1. An arc opening correction tool, comprising:

the datum base is provided with a profiling curved surface matched with the arc-shaped opening of the workpiece;

the bracket is connected with the reference seat;

the rolling wheel is arranged in the bending center direction of the profile modeling curved surface and provided with an eccentric driving shaft, the driving shaft is arranged on the support through a bearing, and the rolling wheel can rotate around the driving shaft and is matched with the profile modeling curved surface to roll a workpiece between the reference seat and the rolling wheel.

Technical Field

The invention is used in the field of automobile maintenance tools, and particularly relates to an arc-shaped opening correction tool.

Background

The opening part of the automobile trunk is the main position for installing the waterproof rubber strip, the opening part is a single-layer steel plate (about 0.6-0.7mm, the thin plate is easy to deform), and the processing process is influenced by external factors to cause poor deformation (such as deformation generated after collision). The opening part is uneven, the situation of water leakage (the adhesive tape is not attached and the sealing performance is poor) can appear when the waterproof adhesive tape is installed, and therefore the requirement on the flatness of the position is very high. Once the deformation is poor, the repair difficulty is higher (the corner has a curved surface, and the component with radian is difficult to correct), and the flat repair cannot be realized according to the existing method.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solve at least one of the problems of the prior art and to provide a tool for correcting an arc-shaped opening.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

an arcuate opening correction tool comprising:

the datum base is provided with a profiling curved surface matched with the arc-shaped opening of the workpiece;

the bracket is connected with the reference seat;

the rolling wheel is arranged in the bending center direction of the profile modeling curved surface and provided with an eccentric driving shaft, the driving shaft is arranged on the support through a bearing, and the rolling wheel can rotate around the driving shaft and is matched with the profile modeling curved surface to roll a workpiece between the reference seat and the rolling wheel.

In some embodiments, the bracket includes a clamping adjustment seat, the clamping adjustment seat is provided with a mounting hole, the clamping adjustment seat is provided with at least three set screws along the circumference of the mounting hole, the rolling wheel is located below the clamping adjustment seat, the driving shaft passes through the mounting hole, the set screws are in threaded connection with the clamping adjustment seat and tightly abut against the bearing located in the mounting hole, and the position of the bearing in the mounting hole can be changed by adjusting the set screws.

In some embodiments, the outer circumferential surface of the bearing is provided with a positioning hole matched with the positioning screw.

One of the above technical solutions has at least one of the following advantages or beneficial effects: the tool is provided with a reference seat and a rolling wheel which are matched with each other, the reference seat is a fixed side, the rolling wheel is a movable side, and the tool can generate clamping and pressurizing acting force on the workpiece plate during operation to enable the workpiece plate to deform along with the workpiece plate, so that the main purpose of repairing is achieved.

Meanwhile, the reference seat adopts a profile modeling design, which is equivalent to the original curved surface reference of the opening part, and the reference seat can be compared during repair, so that the effect is clear at a glance. Need not to strike panel during the restoration, can not produce the condition of "extension", effectual reduction panel attenuation risk. The rolling process is stressed evenly, the forming effect is good, bad problems such as pits can not occur, and the repairing quality is effectively improved. The tool is convenient to use, the deformed part can be repaired by directly driving the rolling wheel through the driving shaft after installation, and the efficiency is very high.

Reference will now be made in detail to the present preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout.

In the present invention, if directions (up, down, left, right, front, and rear) are described, it is only for convenience of describing the technical solution of the present invention, and it is not intended or implied that the technical features referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, it is not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

In the invention, the meaning of "a plurality" is one or more, the meaning of "a plurality" is more than two, and the terms of "more than", "less than", "more than" and the like are understood to exclude the number; the terms "above", "below", "within" and the like are understood to include the instant numbers. Fig. 1 shows a reference direction coordinate system of an embodiment of the present invention, and the following describes an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the directions shown in fig. 1.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an arc opening correction tool, which may be used for correcting and repairing a workpiece such as an opening of a trunk of an automobile, and the arc opening correction tool includes a reference seat 1, a bracket 2 and a rolling wheel 3. The support 2 is connected with the reference seat 1, the reference seat 1 adopts a profiling design and is provided with a profiling curved surface 11 matched with an arc opening of a workpiece, the reference seat 1 is equivalent to a reference module, the profile of the reference module is L-shaped and can be completely attached to the profiling curved surface 11 of the opening part, the reference seat 1 is fixed on the support 2, and when the rolling wheel 3 is used for rolling and pressing a plate, the reference seat 1 can play a role of bearing.

