Background

The existing vacuum brake oil pipe assembly mainly comprises a nylon pipe, a one-way valve, an atmospheric pressure sensor, a tee joint, a rubber pipe, a hoop and the like. In the development process of a new vehicle type, parts of the vacuum brake oil pipe assembly needing to be redeveloped generally comprise a nylon pipe and a rubber pipe, wherein the development cycle of the rubber pipe is longer than that of the nylon pipe, and the requirements on sample pieces and the purchasing time are examined. And the rubber tube of the vacuum brake oil tube assembly is connected with the nylon tube through the hoop, so that the risk of rusting can exist for a long time. Moreover, when the vacuum brake oil pipe assembly is assembled with a vehicle body, all parts of the vacuum brake oil pipe assembly need to be assembled with the vehicle body respectively, and because the parts of the vacuum brake oil pipe assembly are too many, more connecting pieces are needed, the assembling links are many, the assembling difficulty is high, and the assembling efficiency is low. The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings for a purpose of helping those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to facilitate its implementation.

It should be noted that, in the following embodiments, the terms "first", "second" and "third" do not denote absolute differences in structure and/or function, nor do they denote a sequential order of execution, but rather are used for convenience of description.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a vacuum brake oil pipe assembly, which comprises a first oil pipe 2, a three-way pipe 3 connected with the first oil pipe 2 and used for being connected with an electronic vacuum pump assembly, a second oil pipe 4 connected with the three-way pipe 3, a one-way valve 5 connected with the second oil pipe 4, a third oil pipe 6 connected with the one-way valve 5, a joint 7 connected with the third oil pipe 6 and used for being connected with an engine intake manifold, and an integrated sensor 1 arranged on the first oil pipe 2, wherein the first oil pipe 2, the second oil pipe 4 and the third oil pipe 6 are all nylon pipes.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the first oil pipe 2 has a certain length, the integrated sensor 1 is fixedly disposed at one end of the first oil pipe 2 in the length direction, the end of the first oil pipe 2 is used for being connected with a vacuum booster belt master cylinder assembly, and the other end of the first oil pipe 2 in the length direction is fixedly connected with a first connector of the three-way pipe 3. The second oil pipe 4 has a certain length, one end of the second oil pipe 4 in the length direction is fixedly connected with the second connector of the three-way pipe 3, and the other end of the second oil pipe 4 in the length direction is fixedly connected with the one-way valve 5. The third oil pipe 6 has a certain length, one end of the third oil pipe 6 in the length direction is fixedly connected with the check valve 5, and the other end of the third oil pipe 6 in the length direction is fixedly connected with the joint 7. The three-way pipe 3 is also provided with a third interface, the third interface of the three-way pipe 3 is used for being connected with a vacuum pipe of the electronic vacuum pump assembly, the first interface, the second interface and the third interface of the three-way pipe 3 are in a communicated state, and the three-way pipe 3 is formed by injection molding of plastic materials. The first oil pipe 2, the second oil pipe 4 and the third oil pipe 6 are made of nylon pipes, and the development period is shortened.

As shown in fig. 1, the joint 7 is a quick-connect joint, which facilitates assembly with an engine intake manifold and contributes to improvement in tact time.

Preferably, the check valve 5 is a right angle check valve.

The invention also provides a vehicle, which comprises the vacuum brake oil pipe assembly with the structure. The specific structure of the vacuum brake oil pipe assembly can refer to fig. 1, and will not be described herein. Since the vehicle of the present invention includes the vacuum brake oil pipe assembly in the above-described embodiment, it has all the advantages of the vacuum brake oil pipe assembly described above.
