4. A forming fixture for processing metal cylinders as claimed in claim 1, wherein said collar ribs are right trapezoidal with the hypotenuse down and the longer base inward.

5. A forming fixture for processing a metal cylinder as recited in claim 1, wherein said collar rib inner edges are welded to the outer wall of the metal cylinder to be processed.

6. The forming fixture for processing metal cylinders of claim 1, wherein said tightening rod comprises 3 vertical rods arranged in parallel and 1 cross rod perpendicular to the vertical rods, said cross rods being fixedly cross-connected to the 3 vertical rods, respectively.

7. A forming fixture for processing a metal cylinder as claimed in any one of claims 1, wherein said operation platform is a steel plate operation platform.

8. A method of machining a metal cylinder using a forming fixture for machining a metal cylinder according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

step 1: clamping the bottom end of the first metal cylinder

and 5: circumferential welding of metal cylinders

Firstly, detaching a first metal cylinder from an operation platform, detaching a puller frame tightly propped inside the first metal cylinder, then preparing a second metal cylinder according to the method in the step 1-4, finally placing the first metal cylinder on the top end of the second metal cylinder, overlapping and splicing the bottom surface circumference of the first metal cylinder and the top surface circumference of the first metal cylinder, completing the welding of the spliced parts of the two circumferences, detaching the processed and formed metal cylinder from the operation platform, and detaching the puller frame inside the metal cylinder and the forming lantern ring outside the metal cylinder to obtain the processed metal cylinder.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step 1 comprises spot welding the longitudinal joint of the first metal cylinder at a top end and a bottom end of the joint.

10. The method of claim 8, wherein the tightening rod of the tightening frame is located at a half of the longitudinal height of the first metal cylinder; the formed lantern ring with the lantern ring rib plate is sleeved on the upper third part of the first metal cylinder.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a mechanical processing fixing device and a mechanical processing method, in particular to a forming fixing device for processing a metal cylinder and a cylinder processing method.

Background

In the prior art, a metal cylinder is usually made by rolling a steel plate and then supported and tightened by a cross tightening rod for welding. However, the method of positioning and forming the cross brace has the following problems: the coiled steel cylinder is easy to form an oval shape in the positioning process, or the opening of the cylinder is outwards expanded into a horn cylinder, the roundness deviation is large, particularly, the higher multi-section cylinder jacking effect is poorer, and the technical problems cannot be solved in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a forming fixing device for processing a metal cylinder, which specifically comprises:

Specifically, the outer positioning blocks are uniformly arranged on the operating platform along the arc of the outer wall of the metal cylinder to be processed; the inner positioning blocks are uniformly arranged on the operation platform along the arc of the inner wall of the metal cylinder to be processed.

The invention also discloses a method for processing the metal cylinder by using the forming and fixing device for processing the metal cylinder, which comprises the following steps:

step 1: clamping the bottom end of the first metal cylinder

Sleeving a forming lantern ring with a lantern ring rib plate outside a first metal cylinder to enable the circle center of the first metal cylinder to coincide with the circle center of the forming lantern ring, adjusting the positions of the lantern ring rib plates to enable the inner edges of all lantern ring rib plates to be in contact with and clamped with the outer wall of the first metal cylinder, welding and fixing the upper edges of the lantern ring rib plates and the lantern ring, and fixing the inner edges of the lantern ring rib plates and the outer wall of the first metal cylinder in a spot welding manner;

and 5: circumferential welding of metal cylinders

Firstly, detaching a first metal cylinder from an operation platform, detaching a puller frame tightly propped inside the first metal cylinder, then preparing a second metal cylinder according to the method in the step 1-4, finally placing the first metal cylinder on the top end of the second metal cylinder, overlapping and splicing the bottom surface circumference of the first metal cylinder and the top surface circumference of the first metal cylinder, completing the welding of the spliced parts of the two circumferences, detaching the processed and formed metal cylinder from the operation platform, and detaching the puller frame inside the metal cylinder and the forming lantern ring outside the metal cylinder to obtain the processed metal cylinder.

Specifically, in the step 1, spot welding is performed on a longitudinal joint of the first metal cylinder, and the spot welding positions are respectively at the top end and the bottom end of the joint.

