Technical Field

The invention mainly relates to the field of honey product production and processing equipment, in particular to an automatic honey crystal melting device.

Background

The honey is a relatively dense liquid, and the density of the fully matured bee honey is 1.39 to 1.42 at 20 ℃. At normal temperature, the honey is transparent or semitransparent viscous liquid and has high viscosity. The viscosity of honey is the resistance to flow, which is often referred to as body. Honey with high viscosity has slow flow speed, and conversely, the flow speed is high. The temperature has obvious influence on the viscosity of the honey, namely, the viscosity is reduced when the temperature is increased; viscosity increases as temperature decreases.

Currently, in the production of honey, some honey raw materials, such as rape honey, linden honey, orange honey and the like, have crystallization phenomenon during storage, especially after the ambient temperature is reduced (below 15 ℃). The honey crystal is a natural attribute of honey, but the honey crystal brings great inconvenience to production and use. The crystallized honey can be put into production and use only after high-temperature crystal melting or even crystal melting for many times. The existing honey melting crystal has the following technical problems:

(1) the degree of automation is low. Among the prior art, some melt the crystalline mode and adopt artifical transport honey bucket to empty one by one and heat and melt the crystalline substance in empting into the heating cylinder, perhaps the crystalline substance is melted in a plurality of honey buckets of artifical transport to the hot-blast box. In this embodiment, two honey buckets 1 can be melted in the melting chamber 21 at a time, but in other embodiments, the capacity of the melting chamber 21 can be increased to accommodate a plurality of honey buckets 1, which is more efficient.

Further, in the preferred embodiment, the stirring rod 53 is further provided with a plurality of transversely arranged stirring blades 531 below the elastic pad 54.
