In practical use, the upper box body 11 is firstly lifted by the lifting mechanism 9, and then the playing balls needing polishing disk balls are placed above the second felt layer 13 on the upper surface of the rotating disk 4; then, the thimble plate 14 arranged inside the rotary plate 4 can jack up and retract the wooden thimble 16 upwards under the telescopic action of the first hydraulic telescopic rod 15, so that a plurality of playing balls placed on the second felt layer 13 are not contacted with each other; then, the upper box body 11 is lowered, a plurality of limiting pins 25 on a limiting pin mounting plate 24 at the lower end in the upper box body 11 droop to the height position of a limiting disc 26 under the action of gravity, and when playing balls exist below, the limiting pins 25 above the playing balls are jacked upwards along with the shapes of the playing balls; next, the third hydraulic telescopic rod 31 is used for enabling semicircular rubber pads 33 on a plurality of cross rods 30 of the positioning net rack 28 to be in contact with all the limiting pins 25, and simultaneously, the position heights of all the limiting pins 25 on the limiting pin mounting plate 24 are fixed, so that the situation that the beads for playing are bounced upwards in the bead polishing process is avoided, and each bead for playing is limited independently; the first servo motor 7 is started to drive the turntable 4 to rotate, the second felt layer 13 drives the beads to rotate by utilizing rolling friction, and meanwhile, the second felt layer 13 is matched with the felt sleeve 27 at the lower end of the limiting needle 25 and the beads rotating by friction of the first felt layer 3 on the side wall of the turntable groove 2 to play a role in polishing the beads of the plate, so that polishing slurry wrapping of the beads is facilitated; after the beads are polished, the semicircular rubber pads 33 of the positioning net rack 28 are separated from all the limit needles 25, and the second hydraulic telescopic rod 22 drives the pressure plate 23 to press downwards to reset all the limit needles 25.

The invention can separate all the playing balls for independent limit, avoid collision among the playing balls in the process of polishing the disc balls and effectively prevent the playing balls from generating cracks or being directly broken due to collision.