Referring to fig. 2, the rolling wheel 3 is a movable side of the whole tool, the rolling wheel 3 is arranged in the bending direction of the profiling curved surface 11, the rolling wheel 3 is provided with an eccentric driving shaft 31, the driving shaft 31 and the rolling wheel 3 are integrally manufactured or assembled into a whole, the driving shaft 31 is installed on the bracket 2 through a bearing 32, and the rolling wheel 3 can rotate around the driving shaft 31 and is matched with the profiling curved surface 11 to roll a workpiece between the reference seat 1 and the rolling wheel 3. In other words, the rolling wheel 3 is driven by the driving shaft 31 to rotate, the rolling wheel 3 adopts an eccentric clamping mode, the radius is gradually increased when the eccentric wheel rotates, clamping force is generated to clamp a workpiece, and the acting force is directly applied to the opening plate.

When the arc opening correction tool of this embodiment is adopted to correct and repair the opening of the car trunk, the specific flow of operation is as follows:

1) the mounting tool is fixed on the vehicle body; 2) the driving shaft 31 is driven, and the rolling wheel 3 and the reference seat 1 clamp and press the opening plate until the rolling is finished; 3) detaching the tool and taking out; 4) and confirming the matching state by mounting the adhesive tape.

In the embodiment, a rolling forming mode is utilized to carry out orthopedic repair on a deformed workpiece plate, the tool is provided with the reference seat 1 and the rolling wheel 3 which are matched with each other for use, the reference seat 1 is a fixed side, and the rolling wheel 3 is a movable side, so that clamping and pressurizing acting force can be generated on the workpiece plate during operation, the workpiece plate is deformed along with the workpiece plate, and the main purpose of repair is achieved.

Compared with the traditional scheme, the reference base 1 adopts a profile modeling design, is equivalent to the original curved surface reference of the opening part, can be compared during repair, and has clear effect. Need not to strike panel during the restoration, can not produce the condition of "extension", effectual reduction panel attenuation risk. The rolling process is stressed evenly, the forming effect is good, bad problems such as pits can not occur, and the repairing quality is effectively improved. The tool is convenient to use, the deformed part can be repaired by directly driving the rolling wheel 3 through the driving shaft 31 after installation, and the efficiency is high.

The corrected reference mould is made, the curved surface of the opening part can be completely attached, the repairing effect can be compared according to the reference, and the repairing quality is improved.

The deformed part is repaired by an eccentric clamping mode, so that the stress is uniform when the plate is repaired, the one-step forming effect is good, the repairing working time is greatly shortened, and the efficiency is improved.

Because the reference seat 1 is designed in a profiling manner, when parts with different curved surfaces need to be repaired, the reference seat 1 can be switched and adjusted as needed, in order to meet the requirement that the rolling wheel 3 is matched with different reference seats 1, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the bracket 2 includes a clamping adjusting seat 21, and the clamping adjusting seat 21 is used for adjusting the relative position between the rolling wheel 3 and the reference seat 1. Specifically, the clamping adjustment seat 21 is provided with a mounting hole 22, and the diameter of the mounting hole 22 is larger to ensure that the driving shaft 31 can be adjusted in position therein. The clamping adjusting seat 21 is provided with at least three positioning screws 23 along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 22, the rolling wheel 3 is positioned below the clamping adjusting seat 21, the driving shaft 31 penetrates through the mounting hole 22, the positioning screws 23 are in threaded connection with the clamping adjusting seat 21 and tightly abut against the bearing 32 positioned in the mounting hole 22, and the position of the bearing 32 in the mounting hole 22 can be changed by adjusting the positioning screws 23.

Further, referring to fig. 2, in order to ensure the positioning accuracy of the positioning screw 23 and the bearing 32, the outer circumferential surface of the bearing 32 is provided with a positioning hole 33 which is matched with the positioning screw 23.

