The requirement of customers is that different customers need more (large cup amount) and less (small cup amount) of refrigeration drinks, but no matter the customers need the large cup amount or the small cup amount of refrigeration drinks, the refrigeration system of the ice frying machine is operated in a single mode and cannot be intelligently adjusted, so that the energy-saving effect cannot be achieved, and meanwhile, the service life of the refrigeration system is greatly reduced.

a dual-mode adjustable ice frying machine comprises an ice frying machine body, wherein an ice frying pan and a handrail are arranged at the upper part of the ice frying machine body; a material storage groove and a timer are arranged at the top of the ice frying machine body; a compressor, a condenser, an electric control valve, a capillary tube and an evaporator are arranged in the ice frying machine body; the electrically controlled valve is switchable between a first position and a second position; the capillary comprises a first capillary and a second capillary; the first capillary tube is communicated with the electric control valve; the second capillary and the first capillary are connected to the electric control valve in parallel; the evaporator comprises a first evaporator and a second evaporator; the first evaporator is communicated with the first capillary; the second evaporator is in communication with the first evaporator and the second capillary tube.

Preferably, a groove is formed in the upper portion of one side of the side face of the ice frying machine body, a gooseneck is arranged in the groove, and an LED top lamp is connected to the tail end of the gooseneck.

As a preference of the embodiment, the ice frying pan comprises a first ice frying pan and a second ice frying pan; the first ice frying pan is arranged on the left side of the second ice frying pan and is 1.5-2 times as large as the second ice frying pan.

As a preferred feature of this embodiment, a light box billboard is disposed on a front panel of the ice maker body, and the light box billboard is composed of multiple groups of advertisement panels.

Preferably, the evaporators all comprise a web plate and an aluminum pipe, the aluminum pipe comprises an inlet section, an outlet section and a heat exchange section, the heat exchange section of the aluminum pipe is located on the web plate, the outer peripheral surface of the heat exchange section is coated with a hot melt adhesive film, and the heat exchange section of the aluminum pipe is pressed and scalded on the web plate through the hot melt adhesive film (19) on the outer peripheral surface of the heat exchange section.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the double-mode adjustable ice frying machine, a refrigerating system can intelligently and selectively work according to the cold drink quantity required by a customer, and when the cold drink quantity required by the customer is large, the first capillary tube is selected through the electric control valve, so that the first evaporator and the second evaporator work simultaneously (in a first mode); when the amount of cold drink required by the customer is small, only the second evaporator is operated when the second capillary tube is selected to operate (second mode); therefore, the energy consumption of the ice frying machine can be greatly reduced, and the service life of the refrigerating system is greatly prolonged.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the invention provides a dual-mode adjustable ice maker, which specifically includes an ice maker body 1, an ice frying pan 2 and a handrail 4 are disposed on the upper portion of the ice maker body 1, and a storage tank 4 and a timer 5 are disposed on the top of the ice maker body 1; a compressor 6, a condenser 7, an electric control valve 8, a capillary tube and an evaporator are arranged inside the ice frying machine body 1, wherein the electric control valve 8 can be switched between a first position and a second position; the capillaries include a first capillary 9 and a second capillary 10; the first capillary 9 is communicated with the electric control valve 6; the second capillary tube 10 and the first capillary tube 9 are connected to the electric control valve 8 in parallel; the evaporator includes a first evaporator 11 and a second evaporator 12; the first evaporator 11 is communicated with the first capillary 9; the second evaporator 12 is in communication with the first evaporator 11 and the second capillary tube 10. In the present embodiment, when the amount of cold drink requested by the customer is large (large cup amount), the first capillary tube 9 is selected by the electric control valve 8 so that the first evaporator 11 and the second evaporator 12 operate simultaneously; when the amount of cold drink required by the customer is small (small cup amount), only the second evaporator 12 is operated when the second capillary tube 10 is selected to operate; therefore, the energy consumption of the ice frying machine can be greatly reduced by switching the two modes, and the service life of the refrigerating system is greatly prolonged.

Referring to fig. 2, a groove 13 is arranged at the upper part of one side of the side surface of the ice maker body 1, a gooseneck 14 is arranged in the groove 13, and the tail end of the gooseneck 14 is connected with an LED top lamp 15. When the LED top lamp 15 needs to be used, the gooseneck 14 is bent to enable the LED top lamp 15 to move to a proper position above the ice frying machine main body 1, the top lamp switch 22 is turned on, the LED top lamp 15 can be placed in the groove 13 when not used, and the LED top lamp can be moved out through the gooseneck 14 to provide illumination for ice frying when in need of use.

Referring to fig. 1, the ice making pan 2 includes a first ice making pan 2.1 and a second ice making pan 2.2; the first ice frying pan 2.1 is arranged at the left side of the second ice frying pan 2.2, and the first ice frying pan 2.1 is 1.5-2 times of the second ice frying pan 2.2. In the embodiment, when the amount of cold drink required by a customer is large (large cup amount), the first ice frying pan 2.1 is used for frying cakes, and when the amount of cold drink required by the customer is small (small cup amount), the second ice frying pan 2.2 is used for frying cakes, wherein a first mode (the first evaporator 11 and the second evaporator 12 work simultaneously) in the refrigeration system corresponds to the first ice frying pan 2.1 for frying ice; the second mode of the refrigeration system (only the second evaporator 12 is in operation) corresponds to the second ice fryer 2.2 performing ice frying. The front panel of the ice frying machine body 1 is provided with a light box advertising board 16, the light box advertising board 16 is composed of a plurality of groups of advertising panels, and the combination of the advertising panels can be controlled by a driving motor (not marked in the figure) to realize the switching of different advertisements.

Referring to fig. 4 to 5, each evaporator comprises a peritoneal plate 17 and aluminum tubes 18, wherein each aluminum tube 18 comprises an inlet section 18.1, an outlet section 18.3 and a heat exchange section 18.2, the heat exchange section 18.2 of each aluminum tube 18 is positioned on the peritoneal plate 17, the outer peripheral surface of the heat exchange section 18.2 is coated with a hot melt adhesive film 19, and the heat exchange section of each aluminum tube 18 is pressed on the peritoneal plate 17 through the hot melt adhesive film 19 on the outer peripheral surface of the heat exchange section. The outer peripheral surfaces of the inlet section 18.1 and the outlet section 18.3 of the aluminum pipe 19 are coated with aluminum foil adhesive tapes. The heat exchange section 18.2 of the aluminum pipe 18 is completely coated by the hot melt adhesive film 19, and then the hot melt adhesive film 19 is heated and pressurized to be adhered to the web plate 17, so that the corrosion of the foaming heat-insulating layer to the aluminum pipe 18 is effectively avoided, the sealing performance and the service life of the aluminum pipe are improved, and the failure rate and the repair rate of the evaporator are reduced.

Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, an ice maker switch 20, a light box switch 21, and a ceiling light switch 22 are disposed on a front panel of an ice maker body 1, and the ice maker switches 20 are connected to a compressor 6, a timer 5, a condenser, and an evaporator through electric wires, respectively.
