The discharging unit comprises a discharging hopper, a discharging cylinder, a discharging push plate, a steel needle and a steel needle fixing block, the discharging hopper is fixed on the base, the discharging cylinder is fixed on the discharging hopper, the discharging push plate is fixed at the end part of a piston rod of the discharging cylinder, the length direction of the steel needle is parallel to the axial direction of the piston rod of the discharging cylinder, the steel needle is fixed on the steel needle fixing block, and the steel needle fixing block is fixed on the discharging hopper; the cross section of blanking guide is the V-arrangement, and the contained angle of V-arrangement cross section reduces along length extending direction gradually, and the less end in cross section of blanking guide is located the top of arranging the hopper, when arranging material cylinder's piston rod complete retraction state, the key falls on arranging the hopper through the blanking guide to lean on arranging the material push pedal, when arranging material cylinder's piston rod complete extension state, go into the steel needle with the hole cover on the key.

The invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:

1) the structure that one milling motor drives two processing shafts is adopted, one-time feeding is realized, double-sided slot milling processing is completed, the automation degree is high, the processing precision is high, and the processing efficiency is high;

2) The adjusting sleeve, the fine adjustment block and the first driven shaft for mounting the upper milling cutter are matched, so that the relative distance between the upper milling cutter and the lower milling cutter can be adjusted, and the requirement for processing keys of different batches in different sizes can be met;

3) The structure that the limiting plate, the key side clamping plate, the rolling bearing and the tension spring are matched can meet the clamping requirements of keys in different batches with different sizes by replacing the key side clamping plate with different lengths;

4) automatic go up unloading and automatic row material, greatly reduced artifical intensity of labour.
