The invention relates to the field of corn harvesters, in particular to a transmission system of a corn husker.

Background

The corn harvester is an agricultural machine which can complete multiple operations of ear picking, peeling, straw crushing and recycling, straw root returning and the like on the corn once by using a machine when the corn is ripe. The process flow comprises the following steps: picking up the ears by using an upper header in a corn growth state, transferring the ears to a peeling machine through an elevating device, and finally harvesting the peeled corn ears; cutting straws at a position close to the root by using a lower cutting table, then feeding the cut straws into a crushing mechanism to be crushed, and collecting the crushed straws; returning the residual straws to the field by a field returning machine.

The corn husker used by the corn harvester separates the corn ears from the bracts, and in order to return the separated bracts to the field for utilization, a sheet jelly machine is arranged below the corn husker; the peeled fruit cluster is conveyed to a fruit cluster bin, and the falling seeds fall into a seed recovery device in the peeling process.

The existing power transmission system of the peeler has the disadvantages of complex structure, large power transmission stage number, high noise, high failure rate, high manufacturing cost and unstable transmission; secondly, the positions of all working units of the corn harvester are not easy to configure, and the whole machine is large in size.

the left wheel of the output shaft of the engine is in transmission connection with a main transmission shaft through a belt and a belt pulley of the main transmission shaft, and the other end of the main transmission shaft is sequentially provided with a peeler input chain wheel, a returning machine power input chain wheel and a belt pulley II of the main transmission shaft.

Preferably, the input chain wheel of the peeling machine is in transmission connection with the commutator through a chain and a commutator input chain wheel, and a commutator output chain wheel parallel to the commutator input chain wheel is in transmission connection with a power input chain wheel of the sheet jelly machine; and a second commutator output chain wheel vertical to the commutator input chain wheel is in transmission connection with the peeling mechanism.

Preferably, the second commutator output chain wheel is sequentially connected with a power input chain wheel of the peeling machine, a power input chain wheel of the cleaning auger and a power input chain wheel of the grain cleaning fan through chains.

Preferably, the power input chain wheel of the peeling machine is arranged on the power input shaft of the peeling machine and is positioned on the power input shaft of the peeling machine, the outer side of the power input chain wheel of the peeling machine is further provided with a peeling roller output chain wheel, the peeling roller output chain wheel is in transmission connection with a peeling roller power shaft through a chain and a peeling roller power input chain wheel, the peeling roller power shaft is further provided with a plurality of driving bevel gears, and the driving bevel gears are in transmission connection with the peeling rollers through driven bevel gears meshed with the driving bevel gears.

The present invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following figures and specific examples, which are to be understood as merely illustrative and not restrictive of the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1-7, a corn husker transmission system comprises a pressure feeder assembly 1, a husking assembly 2, an ear cleaning assembly 3, a grain cleaning fan 4, a grain recovery device 5, a sheet jelly machine 6 and a main transmission shaft 21.

Further, the peeler power input sprocket 31 is arranged on the peeler power input shaft 32, a peeling roller output sprocket 74 is further arranged on the peeler power input shaft 32 and outside the peeler power input sprocket 31, the peeling roller output sprocket 74 is in transmission connection with a peeling roller power shaft 76 through a chain and a peeling roller power input sprocket 75, the peeling roller power shaft 76 is further provided with a plurality of driving bevel gears 77, and the driving bevel gears 77 are in transmission connection with the peeling rollers 79 through driven bevel gears 78 meshed with the driving bevel gears 77; a plurality of groups of peeling assemblies are synchronously driven by a plurality of bevel gears and power is transmitted to the chain wheel transmission assembly, the chain wheel transmission assembly transmits the power to the pressure transmitter assembly, the power transmission stage number is reduced, and the transmission efficiency and the reliability are improved.
