Background

Pork is subcutaneous tissue and muscle of pigs, can be eaten, contains rich protein, fat and vitamins, is an important food for human beings, is a good food, contains a plurality of mineral substances required by human bodies, and is often sliced in pork processing factories or enterprises.

Pork slitting is a common processing procedure, mainly used is a meat slitting machine, the slitting machine is formed by equidistantly distributing a plurality of blades, pork passes through the blades and is cut into a plurality of strip-shaped pork, the inventor finds that the pork is flexible and easy to bend and stack up at present when being usually manually fed into the blades of the slitting machine one by one, therefore, when being fed, the pork needs to be flattened so that the pork is uniformly sliced, if the pork enters the blades in a bent shape, the actually-cut pork is not uniform in slitting, the final quality is influenced, therefore, the pork needs to be fed in a flattened state when being put into the machine, but the pork is manually flattened at present, the efficiency is too low, and the processing efficiency of the pork is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a slitting device for pork processing, which solves all or one of the problems of the prior art.

From the above, the slitting device provided by the invention has the advantages that part of pork is grabbed from the pork adding box through the ejector rod, the redundant pork is thrown off through rotating the ejector rod and is turned flat after being inserted on the inserting rod, the roller is inserted into the middle of the ejector rod, so that the pork can be flatly laid on the roller when the ejector rod descends, and then the flatly laid pork is sent into the slitting machine body for slitting, the step of manual common feeding is omitted, the automation degree is high, and the slitting efficiency of the pork is improved.

The use principle of the device is as follows: the method comprises the steps that a large batch of pork is firstly conveyed into a meat adding box 7, a lifting plate 10 is jacked up by a third air cylinder 16 to enable a top rod 9 to rise, the top rod 9 rises from the bottom surface of the meat adding box 7, at least two insert rods are arranged at the top of the top rod 9 and can be inserted into the pork, the pork is also lifted at the top of the top rod 9 along with the rising of the top rod 9, then the top rod 9 is driven to rotate by a rotating unit, when the top rod 9 rotates, the pork at the top of the top rod 9 is thrown off, only the pork inserted into the insert rods is remained at the top of the top rod 9, the pork is turned flat along with the rotation of the top rod 9, then a piston rod of the third air cylinder 16 continues to rise, the top rod 9 rises to the position above the meat adding box 7 and exceeds the height of a roller 3, then the first air cylinder 6 drives the roller 3 to move to the position above the meat adding box 7, and when the roller 3 is positioned above the meat adding box 7, the top rod 9 is distributed in a gap between the roller 3, then the piston rod of the cylinder III 16 is retracted to drive the ejector rod 9 to descend, the ejector rod 9 can descend from the gap of the roller 3, but the flat pork can not pass through the gap of the roller 3, when the ejector rod 9 descends to the lower part of the roller 3, the pork is remained on the roller 3, then the flat pork is conveyed to the sliding plate 2 by the roller 3 and then is slid to the blade of the slitter body 1 by the sliding plate 2 to realize slitting operation, after one-time slitting is completed, the piston rod of the cylinder I6 is retracted to move the roller 3 to the side from the upper part of the meat adding box 7, meanwhile, the piston rod of the cylinder III 16 is raised again to enable the ejector rod 9 to be raised and rotated, so that part of the pork is extracted from the meat adding box 7 and is flat, then the roller 3 is moved to the lower part of the ejector rod 9 by the cylinder I6, thus, the flat pork can be remained on the roller 3 when the ejector rod 9 descends, in addition, the roller 3 is driven by an external power source to rotate, and can be a motor and other devices, which are not described herein.

In conclusion, the slitting device provided by the invention has the advantages that the ejector rod 9 is used for grabbing part of pork from the pork adding box 7, the ejector rod 9 is rotated to throw off the redundant pork and turn the pork inserted on the inserted rod flat, the roller 3 is inserted into the middle part of the ejector rod 9, so that the pork can be flatly laid on the roller 3 when the ejector rod 9 descends, and then the flatly laid pork is fed into the slitting machine body 1 for slitting, the step of manual common feeding is omitted, the automation degree is high, and the slitting efficiency of the pork is improved.

In some optional embodiments, the rotating unit comprises a plurality of rotating seats 12 fixed on the lifting plate 10, the rotating seats 12 correspond to the push rods 9 one by one, the push rods 9 are fixed in bearing inner rings of the rotating seats 12, gears 13 are fixed on outer walls of the push rods 9, the gears 13 of adjacent push rods 9 are meshed with each other, a motor 11 is further fixed on the lifting plate 10, a gear two 14 is fixed on an output shaft of the motor 11, and the gear two 14 is meshed with one of the gears 13.

The second gear 14 is driven to rotate by the motor 11, the second gear 14 drives one of the first gears 13 to rotate, and the first gear 13 drives the rest of the first gears 13 to synchronously rotate, so that all the push rods 9 synchronously rotate.

In some optional embodiments, the inserted link comprises a first inserted link 24 fixed on the top of the top bar 9 and a second inserted link 23 received inside the top of the top bar 9, and the lifting plate 10 is provided with an ejection unit for ejecting the second inserted link 23 to the outside of the top bar 9.

The support plate 18 is driven to rise or fall by a piston rod of the second air cylinder 15, the support plate 18 drives the supporting rod 17 to rise when rising so as to eject the second inserted link 23 to the outside of the ejector rod 9, and the support plate 18 pulls the supporting rod 17 to fall when falling so as to withdraw the second inserted link 23 to the inside of the ejector rod 9.
