The upper ends of the two sliding rods 401 are fixedly provided with vertical rods 406, the inner sides of the vertical rods 406 are provided with guide grooves 407, a plurality of adjusting holes 409 are formed in the guide grooves 407, the two ends of the upper plate 501 are arranged in the guide grooves 407, the two ends of the upper plate 501 are provided with connecting holes matched with the adjusting holes 409, and the upper plate 501 is arranged in the guide grooves 407 through bolts. Therefore, the position of the clamping mechanism 5 can be adjusted to adapt to the charging barrels 3 with different heights.