Specifically, the tightening rod of the tightening frame is positioned at one half of the longitudinal height of the first metal cylinder; the formed lantern ring with the lantern ring rib plate is sleeved on the upper third part of the first metal cylinder.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the precision and the reliability of the processing roundness of the cylinder are realized, the operation is simple, the safety and the reliability are realized, the working efficiency is high, and the method can be popularized and applied to the forming and fixing in the processing of steel templates, steel chimneys, steel funnels and the like.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The embodiments shown below do not limit the inventive content described in the claims. The entire contents of the configurations shown in the following embodiments are not limited to those required as solutions of the inventions described in the claims.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a forming fixture for processing a metal cylinder includes an operation platform 6, a plurality of outer positioning blocks 3, a plurality of inner positioning blocks 4, at least one forming collar 2, a plurality of collar ribs 5, and an inner tightening frame 7, wherein the plurality of outer positioning blocks 3 are fixedly arranged on the operation platform 6 in close proximity to the outer wall of the metal cylinder 1 to be processed; the inner positioning blocks 4 are fixedly arranged on the operating platform 6 and are close to the inner wall of the metal cylinder 1 to be processed. The outer positioning blocks 3 are uniformly arranged on the operating platform 6 along the arc of the outer wall of the metal cylinder 1 to be processed; the inner positioning blocks 4 are uniformly arranged on the operation platform 6 along the arc of the inner wall of the metal cylinder 1 to be processed. A plurality of positioning holes are formed in the circular arc of the forming lantern ring 2 and are uniformly arranged along the circular arc of the forming lantern ring 2, the lantern ring rib plate 5 penetrates through the positioning holes, the upper edge of the lantern ring rib plate 5 is fixedly arranged on the forming lantern ring 2, and the inner edge of the lantern ring rib plate 5 is tightly attached to the outer wall of the metal cylinder 1 to be processed; the inner tightening frame 7 comprises a plurality of tightening rods 10 which are arranged in a crossed mode, a tightening plate 11 which is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the tightening rods, and a support frame 12 which is arranged at the bottom end of the tightening plate and used for supporting the tightening rods on the operating platform, wherein the tightening plate 11 is tightly adjacent to the inner wall of the metal cylinder 1 to be processed.

Specifically, the collar rib 5 is a right-angled trapezoid with the hypotenuse facing downward and the longer base facing inward.

A method of machining a metal cylinder 1, comprising the steps of:

step 1: clamping the bottom end of the first metal cylinder

Firstly, spot welding is carried out on the top end and the bottom end of a longitudinal splicing part 8 of a first metal cylinder to preliminarily fix the longitudinal splicing part 8 of the first metal cylinder, then the first metal cylinder is vertically placed on an operation platform 6, an outer positioning block 3 is arranged on the operation platform 6 along the circumference of the outer wall of the first metal cylinder, and an inner positioning block 4 is arranged along the circumference of the inner wall of the first metal cylinder;

the outer positioning block 3 and the inner positioning block 4 are welded and fixed on the operating platform 6, and the first metal cylinder is tightly pressed and fixed between the inner positioning block 4 and the outer positioning block 3;

step 2: internal support of a first metal cylinder

Placing the tightening frame 7 into the fixed first metal cylinder, vertically arranging a support frame 12 of the tightening frame 7 on the operating platform 6, horizontally arranging a tightening rod 10 of the tightening frame 7 on the operating platform 6, and arranging a tightening plate 11 of the tightening frame 7 close to the inner wall of the first metal cylinder;

and step 3: welding a first metal cylinder

Welding the longitudinal splicing part 8 of the first metal cylinder with the mounted jacking frame 7;

and 4, step 4: externally supporting a first metal cylinder

Sleeving a forming lantern ring 2 with a plurality of lantern ring rib plates 5 at one third of the upper part of a first metal cylinder, enabling the circle center of the first metal cylinder to coincide with the circle center of the forming lantern ring 2, adjusting the positions of the lantern ring rib plates 5 to enable the inner edges of all lantern ring rib plates 5 to be in contact with and clamped tightly with the outer wall of the first metal cylinder, welding and fixing the upper edges of the lantern ring rib plates 5 and the forming lantern ring 2, and fixing the inner edges of the lantern ring rib plates 5 and the outer wall of the first metal cylinder in a spot welding manner;

and 5: circumferential welding of metal cylinders

Firstly, detaching a first metal cylinder from an operation platform 6, detaching a puller frame 7 tightly propped inside the first metal cylinder, then preparing a second metal cylinder according to the method in the step 1-4, finally placing the first metal cylinder on the top end of the second metal cylinder, overlapping and splicing the bottom surface circumference of the first metal cylinder and the top surface circumference of the first metal cylinder, completing the welding of the spliced part 9 of the two circumferences, then detaching the processed and formed metal cylinder from the operation platform, and detaching the puller frame inside the metal cylinder and the formed lantern ring outside the metal cylinder, thus obtaining the processed metal cylinder.
