as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment, on the basis of the above manner, further, the support connection mechanism 7 includes an auxiliary portion and a protection portion, the auxiliary portion is provided on the support adjustment mechanism 2 for auxiliary supporting of the workpiece and for carrying the support assembly 4 after the support adjustment mechanism 2 rotates, and the protection portion is provided on the auxiliary portion for protection of the workpiece and for connection with the scarfing mechanism 6 after the support adjustment mechanism 2 rotates;

specifically, when the flame cleaning device applied to the welding workpiece is in work/use, the flame cleaning device comprises the following steps:

step one, flame cleaning of blanks: a workpiece needing to be cleaned penetrates through the gas transmission pipe 601 and is arranged on the tops of the two supporting and connecting rollers 701, a gas source is opened, gas fuel is transmitted into the gas transmission pipe 601 through a pipeline and a connector 603 and is sprayed out of the two nozzles 602, the gas fuel is ignited through the conventional igniter, so that flames are sprayed out of the two nozzles 602, and blanks are cleaned through the flames sprayed out of the two nozzles 602;

step two, using as a fixed platform: the device is switched from the state shown in fig. 1 to the state shown in fig. 2, firstly, the driving piece 504 is rotated, the driving piece 504 drives the bidirectional screw rod 503 to rotate, so that the two sliding blocks 505 are far away from each other, the two sliding blocks 505 drive the two clamping plates 506 to be far away from each other, the flame cleaning mechanism 6 is taken down, and the connector 603 is separated from the pipeline;

secondly, pulling the second clamping plate 303 outwards to separate the second clamping plate 303 from the supporting plate 401, taking the supporting component 4 off the two supporting and limiting mechanisms 3, pulling the L-shaped supporting frame 201 upwards to separate the first block 206 from the first square groove 205, separating the limiting rod 211 from the limiting hole 210, then rotating the L-shaped supporting frame 201 by ninety degrees and then loosening the L-shaped supporting frame so that the first block 206 is inserted into the first square groove 205 again, the limiting rod 211 is in contact with the ground, screwing off the fixing bolt 103 and pulling the supporting base 104 outwards, inserting the two nozzles 602 into the two clamping grooves 710 on any one of the blocking discs 708, then inserting one of the supporting and connecting rollers 701 into one of the slots 402, inserting the block 707 into the limiting groove 404, inserting the limiting strip 403 into the third sliding groove 709, then inserting the other supporting and connecting roller 701 into the other slot 402 and screwing down the fixing bolt 103;

finally, the clamping plate 506 is pulled upwards to separate the square tube 508 from the second square groove 507 and is loosened after being rotated ninety degrees, so that the square tube 508 is inserted into the second square groove 507 again, the apparatus can be switched to the configuration shown in fig. 2, a blank to be processed can be placed on the top of the supporting plate 401, and is clamped and fixed by the two clamping plates 506, and at the moment, the rotary air pipe 601 can drive the supporting plate 401 to rotate, thereby adjusting the angle of the support plate 401, facilitating the use of the staff, rotating the threaded rod 203 close to the air delivery pipe 601, the threaded rod 203 drives the transmission block 204 to ascend, the transmission block 204 drives the supporting and limiting plate 301 positioned below the gas pipe 601 to ascend and make the supporting and limiting plate contact with the gas pipe 601, at the moment, the gas pipe 601 can be fixed through the supporting and limiting plate 301, thereby preventing the air pipe 601 from rotating and further fixing the supporting plate 401 after the angle is adjusted;

when the device needs to be switched from the state shown in fig. 2 to the state shown in fig. 1, the clamping plate 506 is pulled upwards and rotated ninety degrees in the opposite direction, then the fixing bolt 103 is unscrewed, the two support adjusting mechanisms 2 are pulled towards two sides, the two support connecting mechanisms 7 are separated from the support assembly 4, the flame cleaning mechanism 6 is pushed to take down the flame cleaning mechanism 6 and place the flame cleaning mechanism between the two clamping plates 506, the two clamping plates 506 are used for clamping and fixing the flame cleaning mechanism 6, the L-shaped support frame 201 is pulled upwards and rotated ninety degrees in the opposite direction, the two second clamping plates 303 are pulled, and the support plate 401 is placed between the two support limiting plates 301.
