In the oven in the prior art, any person can operate the oven, and if a non-professional person opens the oven to bake, wrong operation is easy to occur to cause baking failure, so that the performance of a chip is influenced, even the oven is damaged, and unnecessary loss is generated; in addition, the oven needs to be manually set by an operator according to needs, such as temperature section, baking time, baking steps and the like, and the conditions that test failure, chip performance influence or oven damage and the like are caused by wrong input parameters exist. In addition, in the baking process, a worker needs to regularly patrol to check the state of the oven, which consumes a lot of manpower and time, but cannot realize real-time monitoring of the state of the oven.

In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and effects of the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an oven control system, which includes an identity recognition device 10, a reading device 20, a main control device 30, a heating device 40, and a temperature detection device 50, wherein the identity recognition device 10 is used for reading identity information of a worker; the reading device 20 is used for reading the process card number of the product to be baked; the master control device 30 is connected with the identity recognition device 10 and the reading device 20, and is used for granting baking permission to the identity information passing the verification, acquiring baking parameters corresponding to the product to be baked according to the process card number, and controlling the oven to work according to the baking parameters; the heating device 40 is connected with the main control device 30 to heat the oven under the control of the main control device 30; the temperature detection device 50 is connected to the main control device 30, and is configured to detect a temperature in real time and send the detected temperature to the main control device 30.

Of course, the identity recognition device 10 of the present invention is not limited to be configured to scan a two-dimensional code to read the identity information of a worker, and may also be configured to scan a bar code to obtain the identity information of the worker, or the identity recognition device 10 may be configured to obtain the identity information of the worker through face recognition, fingerprint recognition, and the like, so as to verify the identity information of the worker.

In some embodiments, the reading device 20 may be configured as a code reader, a barcode for reading by the code reader may be set on the product to be baked, each barcode of the product to be baked corresponds to a flow card number, the flow card number is associated with batch information of the product to be baked, the barcode reader can obtain the flow card number of the product to be baked by reading the barcode of the product to be baked, the main control device 30 obtains the batch information corresponding to the parameter to be baked according to the flow card number, and then obtains the corresponding baking parameter according to the batch information. In the present invention, the baking parameters corresponding to each batch are recorded in a database (not shown) in advance, and the main control device 30 can read the baking parameters of the corresponding batch from the database according to the batch information.

In addition, in some embodiments, the door of the oven is provided with an electromagnetic lock (not shown), after the oven door is closed and the baked product is started, the electromagnetic lock locks the door of the oven, and only when the temperature inside the oven is abnormal or the baking is finished, the electromagnetic lock can be unlocked to open the door of the oven, so that the baking interruption or the accident caused by the opening of the door of the oven in the baking process can be prevented.

The industrial personal computer 32 is connected with the reading device 20, the industrial personal computer 32 is in communication connection with other temperature sensors 51 (other temperature sensors 51 except the temperature sensor 51 connected with the temperature controller 31), the temperature controller 31 and the timing device 60, the other temperature sensors 51 send detected temperatures to the industrial personal computer 32, the industrial personal computer 32 respectively sends baking parameters to the temperature controller 31 and the timing device 60, the temperature controller 31 controls the heating device 40 to heat according to the baking parameters, and the timing device 60 times the working duration of the oven according to the baking parameters.

In this embodiment, the baking parameters may include baking temperature, heating time, constant temperature time, limitation baking temperature range, over-temperature, cooling time and the like, the temperature detection device 50 includes 7 temperature sensors 51, wherein 6 temperature sensors 51 are in communication connection with the industrial personal computer 32, and 1 temperature sensor 51 is connected with the temperature controller 31. Specifically, the industrial personal computer 32 obtains the baking parameters corresponding to the product to be baked through the process card number read by the reading device 20, the industrial personal computer 32 sends the baking temperature in the baking parameters to the temperature controller 31, the heating time duration is sent to the timing device 60, the temperature controller 31 starts to control the heating device 40 to heat the oven according to the baking temperature, meanwhile, the timing device 60 counts down according to the heating time duration, if the temperature in the oven is heated to the baking temperature before the countdown of the timing device 60 is finished, the industrial personal computer 32 sends the constant temperature time duration to the timing device 60, the temperature controller 31 controls the heating device 40 to keep the temperature in the oven within the range of the limited baking temperature, and the timing device 60 counts down according to the constant temperature time duration. If the counting device 60 counts down the temperature rise time and the temperature in the oven does not reach the baking temperature, the industrial personal computer 32 sends an alarm signal to remind the worker, for example, the industrial personal computer 32 can send the alarm signal to an alarm device such as a buzzer or an alarm lamp, and the alarm device such as the buzzer or the alarm lamp receives the alarm signal and then responds to alarm to remind the worker that the oven is abnormal. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the oven control system further includes a temperature acquisition device 70, the temperature acquisition device 70 is connected to other 6 temperature sensors 51 (other 6 temperature sensors 51 except the one temperature sensor 51 connected to the temperature controller 31), the 6 temperature sensors 51 are in communication connection with the industrial personal computer 32 through the temperature acquisition device 70, the temperature acquisition device 70 is configured to acquire the temperatures detected by the 6 temperature sensors 51 in real time and send the detected temperatures to the industrial personal computer 32, and the industrial personal computer 32 generates, stores and displays a plurality of temperature curves according to the temperatures detected by the temperature sensors 51.

Further, when the temperature sensor 51 connected to the temperature controller 31 detects that the temperature in the oven reaches a temperature protection value, the temperature controller 31 controls the heating device 40 to stop heating, and the alarm device 82 sends an alarm signal. In this embodiment, the temperature controller 31 performs over-temperature protection on the oven, so as to further prevent the oven and baked products from being damaged due to over-high temperature.

Furthermore, when any temperature sensor 51 connected with the industrial personal computer 32 detects that the temperature in the oven reaches a temperature protection value, the industrial personal computer 32 stops heating the heating device 40, the alarm device 82 sends out an alarm signal, namely, when any temperature in the oven is too high, the industrial personal computer 32 controls the heating device 40 to stop heating, so that the multi-path temperature monitoring can be carried out on the oven, and the all-round over-temperature protection of the oven is realized.

In some embodiments, the industrial personal computer 32 sends an exception alert to the operator when the temperature within the oven is abnormal, such as may be the case when an over-temperature is reached or exceeded, a temperature rise time out, a temperature not within a limited baking temperature range, etc.

Particularly, gas detection device 90 is connected with industrial computer 32, gas detection device 90 gathers the flow of nitrogen gas in the oven in real time and converts into RS485 signal transmission and gives industrial computer 32, the flow of nitrogen gas in the oven is shown in real time at industrial computer 32's visual interface, realize industrial computer 32 to the real time monitoring of oven nitrogen gas flow, when oven nitrogen gas flow is unusual, industrial computer 32 control alarm device 82 sends alarm signal in order to remind the staff in time to handle, avoid oven nitrogen gas flow to lead to the baked product to take place abnormal oxidation unusually, the quality safety of baked product among the baking process has been guaranteed.

In some embodiments, after the product is baked, the reader 20 scans the barcode of the product to obtain the process card number, the industrial personal computer 32 performs baking entry on the product according to the process card number, the baking record of the product is associated with the process card number and stored in the database, and only the product with the baking record is allowed to flow out and enter the next process flow, so as to prevent the product which is not baked from being released, and ensure that the product of each batch can enter the next process flow after being baked.
