Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

With the development of internet technology, users can more and more conveniently buy various mental items through the internet, and the items need to be distributed to the users through logistics. Accordingly, the logistics industry is also rapidly developing with the development of internet commerce. Currently, in the logistics industry, logistics objects such as packages are delivered to a logistics site for centralized distribution after being sent out in a warehouse of a merchant. In the prior art, when delivering physical distribution objects, a plurality of physical distribution objects are usually placed in a physical distribution object storage device and then transported by a large physical distribution vehicle, and when being transported to a destination such as a physical distribution site or a warehouse, the physical distribution objects are taken out from the physical distribution object storage device so as to be allocated again or distributed to physical distribution personnel for delivery.

However, in the prior art, a storage device for storing logistics objects is usually transported by a common truck, however, the carrying manner of the common truck cannot meet the requirement of fast loading and unloading a large amount of scattered goods in the current logistics industry. For example, existing trucks typically place large container-type cargo containers directly on the truck chassis or on simple stands on the chassis, and then after reaching the destination, require the use of a forklift to unload the cargo container or wait for logistics personnel to unload the cargo, which is inefficient.

Therefore, the application provides a transportation device and transportation equipment, and the lifting mechanism capable of lifting one end of the transportation device to a certain height is arranged on the cross beam, so that a loaded container can be lifted as required, dependence on loading and unloading workers can be reduced, and loading and unloading efficiency is improved.

Fig. 1 is a perspective schematic view of a transport device according to one embodiment of the present application. FIG. 2 is a top view of a transport device according to one embodiment of the present application. FIG. 3 is a side view of a transport unit according to one embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 1, a transportation device 1 according to an embodiment of the present application may include a longitudinal beam 11, a cross beam 12, and a lifting mechanism 13.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the side members 11 and the cross members 12 may extend in directions perpendicular to each other. For example, the longitudinal beams 11 extend in a first direction and the transverse beams 12 extend in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. In the present embodiment, the length of the longitudinal beam 11 extending in the first direction may be greater than the length of the cross beam 12 extending in the second direction, so that the longitudinal beam 11 and the cross beam 12 may form a cross structure. In order to reinforce the strength of the structure, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, two cross members 12 may be provided at both ends of the longitudinal beam 11 in the first direction and extend in the second direction, respectively, so as to form an i-shaped structure with the longitudinal beam 11.

Of course, in the present embodiment, the transportation device 1 may include two longitudinal beams 11 and two cross beams 12 to form a frame structure. In this case, as shown in fig. 1, the longitudinal beams 11 and the lateral beams 12 may each extend beyond the edge of the frame formed by the longitudinal beams 11 and the lateral beams 12 in the direction of the respective extension and be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, respectively, thereby forming a cross structure.

In the present application, in the case where the side members 11 and the cross members 12 form a cross structure, the lifting mechanism 13 may be provided on the side members 11. The lifting mechanism 13 may be used to lift various load bearing objects, such as containers and the like, placed thereon. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the lift mechanism 13 may include a lift assembly 131 and a support assembly 132. Specifically, for example, the lifting assembly 131 may be disposed below the support assembly 132 to lift or lower the support assembly 132. For example, the lifting assembly 131 may take the form of an air bag that is inflated and deflated to perform a lifting operation to raise and lower the support assembly 132 above it and thereby change the height of an object carried on the support assembly 132.

For example, in the present embodiment, the load bearing object may be placed on the cross beams 12, and particularly, in the case where an i-shaped or cross-shaped structure is formed by the pair of cross beams 12 and the longitudinal beams 11, the load bearing object may be supported by two cross beams 12 disposed in the extending direction of the longitudinal beams 11, that is, the first direction, respectively supporting both side edges of the load bearing object. In this case, the lifting assembly 131 may lift at least one end of the support assembly 132 through a lifting operation such that the one end of the lifted support assembly 132 contacts the bottom surface of the load-bearing object and lifts the load-bearing object as the end of the support assembly 132 is lifted, such that the bottom surface of the load-bearing object is higher than the cross beam 12, i.e., the load-bearing object is lifted off the cross beam 12 by the support assembly 132. Therefore, in this case, the unloading process can be easily performed on the carrying object. For example, when the load bearing object is a cargo container having support legs, the cargo container may be supported on the ground using the support legs of the cargo container with the support assemblies 132 raised by the lifting assemblies 131 and thus the bottom surface of the cargo container free from the cross beam 12, thereby enabling quick unloading. Conversely, when loading, the cargo box may be supported on the ground, and in the modified case, the bottom surface of the cargo box is higher than the height of the cross beam 12, so that the transportation device according to the embodiment of the present application or the transportation apparatus equipped with the transportation device according to the embodiment of the present application may be moved under the cargo box, and the lifting assembly 131 of the lifting mechanism 13 is used to lift the height of the supporting assembly 132 to contact and support the cargo box. The support legs of the cargo box may then be removed and the cargo box supported by the transport apparatus of the present application and the support assemblies 132 lowered by the lifting assemblies 131 to a height below the beams 12 so that as the height of the support assemblies 132 is lowered, the height of the bottom surface of the cargo box is gradually lowered and as the height of the support assemblies 132 is below the upper surface of the beams, the bottom surface of the cargo box contacts the upper surface of the beams 12, i.e. supporting the cargo box by the beams 12 is achieved. Thus completing the loading of the cargo box. In the process, through the cooperation of the lifting mechanism and the cross beam of the conveying device, the loading and unloading operation which can be completed only by extra loading and unloading manpower and/or loading and unloading tools in the prior art is realized, so that the loading and unloading workload and the loading and unloading cost are greatly reduced, and the loading and unloading efficiency is improved.

