firstly, the contact time of the upward sprayed mist-like liquid drops and the downward hot air is too short, so that the particle dryness is insufficient, and a part of mist-like liquid drops are not dried timely and enter the cyclone separator 9 along with the hot air, and the particle size can be controlled only by the size of the liquid drops in the drying process, so that the particle size is uneven and the quality is poor.

Secondly, because hot-blast is perpendicular downwards, easily with atomizer 3 direct contact for the powder of jet orifice department is not sprayed yet and just is dried, causes the jet orifice to block up, influences the injection effect, causes the granule quality to descend, in case all block up, then need shut down the maintenance, causes machining efficiency to reduce.
