Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of biological functional food preparations, and particularly relates to an enzymolysis radix puerariae sobering composite sheet and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Kudzu root, the name of traditional Chinese medicine, is the dried root of kudzu of leguminous plant, commonly known as kudzu, harvested in autumn and winter, and cut into thick slices or small blocks when the kudzu is fresh; the kudzu root is plant gold, contains 13 amino acids essential to human body, and especially has higher content of essential amino acids which cannot be synthesized by human body. The effective active ingredients contained in the composition comprise isoflavone, puerarin, alkaloid and other substances, and trace elements such as iron, calcium, manganese and the like which are necessary for human bodies are also rich.

Radix Puerariae and its product have effects of invigorating yang, relieving hunger, promoting fluid production, quenching thirst, clearing pathogenic fire, removing toxic substance, reducing blood lipid, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar, reducing cholesterol, and preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. According to the modern medical research, the pueraria isoflavone has the effects of cancer prevention and cancer resistance and plant stimulation, has extremely high drinking value, is called long-life dragon root every day, is called Chinese yam treasure, has the reputation of Asian ginseng internationally, is called pachyrhizua angulatus, is particularly large in pueraria, has the starch content of 25-30 percent, is called pachyrhizua angulatus due to the fact that the pueraria angulatus contains more pueraria starch, is called pachyrhizua angulatus due to the fact that the pueraria angulatus is sweet, is mainly and wild in low mountain valley, is not artificially cultured and domesticated, and has the starch content of 17-20 percent. The kudzu root powder is cool and pungent, has various functions of relieving exterior syndrome, reducing fever, promoting production of body fluid, promoting eruption, invigorating yang and stopping diarrhea and the like, can treat various diseases such as fever and headache caused by external infection, high blood pressure and neck pain, thirst, diabetes, measles without adequate eruption, heat eruption, diarrhea and the like, contains 12% of flavonoid compounds such as puerarin, soybean flavonoid glycoside, peanut essence and other nutritional ingredients, and also contains protein, amino acid, sugar, mineral substances such as iron, calcium, copper, selenium and the like which are necessary for human bodies, is a famous and precious tonic product suitable for people of all ages, has the reputation of ' thousand years ginseng ', has a famous prescription ' in the typhoid treatise on the typhoid fever of Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty, remains an important exterior syndrome till now, and the kudzu root in the spleen and stomach is the best capable of developing the qi of clearing yang, has sweet and fragrant smell, cool nature and is mainly used in the spleen and stomach channels. Has the functions of relieving exterior syndrome, expelling pathogenic factors from muscles, invigorating yang, promoting eruption, relieving fever and promoting the production of body fluid. Can be used for treating spleen deficiency, diarrhea, fever thirst, fever, headache, neck pain, measles without adequate eruption, epidemic febrile disease thirst, diabetes, alcoholism, thoracic obstruction, cardiodynia, etc., and has effects of regulating human body function, enhancing body constitution, improving organism disease resistance, resisting aging, prolonging life, and maintaining youthful vigor.

The kudzu root has a plurality of effects because the kudzu root contains more flavonoids, and researches show that the flavonoids can effectively increase blood flow of brain and coronary vessels, and headache is easy to occur when people wake up the next day after drunkenness because ethanol in alcohol is converted into acetaldehyde after the metabolism of liver. Acetaldehyde has a remarkable effect of dilating capillaries, and particularly has a remarkable effect of dilating capillaries in the head, so that headache is caused. The common method for relieving headache is to take some pain relieving medicines, such as pain relieving tablets, ibuprofen, pain relieving powder and other western medicines, but the medicines have certain side effects, and the pueraria flavonoids compound can effectively increase blood flow of brain and coronary vessels, has good spasmolysis effect, and can resist the transmission of histamine and acetylcholine, thereby relieving headache.

Some techniques for sobering up with pueraria lobata exist in the prior art, for example: CN201210009971.3 discloses a sobering-up and liver-protecting kudzu root beverage, kudzu root of which is not subjected to enzymolysis, and ketone compounds are expected to be lower and the effect is not obvious.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an enzymolysis radix puerariae sobering composite sheet and a preparation method thereof.