In particular, in the embodiment of the present application, by adjusting the placement of the carrying objects, for example, placing the carrying objects in a form of a space below which the transportation device according to the embodiment of the present application can move, in the above manner, the transportation device 1 according to the embodiment of the present application is moved one by one into the space below each of the plurality of carrying objects, and the lifting assembly 131 of the lifting mechanism is used to lift the supporting assembly 132 to support the carrying object and separate the carrying object from the original supporting structure, and then the height of the supporting assembly 132 is reduced to support the carrying object supported by the supporting assembly 132 by the cross beam 12, so that the carrying device according to the embodiment of the present application can move to achieve automatic loading and unloading without external loading and unloading work, thereby greatly improving the loading and unloading efficiency.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the support assembly 132 may be composed of a longitudinal bar 1321 extending in a first direction, i.e., a direction in which the longitudinal beam 11 extends, and a lateral bar 1322 extending in a second direction, i.e., a direction in which the lateral beam 12 extends. For example, the vertical bars 1321 and the horizontal bars 1322 may be formed in the form of a support frame so as to support the load-bearing object thereon with a large support surface. The support assembly 132 may further include a rotation pin 1323, a rotatable portion of which may be fixed to one end of the longitudinal bar 1321 and a rotation shaft may be fixedly connected to the longitudinal beam 11. Accordingly, the support frame of the support assembly 132 may be rotated about one side thereof by the rotation pin 1323. In this case, the lifting assembly 131 may be provided at the other end of the support assembly 132 so as to raise or lower the height of the other end of the support assembly 132 through a lifting operation.

In this case, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the support assembly 132 may include a plurality of support frames constituted by the longitudinal bars 1321 and the cross bars 1322, for example, may include two support frames, and are arranged in the direction along the longitudinal beams 11 at the two support frames, and are symmetrical to each other with a symmetry axis along the second direction. In this case, a rotation pin 1323 may be provided between the two support frames, and a rotatable portion thereof may be fixed between the two support frames and connected to adjacent ends of the two support frames, respectively. As described above, the rotation shaft of the rotation pin 1323 may be fixedly connected to the side member 11. In this case, the lifting mechanism 13 may include a lifting assembly 131 located below the other end of each support frame so that the lifting assemblies 131 can synchronously or asynchronously lift the support frame above it. Therefore, by providing a plurality of support frames and providing the lifting assembly 131 under each support frame, respectively, the supporting points for lifting the load-bearing object can be dispersed, which is advantageous to the stability of the lifting operation. In particular, such dispersed support points can provide better reliability and stability when the carrying object is bulky.

In the present embodiment, the transportation device 1 may further include a locking mechanism 14. The locking mechanism 14 may be fixedly disposed on the beam 12 and may have a rotatable lock mechanism 141. In the present embodiment, the transport apparatus 1 generally starts the transport of the load-bearing object after the load-bearing object is placed on the cross member 12 by the lifting mechanism 13. During transport, it is inevitable that the load-bearing object may move relative to the cross beam 12 due to traffic conditions or road conditions. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the load-bearing object carried by the transportation apparatus 1 can be fixed during transportation by the locking mechanism 14. The locking mechanisms 14 may be provided, for example, at both ends of the beam 12, so as to fix the load-bearing object or restrict its movement by a rotatable lock cylinder structure when the load-bearing object is placed on the beam 12. For example, the rotatable lock head structure may be an arm structure having an axis of rotation perpendicular to the beam 12, such that the arm may be rotated to abut the side of the load bearing object, thereby forming a restraining fence. In the embodiment of the present application, in the case that the bearing object has a groove thereon, the surface of the locking head structure 141 may also have a lateral protrusion, which may be disposed corresponding to the groove on the bearing object, and thus when the bearing object is placed on the beam, the operation of locking the corresponding position of the bearing object may be performed by rotating the locking head structure 141 to form the locked state.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, an idler 133 may be further provided at an end of the support member 132 lifted by the lifting member 131. In this case, when the supporting member 132 is contacted by raising the height thereof, the riding wheel 133 may be used to contact the bottom surface of the supporting member, so that the supporting member may slide on the surface of the supporting member 132 by means of the riding wheel 133. Therefore, the carrying wheel 133 can be used for facilitating the loading and unloading of the carrying object and improving the efficiency.

