Technical Field

The invention relates to a tool and a device capable of pre-fixing a four-way valve and a D connecting pipe, and belongs to the technical field of air conditioning equipment.

Background

In the technical field of current air conditioning equipment, a four-way valve mainly adopts two modes of integrated welding and split welding, wherein the integrated welding mode is that before welding, a D connecting pipe and a valve body are required to be pre-fixed, the operation is mainly realized by manpower at present, a welding tool is installed after the D connecting pipe is inserted into the valve body, and then the insertion depth is required to be controlled by a positioning block on the welding tool. However, in this mode, the D connection pipe and the valve body are in a loose fit state, so that the problems of skew, inconsistent insertion depth, non-uniform fit clearance between the D connection pipe and the valve body exist, and the stability of welding quality is not facilitated. In addition, when the material is taken, the worker needs to be handed to hold the material to grasp the material, certain requirements are required on the operating proficiency of the worker, otherwise, the D connecting pipe is easy to fall off from the valve body, the operation steps are multiple, and the production efficiency is low.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and more complete, the following technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail, and all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts based on the specific embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the tool capable of pre-fixing the four-way valve and the D connection pipe provided in this embodiment includes: a tube expanding head 4, a tube expanding needle 5 and a positioning seat 3.

The expansion head 4 is used to simultaneously expand the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the D-joint pipe 1. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the tube expansion head 4 includes a base portion 41, a main body portion 42 and an tube expansion portion 43, and the base portion 41, the main body portion 42 and the tube expansion portion 43 are connected in sequence and are processed to form the tube expansion head 4 through an integral molding process. The inside of the tube expansion head 4 is provided with a cavity 45 which passes through the base part 41, the main body part 42 and the tube expansion part 43, and the cavity 45 positioned inside the tube expansion part 43 is a conical cavity; the main body part 42 and the tube expansion part 43 are provided with 4 grooves 44 extending along the axial direction, the 4 grooves 44 are respectively arranged along the circumferential direction of the main body part 42 and the tube expansion part 43 at equal intervals, and each groove 44 is communicated with the cavity 45. The main body part 42 is of a cylindrical structure, the tube expanding part 43 comprises a connecting part 431 and a tube expanding end 432 which are connected, the main body part 42 and the tube expanding end 432 are connected in a smooth transition mode through the connecting part 431, specifically, the connecting part 431 is of a circular truncated cone-shaped structure, the top surface of the connecting part 431 is connected with the main body part 42, and the bottom surface of the connecting part 431 is connected with the tube expanding end 432. One end of the tube expanding needle 5 is fixedly connected with the driving mechanism, and the tube expanding needle 5 can move along the axial direction of the tube expanding head 4 in the cavity 45 of the tube expanding head 4 under the pushing of an external force (such as the driving mechanism), so that the tube expanding head 4 is pushed to expand outwards. As shown in fig. 5, the tube expanding needle 5 comprises a base 51, a main body 52 and a thimble 53, wherein the base 51, the main body 52 and the thimble 53 are connected in sequence and are processed into the tube expanding needle 5 by an integral molding process. The base 51 of the tube expanding needle 5 is a transmission part of external force, when the tube expanding needle 5 is pushed by a driving mechanism, the tube expanding needle 5 is fixedly connected with the driving mechanism through the base 51, and if the tube expanding needle is pushed by manpower, force can be directly applied to the base 51. Meanwhile, the base 51 is used for limiting the movement of the tube expanding needle 5 and preventing the tube expanding needle 5 from completely extending into the cavity 45 and being difficult to take out. The main body 52 is a cylindrical structure, the thimble 53 is a conical structure, and when the tube expansion needle 5 is inserted into the cavity 45 of the tube expansion head 4, the main body 52 and the thimble 53 are respectively matched with the cavity in the tube expansion head 4 to form a gap 11.

