When the air bag type metal powder filling machine works, the abrasion-resistant layer glued to the rear end face of the air bag 52 can reduce friction damage of the air bag 52 and the metal plate 3, the air nozzle 51 connected to the upper end of the air bag 52 through the air conveying pipe 53 is in a sealing state immediately when the fixing mechanism 4 presses the metal plate 3 through the pressing piece 43, normal expansion of the air bag 52 is guaranteed, meanwhile, once the metal plate 3 is processed, the pressing piece 43 of the fixing mechanism 4 is loosened, air inside the air bag 52 is sprayed out through the air nozzle 51, the processing position of the upper end face of the metal plate 3 is blown immediately, metal powder scraps generated by surface processing of the metal plate are blown, and production efficiency of products is effectively improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the upper and lower ends of the left extending piece 411 and the right extending piece 421 are both fixedly connected with a T-shaped sliding block 451, the inner wall of the movable cavity 452 is provided with a sliding groove at a position corresponding to the T-shaped sliding block 451, the sliding block 451 and the sliding groove are mutually matched and slidably connected, and the adjacent ends of the upper rack 412 and the lower rack 422 are arc-shaped structures and wrap the outer surface of the gear 49.

During operation, the sliding block 451 of the T-shaped structure is slidably connected to the sliding groove, so that the left extending piece 411 and the right extending piece 421 have guidance in the displacement process to prevent the error of the rack and the gear 49, and the adjacent ends of the upper rack 412 and the lower rack 422 are arc-shaped structures and wrapped on the outer surface of the gear 49 to prevent the gear 49 from rotating too much counterclockwise, which results in the separation of the three components and the failure of the three components.
