Background

In the spinning production process of chemical fiber filaments, oiling is needed to improve the wear resistance, antistatic property, colorability and level-dyeing property of fibers; in the prior art, the oiling is performed by an oiling device. The embodiment of the application provides a spinning oiling system, and solves the technical problem that the spinning oil utilization rate is low in the prior art; the technical effects of recycling the spinning oil product with high quality and improving the utilization rate of the oil product are achieved.

Further, a liquid level meter 17 is arranged in the oil tank 1 and used for monitoring the oil quantity in real time and maintaining the relative stability of the oil. The liquid level meter 17 can be simply used for displaying or recording liquid level changes, and can also be connected with the control of the whole oil supply source to form a feedback control structure, so that the stability of the oil storage amount is ensured. In this embodiment, the float switch 8 is arranged in the liquid storage tank 13, and other specific liquid level meters are not excluded, so that the liquid level is monitored in real time and fed back to an upper control system, and the oil product is supplemented and controlled.

In this embodiment, the temperature control device 14 includes: a temperature sensor 18 and a water-cooled heat exchanger 19; the water-cooling heat exchanger 19 is arranged in the liquid storage tank 13 and is used for avoiding overhigh temperature of the circulating oil product through the heat exchange of circulating water. The temperature sensor 18 is arranged in the liquid storage tank 13 and used for monitoring the temperature of the oil product in real time; in order to facilitate the intuitive understanding of the oil temperature, a temperature display screen is arranged in the temperature sensor 18 so as to guide field personnel to understand the working conditions.

Further, an automatic control structure can be formed, specifically, the temperature control device 14 is further provided with a temperature controller, the temperature sensor 18 and the water-cooling heat exchanger 19 are respectively connected with the temperature controller, the oil temperature is monitored in real time and transmitted back to the temperature controller, and the temperature controller controls the flow of the water-cooling heat exchanger 19 to realize temperature control through comparison.

The oil supply line structure 2 includes: an oil supply pipe 21 and a circulation pump 22; both ends of the oil supply pipe 21 are respectively connected with the oil supply port 11 of the oil tank 1 and the oiling device 3; the circulation pump 22 is provided on the oil supply pipe 21.

It is worth mentioning that an oil supply valve 23 is arranged on the oil supply pipe 21 at the oil inlet side of the circulation pump 22, and an oil supply valve 24 is arranged at the oil inlet side of the oiling device 3.

Meanwhile, a drain pipe is led out from the oil supply port 11, and a drain valve 25 is arranged for draining dirty oil.

Similarly, the return line structure 4 includes: an oil return pipe; two ends of the oil return pipe are respectively connected with an oil return port 12 of the oil tank 13 and the oiling device 3; the filtering structure 5 is arranged on the oil return pipe.

Further, the filter structure 5 includes: a rough filter 51 and a filter screen 52;

the rough filtering filter 51 and the filter screen 52 are sequentially arranged on the oil return pipeline structure 4 along the oil return direction, and respectively aim at solid impurities, flying floc, gel and other impurities.

It should be noted that a system controller can be further configured for unified control, that is, the system controller is connected to the temperature control device 14, the circulating pump 22, the oiling device 3, and the liquid level meter 17, so as to realize unified control of the oil supply flow, the oil temperature, and the liquid level.
