1. The acidic color fixing agent is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass:

40% -50% of resin;

glacial acetic acid, 20% -40%;

2% -8% of active body;

5% -20% of a solvent;

8% -20% of sulfonating agent;

10% -30% of deionized water; and

3 to 5 percent of stabilizer.

3. An acid-fast fixing agent according to claim 1, wherein the active body comprises at least one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, oleic acid-polyoxyethylene ether, cardanol-polyoxyethylene ether.

4. The acidic fixing agent according to claim 1, wherein the solvent comprises one or more of diethylene glycol, tripropylene glycol, and triethylene glycol.

5. The acidic dye fixative of claim 1 wherein the sulfonating agent comprises concentrated sulfuric acid.

6. The acidic dye fixing agent according to claim 1 wherein the stabilizer comprises one or more of thiourea dioxide, citric acid, glucose, sorbitol, azobisisobutyramidine hydrochloride.

7. A process for the preparation of an acidic laking reagent according to any of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:

adding resin, glacial acetic acid, a solvent and an active body into a reaction container to obtain a first mixed solution;

stirring the first mixed solution, heating the reaction container until the temperature of the first mixed solution reaches 95-102 ℃, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for 30-45 minutes until the resin is fully dissolved to obtain a second mixed solution;

cooling the second mixed solution in the reaction container to 70 ℃, dropwise adding a sulfonating agent into the reaction container, and keeping the reaction temperature lower than 80 ℃;

after the sulfonating agent is dripped, the temperature is kept between 75 and 80 ℃, and the reaction is carried out for 4 to 6 hours under the condition of heat preservation, so as to obtain a third mixed solution;

cooling the third mixed solution to 45-55 ℃, adding deionized water, and continuing stirring for 25-35 minutes;

adding a stabilizer, stirring for 20-30 minutes, and discharging to obtain the acidic color fixing agent.

8. The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein the active substance is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, the solvent is tripropylene glycol, and the stabilizer is thiourea dioxide;

or

The active body is cardanol polyoxyethylene ether, the solvent is diethylene glycol, and the stabilizer is glucose.

The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein in the step of cooling the second mixed solution in the reaction vessel to 70 ℃ and dropping the sulfonating agent into the reaction vessel, and keeping the reaction temperature below 80 ℃, when the reaction temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the temperature is reduced by using circulating cooling water, and the time for dropping the sulfonating agent is 1-2 hours.

extracting the acidic color fixing agent by 0.5-5% (o.w.f), wherein the bath ratio is 1: 15, the pH of the working solution of the acidic color fixing agent is 4-4.5, and the temperature is kept at 70-80 ℃ for 20-30 minutes.

The invention relates to a printing and dyeing auxiliary agent, and particularly relates to an acidic color fixing agent, and a preparation method and an application method thereof.

Background

In textile printing and dyeing, chinlon (nylon), silk, wool and blended fabrics thereof are generally dyed by acid dyes, and the acid dyes have complete chromatograms, bright colors and high dye uptake and are often used for dyeing chinlon and protein fibers. Because of the small molecular weight of acid dyes, dyeing fibers with acid dyes requires dyeing by means of the combination of ionic bonds between the dye molecules and the action of partial hydrogen bonds and van der waals forces. The water-soluble groups such as carboxylic acid group or sulfonic group exist in the molecular structure of the acid dye, so that the wet processing fastness of the dye dyed fabric is poor. Therefore, in order to improve the fastness of the acid dye after dyeing, especially the fastness of medium and dark color varieties, the acid color fixing agent is required to be adopted for color fixing treatment.

The traditional acidic color fixing agent adopts tannin/Turtal color fixing agent, and because the color fixing treatment by a two-bath method is needed, the process route is long, the process is complex, and the color light after color fixing is withered and dark, the color fixing agent is gradually abandoned by people. At present, the synthetic tannin color fixing agent is basically adopted, can be used for color fixing treatment by a one-bath method, and has the advantages of small using amount, short time, simple operation and the like.

The existing synthetic tannin color fixing agent has the defects of large color, poor acid resistance, easy color fixing spot formation on fabrics and the like in the using process, so the research on a novel acidic color fixing agent has important practical significance.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to provide an acidic color fixing agent, a preparation method and an application method thereof, which can effectively improve the color fastness to washing and the color fastness to perspiration of a fixed fabric, reduce color change, and avoid the formation of fixed color spots on the fabric.

In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides an acidic color fixing agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40% -50% of resin; glacial acetic acid, 20% -40%; 2% -8% of active body; 5% -20% of a solvent; 8% -20% of sulfonating agent; 10% -30% of deionized water; and 3% -5% of a stabilizer.

Another embodiment of the present invention also provides a preparation method for preparing the acidic fixing agent according to the present invention, which comprises the following steps: adding resin, glacial acetic acid, a solvent and an active body into a reaction container to obtain a first mixed solution; stirring the first mixed solution, heating the reaction container until the temperature of the first mixed solution reaches 95-102 ℃, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for 30-45 minutes until the resin is fully dissolved to obtain a second mixed solution; cooling the second mixed solution in the reaction container to 70 ℃, dropwise adding a sulfonating agent into the reaction container, and keeping the reaction temperature lower than 80 ℃; after the sulfonating agent is dripped, the temperature is kept between 75 and 80 ℃, and the reaction is carried out for 4 to 6 hours under the condition of heat preservation, so as to obtain a third mixed solution; cooling the third mixed solution to 45-55 ℃, adding deionized water, and continuing stirring for 25-35 minutes; adding a stabilizer, stirring for 20-30 minutes, and discharging to obtain the acidic color fixing agent.

Another embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for using the acidic dye-fixing agent according to the present invention, which uses an immersion method to fix nylon woven tapes, wherein the immersion method comprises: extracting the acidic color fixing agent by 0.5-5% (o.w.f), wherein the bath ratio is 1: 15, the pH of the working solution of the acidic color fixing agent is 4-4.5, and the temperature is kept at 70-80 ℃ for 20-30 minutes.

The acid color fixing agent belongs to a synthetic tannin high-molecular-weight aromatic sulfonic acid polymer, has strong anionic property, can form an umbrella-shaped structure on the surface of a fiber, coats the dye in the fiber, blocks gaps, and hinders the diffusion of water-soluble dye, and meanwhile, negative charges of sulfonic groups on the surface of the fiber have certain repulsion to anionic acid dye in the fiber, so that the diffusion of the acid dye to a dye bath is hindered, and the color fastness is improved. Therefore, the acidic color fixing agent provided by the invention has the advantages that the color fixing working solution is stable, no coagulated particles exist, the generation of color fixing spots in the color fixing process of the fabric can be avoided, the color change of the fabric after color fixing is reduced, the color fastness to washing, the color fastness to perspiration and the like are improved, and the problems of poor color fastness of the fabric dyed by the acidic dye and large color change after color fixing are solved.
