In order to solve the welding problem of the side wall steel structure and the underframe, the existing method is that the underframe does not adopt an integral foaming structure, after the integral foaming of the side wall is finished, a pillow column of the side wall steel structure is connected with the underframe steel structure, so that a space can be reserved for the welding of the pillow column of the integrally foaming side wall steel structure and the underframe steel structure, and after the welding assembly is finished, a polyurethane foaming block is filled on the underframe steel structure.

In the construction and use processes, the existing method is complex in construction process, and the heat insulation performance of the whole vehicle is affected due to poor air tightness and serious heat leakage caused by the existence of filling gaps.
