The multifunctional rail transit vehicle cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water spray frame structure (11) comprises a water pump (111), an L-shaped conduit (112), an arc-shaped conduit (113), a water spray pipe (114) and a water spray head (115), the water pump (111) is bolted on the right side of the middle part of the inverted U-shaped mounting frame (1); the L-shaped guide pipe (112) is in threaded connection with a water outlet at the upper part of the water pump (111); the arc-shaped guide pipe (113) is embedded in the upper part of the inverted U-shaped mounting rack (1), and is communicated with the L-shaped guide pipe (112) at the right end; the water spray pipe (114) penetrates through the top of the inverted U-shaped mounting frame (1) and is communicated with the arc-shaped guide pipe (113).

5. The multifunctional rail transit vehicle washing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said left side regulating valve (95) and said right side regulating valve (96) are screw-coupled to the left and right sides of the cross pipe (91), respectively.

7. The multifunctional rail transit vehicle washing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the left end of the cross pipe (91) is inserted through the foundation (2) at the lower right side of the storage tank (81).

8. The multifunctional rail transit vehicle washing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein said sprinkler head (115) is screwed to the lower portion of the sprinkler pipe (114).

9. The multifunctional rail transit vehicle washing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the left check valve (93) and the right check valve (94) are embedded in the inner left and right sides of the cross pipe (91), respectively.

10. The multifunctional rail transit vehicle washing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper portion of the debris barrier net (85) is tapered to facilitate prevention of accumulation of dust and debris during use.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle cleaning, and particularly relates to a multifunctional vehicle cleaning device for rail transit.

Background

The rail transit is a type of transportation means or transportation system in which an operating vehicle needs to travel on a specific rail, and the most typical rail transit is a railway system consisting of a traditional train and a standard railway.

But current track transportation vehicles belt cleaning device still has the inconvenience and circulates respectively leading-in to outside water source or filtration water liquid, and is inconvenient to dismantle the filter screen, inconvenient to water liquid circulate with inconvenient to its problem of spraying.

Therefore, the invention is necessary to develop a multifunctional rail transit vehicle cleaning device.

Preferably, the filter frame structure convenient to disassemble comprises a purification cylinder, an activated carbon filter screen, a sealing cover, an upper side guide pipe, a sealing piston and a water pumping pipe, wherein the upper side guide pipe is inserted at the upper side of the sealing cover; the water pumping pipe is inserted in the upper part of the inner side of the upper side conduit.

Preferably, the auxiliary water guide frame structure comprises a transverse pipe, a longitudinal pipe, a left check valve, a right check valve, a left regulating valve and a right regulating valve, and the longitudinal pipe is inserted in the middle upper part of the transverse pipe.

Preferably, the water spray frame structure comprises a water pump, an L-shaped guide pipe, an arc-shaped guide pipe, a water spray pipe and a water spray head, and the water pump is mounted on the right side of the middle part of the inverted U-shaped mounting frame through a bolt; the L-shaped guide pipe is in threaded connection with a water outlet at the upper part of the water pump; the arc-shaped guide pipe is embedded into the upper part of the inverted U-shaped mounting rack, and is communicated with the L-shaped guide pipe at the right end; the water spray pipe penetrates through the top of the inverted U-shaped mounting frame and is communicated with the arc-shaped guide pipe.

Preferably, the purifying cylinder is sleeved at the upper part of the longitudinal pipe; the upper end of the water pumping pipe is in threaded connection with a water inlet at the lower part of the water pump.

Preferably, the water pump is an RGB15-10 water pump, and the rotating motor is a 68KTY motor.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. in the invention, the left regulating valve and the right regulating valve are respectively in threaded connection with the left side and the right side of the transverse pipe, so that the left and the right water inlet speeds of the transverse pipe can be conveniently controlled according to the requirement when the water inlet pipe is used.

2. In the invention, the sealing cover is in threaded connection with the upper part of the outer side of the purifying cylinder, so that the sealing cover can be conveniently rotated from the purifying cylinder to be separated from the purifying cylinder when in use, and a user can conveniently take out the activated carbon filter screen from the purifying cylinder for replacement.

3. According to the invention, the left end of the transverse pipe penetrates through the foundation and is inserted at the lower part of the right side of the storage tank, so that the water can be circularly pumped by matching with a water pump when in use, and the energy-saving effect can be improved.

4. In the invention, the water spray head is connected to the lower part of the water spray pipe in a threaded manner, so that the upper rotary brush, the side rotary brush and dust on a traffic train can be conveniently sprayed and washed when the water spray head is used.

5. According to the invention, the left check valve and the right check valve are respectively embedded in the left side and the right side of the inner part of the transverse pipe, so that the water in the storage tank can be prevented from flowing to the right side of the transverse pipe when the water storage tank is used, and meanwhile, the water on the right side of the transverse pipe can be prevented from flowing to the storage tank.

6. In the invention, the upper part of the sundries grid net is arranged to be conical, which is beneficial to preventing dust and sundries from gathering when in use, so that water liquid on the foundation can be guided into the storage tank through the receiving hopper.

7. In the invention, the sealing piston is glued to the lower part of the outer side of the water pumping pipe and is inserted into the inner side of the upper side guide pipe, so that the water pumping pipe is not influenced when the sealing cover is rotated.

8. In the invention, the activated carbon filter screen is inserted into the inner side of the purification cylinder, which is beneficial to purifying the water liquid which circulates conveniently when in use.
