Background

A diesel engine is a device that converts chemical energy into mechanical energy using diesel as a fuel. The power machine takes a diesel engine as a prime mover to drive a generator to generate electricity. The whole set of unit generally comprises a diesel engine, a generator, a control box, a fuel tank, a starting and controlling storage battery and other components.

In the working process, all parts in the case need to be lubricated, and the lubrication of the existing diesel engine is realized by throwing oil in a cavity by the rotation of a gear of an oil pump, so that all parts such as a crankshaft, a cam and the like are lubricated. Because the centrifugal force generated on the gear is certain in the working process, parts closer to the gear have better lubrication conditions, and parts far away from the gear, such as a camshaft and a crankshaft, have poorer lubrication conditions, the whole machine has unbalanced lubrication, and peripheral parts are easy to wear and damage.

The invention provides a lubricating system of a diesel engine, which comprises a side cover, a machine body fixedly connected with the side cover, a camshaft arranged in the machine body, a crankshaft arranged in the machine body and a speed regulating gear arranged in the machine body, wherein the side cover is provided with an oil way;

the lower end of the oil way is provided with a filter mounting hole and a first oil way led out from the filter mounting hole;

the third oil passage communicates with the camshaft.

Lubricating oil enters the oil way from the oil inlet and is conveyed to the camshaft and the crankshaft along the oil way, so that the camshaft and the crankshaft are fully lubricated, and the problem of unbalanced lubrication is solved.

Preferably, a fourth oil way communicated with the speed regulating gear is led out of the first oil way. The speed regulating gear needs to control the rotating speed of the engine and stabilize the rotating speed of the diesel engine, so that the speed regulating gear is directly lubricated, and the rotating speed of the diesel engine can be more stable.

Preferably, the second oil path is provided with an oil rule mounting hole located on the outer side of the side cover. For measuring the lubricant inventory.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention is a lubricating system for a diesel engine, comprising a side cover 1, a body 2 fixedly connected with the side cover 1, a camshaft 3 installed inside the body 2, a crankshaft 4 installed inside the body 2, and a speed regulating gear 6 installed inside the body 2, wherein the side cover 1 is provided with an oil path 5 communicating the camshaft 3 and the crankshaft 4.

As shown in fig. 3, the oil passage 5 is provided with a filter mounting hole 51 and the engine oil filter 7 mounted inside the filter mounting hole 51, the filter mounting hole 51 is provided with an oil inlet 55 communicating with the inside of the machine body 2 and leads out a first oil passage 52 upward;

the first oil passage 52 leads out a second oil passage 53, a third oil passage 54, and a fourth oil passage 56;

the second oil passage 53 communicates with the crankshaft 4; the third oil passage 54 communicates with the camshaft 3; the fourth oil path 56 is communicated with the speed regulating gear 6;

the second oil path 53 is provided with an oil rule mounting hole positioned on the outer side of the side cover 1 and used for measuring the amount of lubricating oil;

a pressure relief valve 8 is arranged at the lower end of the third oil path 54, and when the oil pressure in the oil path is too high, the pressure relief valve automatically opens to reduce the pressure, so that the damage caused by the too high oil pressure in the oil path is avoided;

lubricating oil enters the oil way from the oil inlet and is conveyed to the cam shaft 3, the crankshaft 4, the speed regulating gear 6 and the interior of the machine body 2 along the oil way 5, and all parts in the interior of the machine body 2 are fully lubricated, so that the problem of unbalanced lubrication is solved.
