The invention relates to a sliding device used on an electric control box of a coal mining machine and an installation structure thereof, wherein the sliding device can be used for a cover plate of the electric control box of the coal mining machine to slide on, and belongs to the technical field of coal mining equipment.

Background

In the process of overhauling an electric control system of a coal mining machine or troubleshooting the electric control system, a cover plate assembly on the old pond side of the electric control box is often required to be opened, the cover plate assembly is 62kg lightest and 104kg heaviest, a control line is connected behind the cover plate assembly, and the cover plate assembly is difficult to move underground. Since the cover plate assembly is too heavy, the cover plate assembly may injure maintenance personnel and cause damage to parts once slipping, thereby causing production stoppage and great economic loss.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sliding device and a mounting structure thereof, which can facilitate the movement of an electric control cabinet cover plate component, reduce the working strength of maintainers and improve the safety.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

when the electric control system is overhauled or the electric control system is searched for faults, the bracket of the sliding device is laid flat and tensioned by the two chains, then the disassembled electric control box cover plate component can be moved to the roller of the bracket firstly, and then the electric control box cover plate component can be easily moved to the position which does not hinder the overhaul by the rolling of the roller, so that the moving working strength is reduced, and the moving safety of the electric control box cover plate component is ensured.

When the coal mining machine normally cuts coal, the bracket in the sliding device can be tensioned and retracted through the chain to prevent the coal blocks from flowing into the old pond side of the electric cabinet and avoid the damage of the parts of the electric cabinet.

When the bracket is in the horizontal position, the front end surface of the bracket is just abutted against the rear side surface of the electric cabinet, so that the bracket can only downwards rotate to the horizontal position when rotating around the pin shaft close to the front end, and the bracket is stably in the horizontal state in the maintenance state.

Detailed Description

The invention discloses a sliding device, which comprises a bracket 18 and two chains 4, as shown in figures 1-6. The bottom surface of the bracket can be provided with a plurality of rib plates extending back and forth at intervals. The front part of the bracket is provided with a front hinge structure hinged with the electric cabinet 13, and after the front hinge structure is hinged, the bracket can turn over around the hinge axis of the front hinge structure. The left end and the right end at the rear portion of the bracket are both provided with a first rear hinge structure and a second rear hinge structure, and the first rear hinge structure is located in front of the second rear hinge structure. The two chains are respectively connected to the left end and the right end of the rear part of the bracket, and specifically, one chain link on each chain is sleeved on a hinge shaft of the first rear hinge structure or the second rear hinge structure at the corresponding end. By pulling the chain from above, the rear end of the bracket can be made to rest in different spatial positions. Under the condition that the position of the traction point is fixed, the lengths of the chains which are connected to the first rear hinge structure or the second rear hinge structure and tensioned between the traction point and the bracket are different, so that the bracket is different in spatial position. When the bracket is in a horizontal position under the traction of the chain, the middle top plane of the bracket is called as a bearing working surface 18-1.

The sliding device mainly works in two states, wherein one state is that when the bracket is in a horizontal position and the state is used for stopping and overhauling the coal mining machine, the electric control cabinet cover plate component can be detached and then moved to the bracket and then transferred to other positions from the bracket so as to avoid obstructing the overhauling; the other is that when the bracket is in an inclined position with the rear end close to the upper part and the front end close to the lower part, namely a folding state, the bracket is used for preventing coal blocks from flowing into the old pond side of the electric cabinet when the coal mining machine normally walks and cuts coal, so that the damage of parts of the electric cabinet is avoided, and the front and rear positions of the bracket are conveniently controlled to prevent the bracket from interfering with the electric cabinet or a cable duct.

