The invention belongs to the technical field of atmospheric data subsystem debugging, and particularly relates to a pitot tube clamp.

Background

The atmospheric data subsystem is a main atmospheric parameter and limit parameter information source of the airplane. The system continuously measures signals such as full pressure, static pressure, attack angle, sideslip angle, vertical overload, total temperature and the like through the sensors, carries out data processing and calculation through a computer, and then provides atmospheric data parameters and limit signals for pilots and airborne equipment in the forms of digital quantity, analog quantity and switching value.

Therefore, many systems need to collect relevant data of the atmospheric data subsystem in the debugging process, and in order to meet the requirements for the atmospheric data in the ground debugging process, special equipment and a connecting clamp are usually used for simulating full pressure and static pressure states through an airspeed tube. However, as the airspeed tube is changed, a water leakage hole is additionally arranged, and the original connecting clamp cannot cover the position of the new water leakage hole, so that the air leakage phenomenon can occur at the water leakage hole when the full and static pressure states are simulated, further, the simulated state of the airplane has deviation, and the ground debugging work of related systems is influenced.

If some general clamps are used for plugging water leakage holes, the sealing effect is poor due to the fact that the size is difficult to be completely suitable, the airspeed head is located at the edge position of the airplane, the clamp with the large size is not only inconvenient to mount and fix, but also the redundant parts easily damage the skin of the airplane. The water leakage hole is mainly blocked by a cloth strip or an adhesive tape winding mode before, the air tightness is poor due to the defect of using the cloth strip, the air tightness is often required to be wound and bound again in the debugging process, the adhesive tape can achieve the sealing effect, the viscosity of the adhesive tape is large, the surface of the airspeed tube is easily influenced after the adhesive tape is used for multiple times, the adhesive tape is not easy to find after being wound, the adhesive tape is easy to forget on an airplane, the adhesive tape is easy to damage in the detaching process, the airplane is led to generate redundancy, and the subsequent airplane is influenced to test flight safety.

Therefore, no matter which mode is used, the extra workload of the system debugging operator is increased, the debugging efficiency is reduced, and the production cycle of the airplane is further increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pitot tube clamp which is used for sealing pitot tube water leakage holes on the left side and the right side of an airplane so as to solve the problems in the prior art.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

The invention has the advantages that:

The airspeed tube clamp provided by the invention can quickly and efficiently realize the airtight state of the airspeed tube, greatly shortens the period of relevant debugging of an atmospheric data subsystem, avoids unnecessary repetitive work in the adjusting process, also prevents other potential problem hidden dangers caused by the improper clamp, effectively ensures the product quality and the production task node of the airplane, simultaneously improves the professional technical level, optimizes the testing process and generates higher economic benefit and social benefit for scientific research and production.
