1. A polysaccharide, characterized by being prepared by the following method:

taking cleaned and dried whole cattail pollen, crushing, sieving, adding deionized water for heating and extracting, filtering an extracting solution, concentrating under reduced pressure, centrifuging, carrying out alcohol precipitation on a supernatant by using 4 times of volume of anhydrous ethanol, redissolving a precipitate by using the deionized water to the original supernatant volume, repeatedly carrying out alcohol precipitation once by using 4 times of volume of anhydrous ethanol, sequentially washing the precipitate by using ethanol and acetone alternately, volatilizing a solvent, redissolving the precipitate in the deionized water, deproteinizing by using a Sevag method, and carrying out freeze drying to obtain the cattail pollen polysaccharide.

Technical Field

Background

The Longhairy antenoron herb Acorusgramineus Soland is a plant of calamus of Araceae, originates from the shade and wet part at the ditch edge, has intense fragrance by being torn into veins, and is mainly distributed in southern provinces of Yangtze river basin. The lysimachia christinae hance is commonly used for treating epilepsy, phlegm syncope, fever, coma, amnesia, qi block, deafness, chest distress, stomachache, abdominal pain, wind-cold-dampness arthralgia, carbuncle, heat toxin, traumatic injury and other diseases in folk, and is mainly treated by rhizome. Research shows that the desmodium whole plant contains various chemical components, such as flavone, saponin, polysaccharide, etc.

The research on the polysaccharide in the whole herb of longhairy antenoron is very little, and no activity report on the tyrosinase inhibition effect exists.

Preferably, the powder is passed through a 40 mesh screen after grinding.
