Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, and 7, the polishing unit 3 includes a positioning cylinder 31, a supporting plate 32, a second motor 33, a supporting column 34, a fixing plate 35, a connecting assembly 36, a sector polishing plate 37, and a collecting assembly 38, wherein: the upper end of the base 1 is provided with positioning cylinders 31 in bilateral symmetry by taking the placing hole 11 as a center, a bearing plate 32 is arranged at a telescopic end at the upper side of the positioning cylinder 31, a second motor 33 is arranged at the center of the upper end of the bearing plate 32 through a motor cover, a support column 34 is arranged at an output end at the lower side of the second motor 33 through the bearing plate 32, a fixing plate 35 is fixedly arranged at an output end at the lower side of the support column 34, a fan-shaped polishing plate 37 is uniformly arranged at the outer side of the fixing plate 35 through a connecting assembly 36 along the periphery thereof, one side of the lower end of the fan-shaped polishing plate 37, which is far away from the connecting assembly 36, is provided with a chamfer, so that the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 can be conveniently inserted into the inner side of the metal hollow column 6, the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 can increase the contact area with the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6, thereby enhancing the polishing effect on the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6, and telescopic blocks 371 are symmetrically arranged at one end of the fan-shaped polishing plate 37, which is far away from the fixing plate 35, along the two sides thereof, fixing blocks 372 are symmetrically arranged at one end, away from the fixing plate 35, of the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 along the middle part of the fan-shaped polishing plate, fine sand paper 373 is detachably arranged at one ends, away from the fan-shaped polishing plate 37, of the fixing blocks 372 and the telescopic blocks 371, L-shaped plates 374 are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the fan-shaped polishing plate 37, and brushes 375 are uniformly arranged at one ends, away from the fixing plate 35, of the L-shaped plates 374; the fixing block 372 drives the fine sand paper 373 to polish the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6, and the fine sand paper 373 is convenient to detach and replace, in the meantime, the telescopic block 371 can push and contact the fine sand paper 373 to the outside, so as to pre-polish the protrusion on the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6, thereby enhancing the polishing effect, meanwhile, the fine abrasive paper 373 is attached to the outer side of the structure consisting of the polishing plate 37, the telescopic block 371 and the fixed block 372, so that the lower end of the fine abrasive paper 373 is inclined, therefore, when the polishing plate 37 moves downwards, the fine sand paper 373 can pre-polish the inner side surface of the metal hollow column 6, so as to prevent the protrusion on the inner side surface of the metal hollow column 6 from obstructing the downward movement of the structure consisting of the polishing plate 37, the telescopic block 371 and the fixed block 372, the scraps generated by polishing the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6 can be brushed away by the brush 375, so that the condition that the scraps are adhered to the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6 is avoided; the collection member 38 is disposed at the lower side of the inner wall of the placement hole 11.

During specific work, after the clamping unit 2 finishes fixing the metal hollow column 6, firstly, the positioning cylinder 31 is started, the positioning cylinder 31 drives the supporting plate 32 to move downwards, the supporting plate 32 drives the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 to extend to the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6 through the supporting column 34, then, the connecting assembly 36 adjusts the distance between the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 and the fixing plate 35 according to the inner diameter of the metal hollow column 6, so that the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 is abutted against the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6, then, the second motor 33 is started, the second motor 33 drives the fixing plate 35 to rotate through the supporting column 34, the fixing plate 35 drives the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 to rotate through the connecting assembly 36, so that the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 performs rotating polishing treatment on the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6, meanwhile, the positioning cylinder 31 drives the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 to perform vertical reciprocating movement through the supporting plate 32 and the supporting column 34, thereby, the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6 can be subjected to rotating polishing treatment, and the polishing effect on the metal hollow column 6 can be enhanced.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the connection assembly 36 includes a fixing rod 361, a threaded rod 362, a support rod 363, an adjustment dial 364, an L-shaped rod 365, a sliding groove 366 and a positioning pin 367, wherein: a fixing rod 361 is installed on the outer side of the fixing plate 35, a threaded rod 362 is rotatably arranged at one end, far away from the fixing plate 35, of the fixing rod 361, a supporting rod 363 is installed at one end, far away from the fixing rod 361, of the threaded rod 362 in a threaded connection mode, one end, far away from the threaded rod 362, of the supporting rod 363 is connected with the fan-shaped polishing plate 37, an adjusting turntable 364 is fixedly sleeved on one side, near the fixing rod 361, of the outer side of the threaded rod 362, a vertical section of an L-shaped rod 365 is fixedly installed on the outer side of the fixing rod 361, a horizontal section of the L-shaped rod 365 is close to one side of the supporting rod 363, a sliding groove 366 is formed in the horizontal section of the L-shaped rod 365, scale marks 368 are symmetrically and uniformly installed on the horizontal section of the L-shaped rod 365 by taking the sliding groove 366 as a center, a positioning pin 367 is fixedly installed on the supporting rod 363, and a scale 369 matched with the scale marks 368 is symmetrically installed on one side, far away from the positioning pin 367 of the supporting rod 363; the positioning pin 367 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 366, and the support rod 363 can move along the axial direction of the threaded rod 362 without rotating through the sliding fit between the positioning pin 367 and the sliding groove 366.

