1) firstly, assembling and fixing a square shaft on a positioner of a welding system, then assembling a fixed flange on the square shaft through a sliding block and realizing the assembly with a linear guide rail, and assembling and connecting the fixed flange with a shaft sleeve flange through a bolt;

2) assembling and fixing the n inner frames and the 2n outer frames with the shaft sleeve flange arranged in the central area in sequence by using bolts;

3) adjusting a screw rod assembly on the outer arc supporting block assembly to a minimum stroke position;

4) the assembly of the parts to be welded is completed, and then the screw rod assembly on the outer arc supporting block assembly is adjusted outwards to ensure that the parts to be welded are supported tightly;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: aiming at girth welding of a cabin body structure of a large-diameter spacecraft, parallel guide rails are arranged on four side surfaces of a square shaft in the center position in the design of a large-size column section girth welding tool, so that the whole tool can be ensured to move smoothly along the square shaft. The whole set of tool system comprises: 1) a square shaft (comprising a square steel shaft main body, a linear guide rail and a connecting flange); 2) a fixed flange; 3) a shaft sleeve flange; 4) an inner frame; 5) an outer frame; 6) the outer arc supporting block assembly (comprising an aluminum alloy arc supporting block, a guide rod assembly and a lead screw assembly).

Square shaft

Shaft sleeve flange

The shaft sleeve flange is a cast steel structure flange, an inner cylindrical surface is matched with an outer cylindrical surface of the fixed flange, the end surface is assembled and fixed with the end surface of the fixed flange through a whole circle of bolts, n assembling surfaces are uniformly distributed on the outer side surface, and the n assembling surfaces are assembled and fixed with n inner frames through bolts.

Inner frame

The inner frame is a frame-shaped structure of cast aluminum, n inner frames are uniformly distributed in a whole circle of the ring welding tool through the design of a size chain, adjacent inner frames are fixedly connected through bolts, and the n inner frames and the shaft sleeve flange arranged at the central position are fixedly assembled through bolts.

Outer frame

The outer frame is the frame-shaped structure of cast aluminium similarly, as the epitaxial structure of inner frame, and through the design of size chain, the whole circle adopts 2n outer frames to assemble each other and connects and form closed annular structure, and is fixed through bolted connection between each other. The outer frame and the inner frame are assembled and fixed through bolts, and the stability of the whole system is ensured.

External supporting arc block assembly

The outer arc supporting block assembly is formed by assembling an aluminum alloy arc supporting block, a guide rod assembly and a lead screw assembly, the arc diameter size of the aluminum alloy arc supporting block is consistent with the inner diameter size of the welded cabin body circular seam, the inner supporting effect of parts to be welded in the assembling and welding process is achieved, the aluminum alloy arc supporting block is moved in the radial direction through the lead screw assembly, and therefore the purpose of assembling before welding and quickly disassembling the tool after welding is achieved. And the two sets of guide rod components arranged on the two sides of the screw rod component are mainly used for ensuring the stability of the radial movement of the aluminum alloy arc-shaped supporting block.

Fig. 1-3 show the overall structural schematic diagram of the guide rail type large cabin column section girth welding tool according to the embodiment of the invention.

Firstly, assembling and fixing a square shaft on a positioner of a welding system, then assembling a shaft sleeve flange on the square shaft through a sliding block and realizing the assembly with a guide rail, and assembling and connecting the shaft sleeve flange with a fixed flange through a bolt;

assembling and fixing the n inner frames and the 2n outer frames with the central area fixing flange in sequence by using bolts;

adjusting a lead screw on the outer arc supporting block assembly to a minimum stroke position, so as to facilitate product assembly;

the assembly of the parts to be welded in the column section girth welding is completed, and then the lead screw on the outer arc supporting block assembly is slowly adjusted outwards to ensure that the parts to be welded are tightly supported;

after the product is welded, the screw rod on the outer supporting arc block assembly is adjusted to the minimum stroke position, the outer supporting arc block assembly is disassembled, then the outer frame and the inner frame are disassembled in sequence, and finally the square shaft is safely withdrawn from the inside of the product, so that the flexible assembly welding of the large-diameter cabin column section circular seam and the quick assembly and disassembly of the welding tool are realized in the whole process.