The front end face of the bracket is preferably perpendicular to the bearing working face, and the junction of the front end face and the bearing working face is chamfered or rounded, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6(3), the chamfer is 15mm × 5 mm. The front end face of the bracket is perpendicular to the bearing working face, so that when the bracket is in a horizontal state, the front end face of the bracket can be tightly attached to a vertical plane at the rear side (namely the old pond side and the same bottom side) of the electric cabinet, the rear end of the bracket can not rotate downwards, and the bracket can keep a horizontal pose. The junction of the front end face and the bearing working face is chamfered or rounded, so that the front end of the rear end of the bracket does not interfere with the vertical plane on the rear side of the electric cabinet when the rear end of the bracket is turned upwards.

The front part of the bracket is provided with a plurality of front bracket ear seats 18-2 at intervals along the left-right direction, each front bracket ear seat is suspended forwards along the direction of a bearing working surface, and the front bracket ear seats form the front hinge structure. The front bracket ear seats are preferably double ear seats.

The bracket can be formed by fixedly connecting and combining a left bracket 14, one or more middle brackets 16 and a right bracket 17 in sequence from left to right. And two of them can be positioned and fixed by the sixth fixing pin 15 and finally joined into a whole.

The left end and the right end of the rear part of the bracket are respectively provided with two rear bracket ear seats 18-3 which are double ear seats, and a fixing pin is fixedly arranged between the double ears. Wherein one department rear bracket ear seat is along the direction of bearing the weight of the working face rearward overhang, and this department rear bracket ear seat constitutes hinge structure behind the second, and another department rear bracket ear seat constitutes hinge structure behind the first, second fixed pin 5 and third fixed pin 6 between the ears constitute hinge structure's articulated shaft behind first back hinge structure and the second respectively.

The sliding device can further comprise a plurality of second fixing seats 11, the second fixing seats correspond to the front bracket lug seats 18-2 one by one, the second fixing seats are provided with second fixing seat lug seats 11-1 which are overhung backwards, and the second fixing seat lug seats are hinged to the front bracket lug seats through a fifth fixing pin 9 which is arranged in a penetrating mode jointly. After the hinge joint, the rear end of the bracket can freely rotate upwards by taking the fifth fixing pin as a center. The front bracket ear seat is preferably a double-ear seat, and the second fixing seat ear seat is a single-ear seat. The second fixing seat ear seats are inserted between the double ear seats of the front bracket ear seats. As long as the second fixing seat is fixed on the electric cabinet, the front part of the bracket can be hinged relative to the electric cabinet 13. In the embodiment shown in the attached drawings, two front bracket lug seats are arranged at the left end and the right end on each of the left bracket, the middle bracket and the right bracket, and due to the two middle brackets, the number of the front bracket lug seats on the brackets is 8, and the front bracket lug seats are correspondingly connected with 8 second fixed seats one by one.

The sliding device can also comprise two first fixed seats 1, and first fixed seat lug seats 1-1 which are cantilevered backwards are arranged on the first fixed seats. First fixing base ear seat is ears ear seat, every a chain ring of chain is installed one through first fixed pin 3 on the first fixing base ear seat, the chain can be in first fixed pin 3 upward free rotation. The connecting part of the chain and the first fixed seat ear seat is used as a traction point. Each chain is connected between the corresponding first fixing seat and the corresponding bracket. The mounting position of the first fixing seat determines the position of the pulling point.

The rear part of the bracket is preferably provided with a plurality of rollers 8 at intervals along the left-right direction, the axes of the rollers are parallel to the bearing working surface 18-1 and extend forwards and backwards, and the highest position of the rollers is not lower than the bearing working surface of the bracket when the bracket is in a horizontal state. When the electric control system is overhauled, the disassembled electric control box cover plate component can be moved to the roller, the electric control box cover plate component is easily moved to the left or the right by the rolling of the roller to a position which does not hinder the overhauling, the labor intensity of workers for moving the cover plate component is reduced, and the moving safety of the electric control box cover plate component is ensured. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the roller is mounted on the carriage by means of a fourth fixing pin 7. 4 rollers can be arranged on each of the left bracket, the middle bracket and the right bracket, and due to the two middle brackets, 16 rollers are arranged on the brackets in total, and the rollers are equally spaced.

