2. An automated semi-finished snack processing vehicle according to claim 1 wherein said heating means (6) is a set of fuel-fired steam generator, oil supply system (16) and power generation system;

the oil supply system (16) is positioned in the carriage (2);

the power generation system is used for supplying power to the whole vehicle without municipal power supply input in a parking state and is arranged on a vehicle chassis (1).

3. An automated semi-finished snack processing vehicle according to claim 2 wherein said carriage (2) is divided into a front portion, a middle portion and a rear portion;

the intelligent steaming cabinet (4) is positioned at the front part of the carriage (2), and the intelligent steaming cabinet (4) is used for processing rice and steamed bread staple food or heating fast food, steaming vegetables and disinfecting tableware;

the packaging equipment (5) is positioned opposite to the intelligent steaming cabinet (4), and the packaging equipment (5) is positioned at the front part and the middle part of the carriage (2); the packaging equipment (5) is used for automatically subpackaging the processed food;

the at least one set of intelligent cooking equipment (3) is positioned opposite to the packaging equipment (5), and the at least one set of intelligent cooking equipment (3) is positioned in the middle of the carriage (2);

the refrigerated cabinet (7) is positioned at the rear part of the carriage (2), and the refrigerated cabinet (7) is used for keeping food fresh and storing food;

the water supply system (8) and the oil supply system (16) are positioned at the rear part of the carriage (2);

the water supply system (8) and the oil supply system (16) are located opposite the refrigerated cabinet (7).

4. An automated semi-finished snack processing vehicle according to claim 1 wherein said heating means (6) is a generator set.

5. An automated semi-finished snack processing vehicle according to claim 4 wherein said generator set is 65 kw.

6. An automated semi-finished snack processing vehicle according to claim 5 wherein said carriage (2) is divided into a front portion, a middle portion and a rear portion;

the at least one set of intelligent cooking equipment (3) is positioned at the front part of the carriage (2) and the packaging equipment (5);

the packaging equipment (5) is located on one side of the rear portion of the carriage (2), and the intelligent steaming cabinet (4), the refrigerating cabinet (7), the water supply system (8) and the disinfection and sterilization device (9) are located on the other side of the rear portion of the carriage (2).

7. An automated semi-finished snack processing vehicle according to claim 1 wherein the body (2) is used for mounting equipment and providing space for cooking operations, being a wall structure.

8. An automated semi-finished snack processing vehicle according to claim 7 wherein the outer skin of the vehicle body (2) is made of rust-proof aluminium sheet and the inner core is made of heat-insulating core material.

9. The automated semi-finished snack processing cart of claim 7 wherein said insulating core is a high density flame retardant polyurethane foam.

10. An automated finished snack processing method according to claim 1, wherein said processing method comprises the following steps:

a large number of specific dish cooking programs are preset in the intelligent cooking equipment (3) in advance, and the specific cooking programs comprise cooking time, firepower intensity of each stage, an inclination angle and a rotating speed of a pot;

the cooked dishes include more than 100 kinds of fried beef fillet and fried shredded potatoes;

the dishes are generally large packages, are divided into 5kg, 15kg and 20kg according to different specifications, and are provided with dish codes or bar codes;

the dishes transported to the site and the bar codes on the intelligent cooking equipment (3) are subjected to code scanning configuration or the dish codes are directly input;

the semi-finished product raw materials are matched with a preset drive program in the intelligent cooking device (3), and the semi-finished product is manually fed into the intelligent cooking device (3) to start an automatic cooking process;

after frying, the dishes are moved to a packaging device (5);

hot food is automatically subpackaged by subpackaging equipment, and the hot food can be subpackaged into single or multiple parts as required;

the fan, the smoke exhaust ventilator, the air conditioner and the disinfection and sterilization device are respectively arranged at the top of the carriage;

and the processing vehicle is provided with a heating device for providing energy for the intelligent cooking equipment and the intelligent steaming cabinet.

the oil supply system is positioned in the carriage;

the power generation system is used for supplying power to the whole vehicle without municipal power supply input in a parking state, and is arranged on a vehicle chassis.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the semi-finished product is processed by adopting the automatic cooking robot, so that the traffic inconvenience and the capability of guaranteeing the food supply in the field environment are reduced, the labor intensity is reduced, field processing personnel are reduced, and the semi-finished product can be movably arranged;

further: the electric heating device has the advantages that the electric heating device is used for the whole vehicle by taking electric energy as a main heat source, and has no need of pipeline connection of oil passages, gas passages and the like, flexible layout, high heat efficiency and high heating speed.
