the variable-diameter tool (1), wherein the variable-diameter tool (1) is conical;

the reducer comprises a reducer pipe (2), wherein the reducer pipe (2) is made of plastic, and a reducer tool (1) is connected to one end of the reducer pipe (2);

the counterweight (3) is connected to one end, far away from the reducing tool (1), of the reducing pipe (2);

the reducing pipe (2) is connected with a tool car in the thermoplastic box (4) through the reducing tool (1).

s1, reserving process allowance on the straight pipe, cutting the straight pipe to a required length, sleeving the straight pipe into a designed and processed reducing tool (1) by using a matched tool or a specific lubricant, and connecting the other end of the reducing pipe (2) with a counterweight (3);

s2, connecting the reducing tool (1) sleeved with the reducing pipe (2) on a tool car and pushing the reducing tool into a thermoplastic box (4), setting a thermoplastic temperature change curve according to a material physical property table, keeping the reducing pipe (2) in the thermoplastic box (4) for a period of time, setting the thermoplastic box (4) according to a thermoplastic process, and simultaneously matching with circulating air in the box to enable the reducing pipe (2) to be subjected to plastic deformation to finish reducing;

and S3, pushing the tool car out after the plasticity is finished, placing the tool car in a ventilation environment, naturally and plastically shaping, and releasing the reducer pipe (2) from the reducer tool (1) after the shaping is finished to finish the thermoplastic process of the reducer pipe (2).

Background

However, the traditional extrusion process in the market can only produce pipes with equal diameters, and the hot pressing process can form the reducer pipe by laminating single films, but hot pressing line marks exist, so that the hidden danger risk of damaging the natural cavity of a human body exists, and the risk of cross infection caused by cracking also exists.

s1, reserving process allowance on the straight pipe, cutting the straight pipe to a required length, sleeving the straight pipe into a designed and processed reducing tool by using a matched tool or a specific lubricant, and connecting the other end of the reducing pipe with a counterweight;

s2, connecting the reducing tool sleeved with the reducing pipe on a tool car and pushing the reducing tool into a thermoplastic box, setting a thermoplastic temperature change curve according to a material property table, keeping the reducing pipe in the thermoplastic box for a period of time, setting the thermoplastic box according to a thermoplastic process, and enabling the reducing pipe to generate plastic deformation by matching with circulating air in the thermoplastic box to finish reducing;

and S3, pushing the tool car out after the plasticity is finished, placing the tool car in a ventilation environment, naturally and plastically shaping, and removing the reducer pipe from the reducer tool after the shaping is finished to finish the thermoplastic process of the reducer pipe.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in S2, the thermoplastic time of the reducer pipe in the thermoplastic box is 10 to 15 min.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the special pipe and the production process thereof utilize the plastic characteristics of plastics, can realize the production of most of plastic reducer pipes, and can produce reducer pipes with any shapes according to the needs.

Then, the reducing tool 1 sleeved with the reducing pipe 2 is connected to a tool car and pushed into the thermoplastic box 4, and a thermoplastic temperature change curve is set according to a material physical property table, so that the reducing pipe 2 is kept in the thermoplastic box 4 for 10-30 min. The thermoplastic box 4 is set according to the thermoplastic process, and is matched with circulating air in the box to enable the reducing pipe 2 to generate plastic deformation so as to finish reducing.

And finally, after the plasticity is finished, pushing out the tool car, placing the tool car in a ventilation environment, naturally and plastically shaping, and after the shaping is finished, releasing the reducer pipe 2 from the reducer tool 1 to finish the thermoplastic process of the reducer pipe 2.

In conclusion, the invention can realize the production of most plastic reducer pipes 2 by utilizing the plastic characteristics of plastics, and the reducer pipes 2 with any shapes can be manufactured according to the requirements, the process method is simple, the reducer tool 1 can be manufactured according to the actual requirements, the thermoplastic box 4 has small equipment investment, and the process is a production process of the reducer pipes 2 suitable for enterprises.
