The guide mechanism is provided with a guide seat 8-2, a guide sleeve 8-1, a guide slide block 8-3 and a guide slide block adjusting screw 8-4, the guide seat is installed on the fixed table board, the guide slide block is located in the guide seat, the guide slide block can slide up and down relative to the guide seat, the guide sleeve is installed in the guide slide block, the bottom of the guide slide block adjusting screw is connected with the guide slide block, the middle part of the guide slide block adjusting screw is in threaded fit with the top plate of the guide seat, and the upper part of the guide slide block adjusting screw is provided with an adjusting handle. When steel pipes with different specifications are processed, the adjusting handle is rotated to adjust the upper and lower positions of the guide sleeve, so that the guide sleeve corresponds to the position of the steel pipe.

When the device works, a steel pipe is firstly placed into the V-shaped grooves of the two steel pipe fixing mechanisms, the left end of the steel pipe abuts against the right end face of the guide sleeve, the purpose of axial positioning is achieved, a weld in the steel pipe needs to be positioned above the weld, and the steel pipe is tightly pressed by the quick pressing clamp; the motor rotates, the screw nut is driven by the transmission mechanism, the screw nut drives the pull rod to move right until the pull rod extends out of the right end of the steel pipe, and the motor stops; the pull rod and the scar scraping cutter rod are connected, the motor rotates reversely, the nut is driven by the transmission mechanism, the pull rod is driven by the nut to drive the scar scraping cutter rod to move left until the scar scraping cutter is completely moved out of the left end of the steel pipe, and the scar scraping operation of the scar scraping cutter on the weld bead on the inner wall of the steel pipe is realized in the process of moving the scar scraping cutter rod to the left; after the scab scraping is finished, the scab scraping cutter rod moves rightwards to reset, the pull rod is separated from the scab scraping cutter rod, the pull rod moves leftwards to the initial position, and one working cycle is finished.