The front and back width of the bracket can ensure that the longest part which is connected with the cover plate into a whole in the electric control box is completely pulled out from the electric control box and slides to other positions, and the maintenance is not influenced.

The invention also discloses a mounting structure of the sliding device, which comprises an electric cabinet 13 and the sliding device, wherein the front part of the bracket is hinged with the lower part of the rear side of the electric cabinet through the front hinge structure, and one chain ring of the left and right chains 4 is mounted at the left and right ends of the upper part of the rear side of the electric cabinet. When the other chain ring of each chain is arranged on the first rear hinge structure at the corresponding end, the bearing working surface 18-1 of the bracket is in a horizontal state, and the front end surface of the bracket is tightly attached to the rear side surface of the electric cabinet, namely the bracket is in an unfolded state. When a further link of each of the chains is mounted on the second rear hinge formation of the respective end, the pallet and chain lie in the same inclined plane, i.e. the pallet is in a stowed condition. Under the two states, the two chains are in a tensioned and mutually parallel state, and under the retracted state, the chains and the supporting plate are in a straight line when observed from the side surface.

Further, another mounting structure of the sliding device is shown in fig. 1 and 2, and includes an electric cabinet 13 and the sliding device, the front portion of the bracket is hinged with a second fixed seat 11 through the front hinge structure in a one-to-one manner, and the second fixed seat is positioned by a positioning pin 10 and fixedly mounted at the lower portion of the rear side of the electric cabinet through a second fixed bolt group 12. And one chain ring of the left and right chains 4 is arranged on the left and right first fixing seats 1, and the left and right first fixing seats are fixedly arranged at the left and right ends of the upper part of the rear side of the electric cabinet 13 through first fixing bolt groups 2. When the other chain ring of each chain is arranged on the first rear hinge structure at the corresponding end, the bearing working surface of the bracket is in a horizontal state, and the front end surface of the bracket is tightly attached to the rear side surface of the electric cabinet, namely the bracket is in an unfolded state; when a further link of each of the chains is mounted on the second rear hinge formation of the respective end, the pallet and chain lie in the same inclined plane, i.e. the pallet is in a stowed condition. Under the two states, the two chains are in a tensioned and mutually parallel state.

In order to ensure the tensioning state of the chain, the length of the chain in the tensioning section between the first rear hinge structure and the second rear hinge structure is controlled according to the position relationship among the hinge shafts of the front hinge structure, the first rear hinge structure and the second rear hinge structure and the distance between the pulling point and the first rear hinge structure and the second rear hinge structure. If the pulling point is determined to be one end of the chain, it is only necessary to control which link, close to the other end of the chain, is connected to the first rear hinge construction and the second rear hinge construction, respectively.

Whether the bracket is in the deployed or stowed state, it is ensured that the chain is in tension. When the coal mining machine normally cuts coal, the bracket is tensioned by the chain and is folded, so that the bracket is prevented from swinging due to vibration generated in the cutting process of the coal mining machine, and the bracket is prevented from interfering with the electric cabinet or the cable trough. When the coal mining machine needs to disassemble the cover plate on the electric cabinet when the machine is stopped and overhauled, the third fixing pin 6 is taken down, the chains 4 are loosened, the bracket 18 is rotated to be in a horizontal state, as shown in figure 1, the two chains 4 are respectively installed on the first rear hinge structures of the left bracket 14 and the right bracket 17 by the second fixing pin 5, and the brackets are tightened by the chains 4. The cover plate detached from the electric cabinet can be moved to the roller 8 of the bracket, slides along the roller to the left side or the right side of the electric cabinet, slides to the position which does not influence the maintenance and leans on the bracket, and then can carry out normal maintenance on the electric control system.

The references to front and rear herein refer to left and right, respectively, from the perspective of fig. 1 (with the bracket in a horizontal position).
