is uneven and irregular, the phenomenon of material deviation is not easy to occur when the blister material is used for pulling piece movement, the material conveying accuracy can be improved, and the upper power pressing wheel can be in a narrow pressing wheel shape in application.
The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the upper power pinch roller is in a narrow pinch roller shape, the width of the roller surface of the upper power pinch roller is 2-10 mm, preferably 4-6 mm, or/and the traction guide groove mechanism comprises a guide bottom plate and a guide pressing plate, the guide pressing plate and the guide bottom plate have a plate extending direction consistent with the tape coiling conveying direction, and the tape coiling type materials in conveying are pressed and contacted up and down by the guide pressing plate and the plate edge of the guide bottom plate.
By adopting the preferred technical scheme, the problem that the roll-type material is biased due to the fact that the upper power pressing wheel presses the uneven and irregular empty areas or gap areas at the edges of the plastic-absorbing material can be solved by utilizing the specific wheel surface width range of the upper power pressing wheel, or/and the limiting force of the traction guide groove mechanism in the left and right directions of the material to the two sides of the track is larger than the steering force of the material between the upper power pressing wheel and the lower power pressing wheel by utilizing the specific forms of the guide bottom plate and the guide pressing plate.
The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the blanking conveying track comprises a non-planar supporting track and a clamping top track arranged on the supporting track, and is used for clamping the side rail area edge of the tape-type material.
By adopting the preferable technical scheme, the edges of the side rail areas of the roll-type materials can be clamped by utilizing the specific structure of the blanking conveying track, so that the roll-type materials are prevented from falling off the blanking conveying track in the conveying process.
The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the feeding guide mechanism also comprises a second lifting driving device for driving the traction guide groove mechanism to lift, and the traction guide groove mechanism and the bilateral power pressing wheel structure are in lifting linkage with the blanking conveying track and form synchronous lifting movement capable of being elastically pressed and used for avoiding materials during blanking.
By adopting the preferable technical scheme, the traction guide groove mechanism, the double-side power pressing wheel structure and the blanking conveying rail are in lifting linkage by utilizing the first lifting driving device, the second lifting driving device and the connection relation of the first lifting driving device and the second lifting driving device with the blanking conveying rail, and the blanking conveying rail can avoid materials and the blanking device when materials are blanked.
The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the double-side power pressing wheel structure further comprises a second limiting piece which is connected with the base in a laterally adjustable interval mode, and the second limiting piece is further connected with the other end of the blanking conveying track.
By adopting the preferred technical scheme, the lateral adjustable space of the blanking conveying rails positioned at two sides can be realized by utilizing the connection relation of the first limiting part and the second limiting part, so that the reel-type objects with different widths or with width change after plastic suction molding can be conveyed.
The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the device comprises a guide base plate, a guide pressing plate, a traction guide groove mechanism and a sensor, wherein the guide base plate and the guide pressing plate are both provided with structures with adjustable lateral distance, the guide pressing plate can move in a lifting mode relative to the guide base plate, the sensor is arranged on the edge of a baffle and used for searching the position of a boss of the rolled material in conveying so as to position the rolled material in a segmented conveying mode, and preferably, the sensor is an optical sensor.