In addition, corresponding to the arrangement of the idler 133, a groove 111 may be correspondingly arranged on the longitudinal beam 11, so that the idler 133 can be accommodated when the idler 133 is at a lower height than the cross beam 12 along with the supporting component 132.

In addition, according to this application embodiment, the conveyer can further include suggestion subassembly, and this suggestion subassembly can give prompt message according to the elevating system's state of going up and down. In practical use, the transportation device of the application can be applied to transportation of large containers and the like, and the weight of such containers when being filled with logistics objects is very large, so that when the lifting mechanism is used for lifting or lowering the containers loaded on the containers, the lifting assembly of the embodiment of the application can be used for prompting workers or people passing by the periphery to pay attention to safety or prepare corresponding preparation work, and therefore danger caused by unnoticed workers or people passing by the periphery can be avoided. In this case, the prompting component may be a display component having a screen, so that the current lifting state can be displayed on the screen, for example, whether the current lifting or lowering is displayed, and even further the height of lifting or lowering can be displayed, so as to be ready for work with the worker according to the height. In other embodiments, the prompting component can also be a loudspeaker component, so that surrounding people can be reminded by sounding or giving out voice prompts when the lifting mechanism is lifted.

FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a transport apparatus according to one embodiment of the present application. According to the embodiment of the application, on the basis of the transportation device, the transportation equipment 2 provided with the transportation device can be further provided. The transport apparatus 2 may further comprise a frame 21 and a connecting structure 22 for connecting the transport device 1 to the frame 21. In particular, for example, the longitudinal beams 11 of the transport device 1 can be fixedly connected to the frame 21 by the connecting structure 22, so that the transport device 1 can be provided with an auxiliary support for carrying load-bearing objects by the more robust frame 21.

As shown in fig. 4, the connecting structure 22 may include a latch 221 and a fixing member 222. Wherein the fixing assembly 222 may be fixed to the frame 21 and the catch 221 may be used to lock the longitudinal beam 11 of the transportation device 1. For example, a groove may be provided on the side member 11 at a position corresponding to the locker 221, and thus the locker 221 may form a snap structure with the groove.

In addition, the connection structure 22 may further include a rotary joint 223, and the locker 221 and the fixing member 222 may be respectively connected to both sides of the rotary joint 223, so that when the locker 221 is released from the engaged state with the side rail 11, the locker 221 may be rotated to the other side by using the rotary joint 223, thereby facilitating the separation of the transportation device 1 from the frame 21.

In addition, the transportation device 2 of the present application can also be further connected with the vehicle head 3, so that the transportation device 2 is driven through the vehicle head 3.

Furthermore, the transport equipment 2 of the present application may further comprise a box which may be fixedly connected to the transport device 1, for example to the cross beam 12 of the transport device 1. In this case, a fixing member may be provided at a corner of the case, and thus the fixing member may be engaged with the locking mechanism 14 of the transportation device 1, for example, with the lock head structure 141 thereof, to facilitate the locking and unlocking operations of the transportation device 1.

Under the condition that the transportation equipment 2 comprises the box body, the lifting mechanism of the transportation device can also be arranged on the box body, so that the box body can be directly lifted at the position where the box body is placed along with the movement of the box body. In this case, the requirements for the transport means, for example a vehicle, can be reduced. For example, the container may be lifted in place of the container by a lifting mechanism on the container as the container is loaded, and then moved under the container using a conventional pallet truck to complete loading of the container onto the truck, and when the container is unloaded, the container may be lifted directly to the ground by a lifting mechanism on the container, and the truck may be moved directly forward to effect in situ unloading.

In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the lifting mechanism may also be provided on the box body and the transportation device, respectively. For example, a support assembly, such as a frame, may be provided on the container body and a lift assembly may be provided at a corresponding location on the transporter, such that the energy, such as electricity, required for the lifting operation of the lift assembly may be provided by the transporter, and only the support assembly of the mechanical structure may be provided on the container body. In this case, the complexity of installation on the transport device can be further simplified, and routine maintenance is facilitated.

Therefore, by means of the conveying device and the conveying equipment, the lifting mechanism capable of lifting one end of the cross beam to a certain height is arranged on the cross beam, the loaded container can be lifted as required, dependence on loading and unloading workers can be reduced, and loading and unloading efficiency is improved.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