During specific work, after the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 moves to the inner wall of the hollow metal column 6, the adjusting turntable 364 is rotated, the adjusting turntable 364 is made to drive the threaded rod 362 to rotate, at the moment, the supporting rod 363 moves towards one side close to the fixing rod 361 or towards one side far away from the fixing rod 361 under the action of the positioning pin 367 matched with the sliding groove 366, so that the distance between the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 and the fixing plate 35 can be adjusted through the supporting rod 363 according to the inner diameter of the hollow metal column 6, the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 is made to abut against the inner wall of the hollow metal column 6 conveniently, the polishing effect on the hollow metal column 6 can be enhanced, during the period, the distance between the supporting rod 363 and the fixing rod 361 can be observed conveniently through the scale mark 368 matched with the marking ruler, and the adjustment accuracy of the distance between the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 and the fixing plate 35 can be ensured.

Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the collection assembly 38 includes a support plate 381, a blanking aperture 382, an annular seat 383, and a collection chamber 384, wherein: the supporting plate 381 is installed on the lower side of the inner wall of the placing hole 11, a blanking hole 382 is formed in the center of the supporting plate 381, and the blanking hole 382 is a conical hole with the diameter gradually decreasing from top to bottom; the diameter of the upper side of the blanking hole 382 is larger than that of the inner annular wall of the annular seat 383, so that scraps generated by polishing the metal hollow column 6 can be conveniently guided into the collecting cavity 384 through the blanking hole 382, and the scraps can be prevented from being accumulated in the placing hole 11 to influence the later processing of the metal hollow column 6; the upper end of the supporting hole is fixedly provided with an annular seat 383, and the lower end of the supporting plate 381 is clamped with a collecting cavity 384; in specific operation, when the metal hollow column 6 is installed in the placing hole 11, the metal hollow column 6 can be supported upwards through the annular seat 383, so that the clamping unit 2 can clamp and fix the metal hollow column 6 conveniently, and then debris generated by the polishing unit 3 during polishing of the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6 falls into the collecting cavity 384 through the blanking hole 382; after polishing of the metal hollow column 6 is completed, the collection chamber 384 is removed and the debris in the collection chamber is poured out, so that the debris can be recycled for a second time.

The second step is that: the positioning cylinder 31 is started, the positioning cylinder 31 drives the supporting plate 32 to move downwards, the supporting plate 32 drives the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 to extend to the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6 through the supporting column 34, then the adjusting dial 364 is rotated to make the adjusting dial 364 drive the threaded rod 362 to rotate, at this time, the supporting rod 363 moves towards the side close to the fixed rod 361 or towards the side far from the fixed rod 361 under the action of the positioning pin 367 matching with the sliding groove 366, so that the distance between the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 and the fixing plate 35 can be adjusted by the support rod 363 according to the inner diameter of the metal hollow column 6, the fan-shaped polishing plate 37 is convenient to abut against the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6, the polishing effect on the metal hollow column 6 can be enhanced, during the period, the distance between the supporting rod 363 and the fixing rod 361 can be observed conveniently by matching the scale mark 368 with the scale, so that the accuracy of adjusting the distance between the fan polishing plate 37 and the fixed plate 35 can be ensured.

The fourth step: when the metal hollow column 6 is installed in the placing hole 11, the metal hollow column 6 can be supported upwards through the annular seat 383, so that the clamping unit 2 can clamp and fix the metal hollow column 6 conveniently, and then, debris generated when the polishing unit 3 polishes the inner wall of the metal hollow column 6 falls into the collecting cavity 384 through the blanking hole 382; after polishing of the metal hollow column 6 is completed, the collection chamber 384 is removed and the debris in the collection chamber is poured out, so that the debris can be recycled for a second time.