The positioning seat 3 accommodates and positions the valve body 2 of the four-way valve and provides a passage extending vertically to the valve body for the pipe expanding head. As shown in fig. 6, the positioning seat 3 is a rectangular parallelepiped structure, a first groove 31 extending along the length direction of the positioning seat 3 is provided on the top surface of the positioning seat 3, a second groove 32 penetrating through the top surface and the bottom surface of the positioning seat 3 is further provided on the side surface of the positioning seat 3, and the second groove 32 is vertically communicated with the middle portion of the first groove 31. The first groove 31 is used for installing and fixing the valve body 2 of the four-way valve, and the second groove 32 is a channel for the pipe expanding head 4 to extend into the valve body 2. The positioning seat 3 is further provided with a mounting hole 33 for mounting the positioning seat 3 on the workbench, and the mounting hole 33 penetrates through the top surface and the bottom surface of the positioning seat 3.

Before the four-way valve is welded integrally, the D connecting pipe 1 and the valve body 2 of the four-way valve are pre-fixed by the tool which is provided by the application and can pre-fix the four-way valve and the D connecting pipe (as shown in figures 7-9). Firstly, the positioning seat 3 and the tube expansion head 4 are respectively installed on the workbench, the valve body 2 is accurately and stably placed in the first groove 31 of the positioning seat 3, the position of the positioning seat 3 is adjusted (the positioning seat 3 can be installed on the installation seat of the workbench through the installation hole 33, and the relative position of the positioning seat 3 and the tube expansion head 4 is adjusted by adjusting the installation seat), so that the tube expansion head 4 passes through the second groove 32 on the positioning seat 3, extends to the valve body 2, then passes through the valve body joint hole 22 and the D-shaped joint hole 21, and the valve body 2 is accurately positioned. And then the D connecting pipe 1 sleeved with the welding ring is inserted in alignment with the D connecting pipe hole 21 on the valve body 2, and the cone surface of the connecting part 431 of the tube expansion head 4 positions the insertion depth of the D connecting pipe 1, so that the stability of the insertion depth of the D connecting pipe 1 is ensured. The invention also provides a device capable of pre-fixing the four-way valve and the D connecting pipe, the device is provided with a tool capable of pre-fixing the four-way valve and the D connecting pipe in the scheme and a driving mechanism for driving the pipe expanding needle 5 to move in the cavity 45, the driving mechanism comprises an air cylinder and a transmission mechanism, and the pipe expanding needle 5 is fixedly connected with the transmission mechanism through a base 51. In another embodiment, the driving mechanism may also be composed of a servo motor and a transmission mechanism (e.g., a cam mechanism) that can convert the rotation of the servo motor into linear motion. In other embodiments, the tube expansion head 4 can be designed in various forms such as a cylindrical head-shaped tube expansion head, a diamond-shaped tube expansion head or a circular raised head tube expansion head. The tube expansion end 432 can also be designed as a cylindrical structure as shown in FIG. 10; or as shown in fig. 12, the tube expansion end 432 is a cylindrical structure and has an annular bulge at the top, and the tube expansion head 4 is suitable for the condition that the D-joint tube 1 has a reduced mouth, so that the tube expansion head 4 can expand the D-joint tube 1 without damaging the reduced mouth of the D-joint tube 1; or as shown in fig. 11, the tube expansion end 432 is divided into a plurality of end portions by the groove 44, each end portion has an inclined diamond end face, the diamond end face is inclined from the axis of the tube expansion head 4 to the periphery along the radial direction of the tube expansion head 4, the tube expansion effect is similar to that of a plum blossom-shaped tube expansion head, after the diamond tube expansion head expands the D connection tube 1, a part of gaps 11 are still reserved at the joint of the D connection tube 1 and the valve body 2, the gaps 11 are uniformly distributed, the capillary action is facilitated, good fluidity of the solder can be ensured in the welding process, and thus the stability of the welding quality is ensured; and the diamond tube expansion head is easier to process and form compared with the plum blossom-shaped tube expansion head.
