An aircraft APU spreader in accordance with claim 1 wherein: the pulley assembly I comprises a group of first discs, a first shaft and a first pulley, and the fourth connecting rod and the fifth connecting rod are connected with each other through the first discs; the shaft is connected between the first discs; one pulley is rotatably connected to the first shaft; the pulley assembly II comprises a group of discs II, a shaft II and a pulley II, and the discs II are connected to the front end of the fifth connecting rod; the second shaft is connected between the second discs, and the two ends of the second shaft penetrate through the second discs; the second pulley is rotatably connected to the second shaft; and the steel wire rope penetrates through the grooves of the first disc and the second disc.

An aircraft APU spreader in accordance with claim 3 wherein: the two sides of the supporting seat are rotatably connected to a second shaft outside the second disc; the fixed seat is connected with a screw rod, the screw rod penetrates through the bottom of the fixed seat, and a nut is connected to the screw rod in a threaded manner; and a second mounting through hole is formed in the bottom of the fixed seat.

An aircraft APU spreader in accordance with claim 1 wherein: the connecting assembly one comprises a sliding sleeve and a connecting plate, one end of the sliding sleeve is not sealed, the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the third connecting rod, and the unsealed end of the sliding sleeve is integrally connected with a flanging plate; the flanging plates are connected through bolts and nuts; the connecting plates are welded on the opposite sides of the blind ends of the sliding sleeves; the connecting plate is provided with a first mounting through hole.

The invention relates to the field of airplane ground maintenance equipment, in particular to an airplane APU lifting appliance.

Background

The APU lifting appliance is a tool for detaching the APU from an airplane, and the conventional APU lifting appliances are various, are too complex to operate and too large in size, and are not beneficial to work in narrow space.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an aircraft APU hanger aiming at the defects of the prior art.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

Compared with the prior art, the aircraft APU lifting appliance is simple in structure, the lifting joint is fixed with the APU by fixing the first connecting assembly and the second connecting assembly with the aircraft body, and the APU is lifted by driving the steel wire rope through the hand winch.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below.

As shown in FIG. 1 ~ 5, the aircraft APU hanger comprises a first connecting rod 1, a second connecting rod 2, a third connecting rod 3, a fourth connecting rod 4, a fifth connecting rod 5 and a hand winch 6, wherein the first connecting rod 1, the second connecting rod 2, the third connecting rod 3 and the fourth connecting rod 4 are connected through a connecting sleeve 7, the connecting sleeve 7 is a hollow steel pipe, the connecting sleeve 7 is sleeved on the connecting rods, U-shaped slots 71 are formed in two ends of the connecting sleeve 7, studs 8 are connected to the upper end of the first connecting rod 1, two ends of the second connecting rod 2, two ends of the third connecting rod 3 and the lower end of the fourth connecting rod 4, the studs 8 are clamped in the U-shaped slots 71, butterfly nuts 9 are connected to the studs 8 in a threaded mode, and the first connecting rod 1, the second connecting rod 2, the third connecting rod 3 and the fourth connecting rod 4 are fixed through the butterfly nuts 9.

The bottom of the first connecting rod 1 is connected with a mounting base 10; the hand winch 6 is connected to the mounting base 10; the fourth connecting rod 4 and the fifth connecting rod 5 are connected with each other through a pulley assembly I11, and an included angle between the fourth connecting rod 4 and the fifth connecting rod 5 is 106 degrees; the front end of the fifth connecting rod 5 is connected with a second pulley assembly 12; a steel wire rope 13 is wound on the hand winch 6, and one end of the steel wire rope 13 sequentially penetrates through the first connecting rod 1, the second connecting rod 2, the third connecting rod 3, the fourth connecting rod 4, the first pulley component 11, the fifth connecting rod 5 and the second pulley component 12 to be connected with a hoisting joint 14; a first connecting component 15 is connected to the outer side rod body of the third connecting rod 3; and a second connecting component 16 is arranged on the second pulley component 12.

The pulley assembly I11 comprises a group of first disks 111, a first shaft 112 and a first pulley 113, and the fourth connecting rod 4 and the fifth connecting rod 5 are connected with each other through the first disks 111; the first shaft 112 is connected between the first discs 111; the first pulley 113 is rotatably connected to the first shaft 112; the second pulley assembly 12 comprises a second disc 121, a second shaft 122 and a second pulley 123, and the second disc 121 is connected to the front end of the fifth connecting rod 5; the second shaft 122 is connected between the second discs 121, and the two ends of the second shaft 122 penetrate through the second discs 121; the second pulley 123 is rotatably connected to the second shaft 122; the steel wire rope 13 is arranged in the grooves of the first disc 111 and the second disc 121 in a penetrating mode.

The first connecting assembly 15 comprises a sliding sleeve 151 and a connecting plate 152, one end of the sliding sleeve 151 is not closed, the sliding sleeve 151 is sleeved on the third connecting rod 3, and the unsealed end of the sliding sleeve 151 is integrally connected with a flanging plate 153; the flanging plate 153 is connected through bolts and nuts; the connecting plate 152 is welded on the opposite side of the unsealed end of the sliding sleeve 151; the connecting plate 152 is provided with a first mounting through hole 154.

The second connecting assembly 16 comprises a support seat 161 and a fixed seat 162, and two sides of the support seat 161 are rotatably connected to the second shaft 122 outside the second disc 121; the fixed seat 162 is connected with a screw 163, the screw 163 penetrates through the bottom of the fixed seat 162, and a nut is connected to the screw 163 in a threaded manner; the bottom of the fixed seat 162 is provided with a second mounting through hole 164.

The working principle is as follows: the APU hanger is connected with the airplane body through the first mounting through hole 154 on the connecting plate 152 and the second mounting through hole 164 on the fixing seat 162, the hanger joint 14 is connected with the airplane APU, and the airplane APU is hoisted by operating the hand winch 6.
