Background

The materials need to be sorted before entering the visual equipment for detection, so that the materials form a neat single row on the conveying belt and enter the quality inspection machine for detection in order.

At present, most of common sequencing equipment only gradually reduces the feeding space, so that only one material is allowed to pass through a discharge hole. However, because the articles are irregularly placed on the conveyor belt during feeding, the discharge port is blocked with a high probability during discharging, that is, a plurality of articles are jammed at the discharge port at the same time, which causes transmission failure.

The material twisting component comprises a first rubbing plate 3 and a second rubbing plate 4, the first rubbing plate 3 and the second rubbing plate 4 are respectively and correspondingly fixed on a first linear rail sliding block 5 and a second linear rail sliding block 6, and the two linear rail sliding blocks respectively comprise an upper fixed block 10 and a lower sliding block 11; the upper fixing block 10 is connected with the connecting rod 7 and the material twisting component, the lower sliding blocks 11 are arranged on the linear guide rail 12, and the number of the lower sliding blocks is 2 in order to improve the stability.

The working process is as follows:

the driving motor 2 works to drive the eccentric block 8 to rotate, and the first linear guide rail slide block 5 is driven to move forwards on the linear guide rail 12 through the connecting rod 7; because the first linear guide slider 5 is connected with the second linear guide slider 6 through the swing arm 13, the second linear guide slider 6 moves in the opposite direction while the first linear guide slider 5 moves forwards; correspondingly, the first washboard 3 and the second washboard 4 move in opposite directions to realize the material twisting action. The disordered jellies are conveyed on the belt, when a plurality of jellies enter the rubbing plates at the same time, the two rubbing plates can break the balance of the jellies while rubbing back and forth, so that the jellies sequentially enter the channels, and the aim of single-row discharging and sorting is fulfilled.