The drive shaft 31 may be motor driven or manually driven, for example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the correction tool further comprises a ratchet mechanism comprising a ratchet 41 and a ratchet grip 42, the ratchet 41 being connected to the drive shaft 31, the ratchet grip 42 being provided with a non-return pawl cooperating with the ratchet 41. When the rolling wheel 3 is driven, the ratchet handle 42 is pushed to and fro, and at the moment, the rolling wheel 3 and the reference seat 1 clamp and press the opening plate until the rolling is finished. The ratchet wheel 41 mechanism is adopted to drive the rolling wheel 3, so that the rolling wheel 3 performs rolling correction on the opening part in a rolling, staying and re-rolling mode, inversion is avoided, and the correction effect is better.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the support frame 2 further includes a first support frame 24 and a second support frame 25, the first support frame 24 and the second support frame 25 are connected to two ends of the reference frame 1 along the extending direction of the contoured surface 11, and the clamping adjustment base 21 is connected to the first support frame 24 and the second support frame 25 on two sides, so that the clamping adjustment base 21, the first support frame 24, the second support frame 25 and the reference frame 1 form a stable whole to ensure that the reference frame 1 can provide a stable supporting force for the workpiece during the straightening process of the rolling wheel 3.

When the parts with different curved surfaces need to be repaired, the datum base 1 is switchable, and the first bracket 24 and the second bracket 25 are detachably connected to two ends of the datum base 1.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the first bracket 24 has a first connecting arm 26 extending above the rolling wheel 3, the first connecting arm 26 is provided with a first pin hole 27, the second bracket 25 has a second connecting arm 28 extending above the rolling wheel 3, the second connecting arm 28 is provided with a second pin hole, and the bottom of the clamp adjusting seat 21 is provided with a bolt 29 matching with the first pin hole 27 and the second pin hole. The clamping adjusting seat 21 and the brackets 2 on two sides are connected through a bolt 29 to form a hinge structure, so that the installation and adaptation requirements after the clamping adjusting seat 21 is replaced can be met.

Referring to fig. 1, the arc-shaped opening straightening tool further comprises a clamp 5, wherein the clamp 5 is used for clamping the workpiece to the first support 24 or the second support 25, so that the workpiece is clamped and positioned with the tool before straightening.

The clamp 5 may be a pneumatic, manual or the like type clamp 5, for example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the clamp 5 includes a support rod 51, a rocker 52, a connecting rod 53 and a pull rod 54, one end of the support rod 51 is connected to the first bracket 24 or the second bracket 25, and the support rod 51, the rocker 52, the connecting rod 53 and the pull rod 54 are hinged in sequence. In other words, the two ends of the rocker 52 are respectively hinged with the support rod 51 and the connecting rod 53, and the two ends of the connecting rod 53 are respectively hinged with the rocker 52 and the pull rod 54. The end of the pull rod 54 is swept over the edge of the first bracket 24 or the second bracket 25 and is connected at the end to a pressure head 55, the rocker 52 being provided with a rocker handle 56. When the clamp 5 is used, the rocker handle 56 is moved, the rocker 52 drives the connecting rod 53, the connecting rod 53 drives the pull rod 54, and the pull rod 54 drives the pressure head 55 to be far away from the bracket 2. When the opening plate is in place, the rocker handle 56 is moved in the reverse direction, the rocker 52 drives the connecting rod 53, the connecting rod 53 drives the pull rod 54, the pull rod 54 drives the pressure head 55 to approach the bracket 2, and the opening plate is clamped to the bracket 2. The supporting rod 51, the rocker 52, the connecting rod 53 and the pull rod 54 are sequentially hinged, so that self-locking can be realized after the opening plate is clamped.

In some embodiments, the first bracket 24 and the second bracket 25 are provided with electromagnets at the bottom, and the first bracket 24 and the second bracket 25 are internally provided with a power supply and a switch 6 connected with the electromagnets. After the electromagnet is electrified, the whole tool is stably adsorbed on the vehicle body, and the electromagnet and the clamp 5 are used simultaneously and are very firm.
