an air cylinder transfer device comprises a vertical frame, a fixed seat, a movable seat, a driving motor, a synchronous gear, a synchronous belt, a rotary table and a connecting frame;

the top parts of the fixed seat and the movable seat are respectively and uniformly provided with a plurality of fixed limiting grooves and a plurality of movable limiting grooves, the fixed limiting grooves and the movable limiting grooves have the same shape and mutually correspond in position, and the air storage cylinder can be positioned in the fixed limiting grooves or the movable limiting grooves; in an initial state, the height of the fixed limiting groove is equal to that of the movable limiting groove.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an air cylinder transfer device is used for stably and orderly transferring air cylinders in the processes of air cylinder batch filling, sub-packaging, detection, assembly and the like, so that the transfer beats of the air cylinders are stable. The device comprises a vertical frame 1, a fixed seat 2, a movable seat 3, a driving motor 4, a synchronous gear 5, a synchronous belt 6, a turntable 7 and a connecting frame 8.

As shown in fig. 4, the two vertical frames 1 are fixed on the bottom plate front and back relatively, the two fixing seats 2 are respectively installed on the tops of the two vertical frames 1, the tops of the fixing seats 2 are uniformly distributed with a plurality of arc-shaped positioning and limiting grooves 9 along the left and right directions, and the air storage cylinder 10 can be positioned in the positioning and limiting grooves 9.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a pair of synchronizing gears 5 are installed on the front side of the vertical frame 1 at a high position, the driving motor 4 is located between the two synchronizing gears 5, the synchronizing belt 6 is engaged and tensioned on the two synchronizing gears 5 and the output gear of the driving motor 4, the driving motor 4 can drive the two synchronizing gears 5 to synchronously rotate through the synchronizing belt 6, the rotating shafts of the two synchronizing gears 5 are respectively connected with a rotating disc 7 in a key manner, and when the synchronizing gears 5 rotate, the rotating discs 7 are driven to rotate together. The center of gravity of the circular turntable 7 cannot deviate during rotation, and the rotating stability is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the connecting frame 8 is "Jiong" shape as a whole, the connecting frame 8 includes two frame legs 11 and a connecting beam 12 fixedly connected to the tops of the two frame legs 11, the two frame legs 11 are arranged along the vertical direction, the connecting beam 12 is arranged along the horizontal direction, the connecting beam 12 is fixedly connected to the movable base 3 through screws, and the two frame legs 11 are hinged to the two rotary tables 7 respectively. The movable seat 3 is arranged along the horizontal direction, a plurality of movable limiting grooves 13 are uniformly distributed on the top of the movable seat 3, and the movable limiting grooves 13 are in the same shape with the fixed limiting grooves 9 and are in one-to-one correspondence with the fixed limiting grooves 9. In an initial state, the fixed limiting grooves 9 are aligned with the movable limiting grooves 13 one by one, and the air storage cylinder 10 is placed in the leftmost fixed limiting groove 9; when the rotary table 7 rotates clockwise, the movable base 3 can be lifted through the connecting frame 8, the movable base 3 jacks up the air storage cylinder 10 on the fixed base 2, then the rotary table 7 continues to rotate, and the movable base 3 and the air storage cylinder 10 on the movable base 3 are further moved towards the right side; when the rotary table 7 descends to move the base 3, the air cylinder 10 falls into the second left limiting groove on the fixed base 2, so that the air cylinder 10 is stably moved to the right by a certain distance. The connecting frame 8 is provided with two frame feet 11 hinged with the rotary disc 7, the two frame feet 11 are drawn by the two rotary discs 7 to move synchronously, the balance of the connecting frame 8 is maintained, and the connecting frame 8 can stably support the air storage cylinder 10.

As shown in fig. 4, two driven wheels 14 opposite to the synchronous gear 5 are mounted on the rear vertical frame 1, a driven turntable 15 is keyed on a wheel shaft of the driven wheels 14, a horizontal connecting shaft 16 is mounted between the driven turntable 15 and the opposite turntable 7, two connecting frames 8 are mounted at the front end and the rear end of the connecting shaft 16 oppositely, frame legs 11 of the connecting frames 8 are sleeved on the connecting shaft 16, the frame legs 11 can rotate around the connecting shaft 16, namely, the connecting frames 8 are hinged with the turntable 7 or the driven turntable 15 through the connecting shaft 16. The front connecting frame 8 and the rear connecting frame 8 horizontally support the air storage cylinder 10, so that the support stability of the air storage cylinder 10 is improved; when the rotary table 7 rotates, the connecting shaft 16 is driven to rotate together, and the connecting shaft 16 drives the driven rotary table 15 to synchronously rotate, so that the front connecting frame 8 and the rear connecting frame 8 synchronously move.

The surfaces of the fixed limiting groove 9 and the movable limiting groove 13 are coated with buffer pads, so that the air cylinder is prevented from being scratched due to collision with the surface of the air cylinder 10.

Three shaft holes for mounting the connecting shaft 16 are distributed on the turntable 7 in a centrosymmetric manner, the mounting shaft holes of the connecting shaft 16 can be replaced, and the use is more flexible.

The right end of the vertical frame 1 is fixed with a blanking sliding frame 17, and the air cylinder 10 transferred by the moving seat 3 freely falls onto the blanking sliding frame 17. The top of unloading balladeur train 17 is equipped with the spout 18 that is used for the gas receiver of keeping in, and the left end of spout 18 and grudging post 1's top parallel and level, the right-hand member downward sloping of spout 18.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the air cylinder 10 is placed in the leftmost limit groove 9, when the air cylinder needs to be transferred to the right side, the driving motor 4 is started, the rotary disc 7 is driven to rotate clockwise, the connecting frame 8 and the moving seat 3 are jacked up in the rotating process of the rotary disc 7, the air cylinder 10 is lifted by the moving seat 3, the air cylinder 10 is transported to the right side by the moving seat 3 along with the continuous rotation of the rotary disc 7 until the rotary disc 7 rotates 180 degrees, the height of the moving seat 3 is lowered to be below the fixed seat 2, the air cylinder 10 falls into the left second limit groove on the fixed seat 2, the above action beats are repeated, the air cylinder 10 moves to the right intermittently until the air cylinder 10 is sent into the blanking sliding frame 17 at the right end of the stand, the air cylinder 10 is taken out of the blanking sliding frame 17 by manpower or a mechanical hand, and the next procedure is started. When the air cylinder is transported, a new air cylinder is continuously fed into the left side of the vertical frame 1, and the air cylinder is continuously transported.
