firstly twisting a single piece of paper (4) to manufacture a single paper rope (3), wherein the paper (4) is converted into a curled structure from a plane structure during twisting, at the moment, spraying or infiltrating a preparation (6) on the paper (4), wherein the preparation (6) comprises any one or any combination of cannabidiol and nicotine salt, then manufacturing a stranded rope structure (1) by using the paper rope (3), the stranded rope structure (1) is a linear single paper rope (3) or a spiral single paper rope (3) or two mutually twisted paper ropes (3) or a plurality of mutually braided paper ropes (3), and then wrapping a wrapping layer (2) on the outer part of the stranded rope structure (1) to obtain a rod-shaped body.

Background

The existing heating non-combustion smoke is generally divided into four sections, as shown in fig. 9, from left to right: the tobacco shred section is filled with filaments which are prepared from tobacco leaf filaments or tobacco stem filaments. When the cigarette is applied, the tobacco shred sections are heated to release smoke in a non-combustion state, namely the smoke generating substrate is the aerosol generating substrate, so that the smoking effect of the cigarette is replaced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and problems of high cost caused by taking tobacco leaves as raw materials in the prior art, and provides a rod-shaped body which is formed by low-cost paper sheets and ropes and does not take the tobacco leaves as the raw materials and a manufacturing process thereof.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows: a rod-shaped body formed by a piece of paper into a rope; the rod-shaped body comprises a strand-shaped structure and a wrapping layer wrapped outside the strand-shaped structure, wherein the strand-shaped structure is a single linear paper rope or a single spiral paper rope or two mutually twisted paper ropes or a plurality of mutually woven paper ropes;

the paper rope is made of paper and a formulation which are physically combined with each other, wherein the formulation comprises cannabidiol or nicotine salt or both.

The physical binding is adsorption or encapsulation.

The paper is made from any one or any combination of natural cellulose, regenerated cellulose, lignocellulose, bacterial cellulose, cellulose acetate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polymeric cellulose and methyl cellulose.

When the strand-shaped structure is a single linear paper rope, the paper rope comprises a plurality of paper rolls which are sequentially connected, and the head end of the next paper roll is wrapped in the tail end of the previous paper roll; the paper roll is formed by twisting sheet paper.

When the strand-shaped structure is a spiral single paper rope, the paper rope comprises a plurality of rope rings which are sequentially connected end to end, and the side surfaces of the adjacent rope rings are mutually contacted; the rope ring is formed by twisting sheet paper.

The inside of the rope ring penetrates through the fragrance silk, all the rope rings are sleeved on the same fragrance silk, and the side wall of the fragrance silk is contacted with the inner wall of the rope ring.

When the strand-shaped structure is two twisted paper ropes or a plurality of woven paper ropes, a single paper rope is formed by twisting flaky paper.

The formulation comprises the following components in parts by weight: cannabidiol 0-80, nicotine salt 0-80, perfume 0-5, solvent 10-90;

at least one of cannabidiol and nicotine salt is present;

the cannabidiol, nicotine salt and flavor are all dissolved in a solvent.

The solvent is only volatile components or only nonvolatile components or both the volatile components and the nonvolatile components; the volatile component refers to any one or any mixture of water and ethanol; the non-volatile component refers to any one or any mixture of glycerol, propylene glycol, 1, 3-propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol.

A manufacturing process of the rod-shaped body formed by the paper sheets into the ropes comprises the following steps: twisting a single piece of paper to manufacture a single paper rope, converting the paper from a plane structure to a curled structure during twisting, spraying or infiltrating a mixture comprising any one or any combination of cannabidiol and nicotine salt on the paper, manufacturing a stranded rope structure by using the paper rope, wherein the stranded rope structure is a linear single paper rope or a spiral single paper rope or two mutually twisted paper ropes or a plurality of mutually braided paper ropes, and then wrapping a wrapping layer on the outside of the stranded rope structure to obtain a rod-shaped body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention relates to a stick body formed by a piece of paper into a rope and a manufacturing process thereof, wherein the stick body comprises a strand-shaped structure and a wrapping layer wrapped outside the strand-shaped structure, the strand-shaped structure is mainly made of paper and a preparation, the preparation does not comprise tobacco leaves, only comprises cannabidiol or nicotine salt or both, when in use, the stick body is used for replacing a tobacco shred section in the prior art, when the stick body is heated, the stick body can effectively release smoke under the heating non-combustion state, the stick body can effectively replace the traditional tobacco shred filler, the consumption of the tobacco leaves is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the stick body is consistent with the external structure of the tobacco shred section in the prior art, and can be directly replaced and seamlessly connected. Therefore, the invention does not use tobacco leaves as raw materials, and has lower preparation and replacement costs.

2. In the rod-shaped body formed by the paper sheet into the rope and the manufacturing process thereof, the paper rope is made of the paper and the preparation which are physically combined with each other in an adsorption or wrapping mode, the combination can be realized by a spraying or infiltration mode, the combination uniformity of the preparation and the paper can be improved, the aerosol is more uniformly released, the uniform smoking taste is favorably generated, and the comfort level of a user is improved. Therefore, the invention has better taste and higher comfort.

3. 5. In the preparation process of the rod-shaped body formed by paper sheets and ropes, the formulation comprises cannabidiol which is a main chemical component in medicinal plant cannabis sativa, is extracted from female cannabis sativa plants, is a non-addictive component in cannabis sativa, has pharmacological actions such as spasm resistance, anxiety resistance, inflammation resistance and the like, can be used for treating various difficult and complicated diseases, and can effectively eliminate the hallucinogenic action of tetrahydrocannabis sativa (THC) on a human body. Therefore, the invention has strong health care effect and is beneficial to health.

6. The invention relates to a paper strip formed into a rope rod and a manufacturing process thereof, wherein a formulation comprises nicotine salt which is different from liquid nicotine and is a crystal formed by reacting free nicotine with organic acid, the crystal removes trace impurity components in the liquid nicotine and removes other foreign flavors, and the product is purer, not only can be easily inhaled by human blood and can bring strong nicotine experience to smokers, but also can bring smoother throat feeling and no throat choking when in use. Therefore, the invention has stronger substitution effect on cigarettes and higher comfort.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following description and embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a stick-shaped body formed by a sheet paper into a rope; the rod-shaped body comprises a strand rope-shaped structure 1 and a wrapping layer 2 wrapped outside the strand rope-shaped structure, wherein the strand rope-shaped structure 1 is a single linear paper rope 3 or a single spiral paper rope 3 or two mutually twisted paper ropes 3 or a plurality of mutually woven paper ropes 3;

the paper string 3 is made of paper 4 and a formulation 6 physically combined with each other, and the formulation 6 comprises cannabidiol or nicotine salt or both.

The paper 4 is made of any one or any combination of natural cellulose, regenerated cellulose, lignocellulose, bacterial cellulose, cellulose acetate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polycellulose and methyl cellulose.

The principle of the invention is illustrated as follows:

the adsorbing material can be uniformly dispersed in the preparation 6, and can be active carbon, diatomite or both, and when the adsorbing material is applied, the adsorbing material is beneficial to adsorbing harmful substances such as tar and the like, so that the tar intake of a user is further reduced.
