Technical Field

The invention relates to a decorative material, in particular to a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) organosilicon material with antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant functions and a production process thereof, belonging to the technical field of decorative materials.

Background

Artificial leather is a plastic product that looks and feels like leather and can replace it. Usually, the fabric is used as a substrate and coated with synthetic resin and various plastic additives. Mainly comprises three types of PVC artificial leather, PU artificial leather and PU synthetic leather. Compared with leather, artificial leather is easy to age and wear, and has harm to human health due to containing a large amount of chemical raw materials, and the clothes made of the artificial leather gradually lose the market due to being not durable until being replaced by other raw materials. Improvements in the performance of such products are therefore desirable.

The organic silicon material is a product widely applied at present, and has excellent antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant properties when being used as a coating due to the properties of temperature resistance, weather resistance, low folding surface tension, low surface energy and the like; however, for the PVC decorative material, because the formula contains a plurality of organic substances, the formula of the PVC coating layer cannot be combined with the silicon material and is incompatible, so how to realize the coating of the PVC coating layer on the PVC decorative material becomes a technical bottleneck.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) organosilicon material with antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant functions, which has the characteristics of an organosilicon material and has excellent antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant properties.

The invention also provides a preparation process of the PVC organosilicon material with antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant functions, which adds two silicon treatments to the surface treatment process of the existing product and realizes the coating of the organosilicon by the pretreatment of the skin-feel treatment on the surface of the leather.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a PVC organosilicon material with functions of antifouling, scraping resistance and wear resistance is a three-layer composite material formed by compositing a surface layer material, a bottom layer material and lining cloth by adopting a calendering process, wherein the bottom layer material is foamed, a product is obtained after surface treatment, the surface treatment sequentially comprises organosilicon primer treatment and organosilicon surface glue treatment, wherein,

the organic silicon primer is a composition formed by polycarbonate emulsion and an adhesive, and the content of the adhesive is 2-4% by mass percent based on 100% of the polycarbonate emulsion;

the organic silicon surface glue is a composition formed by an organic silicon leather treating agent and an organic silicon curing agent, and the content of the organic silicon curing agent is 5-15% by mass of the organic silicon leather treating agent as 100%.

In the invention, the organic silicon primer does not contain silicon, so that the PVC material of the bottom layer and the organic silicon surface adhesive are fully combined to form a stable and uniform combined layer, and the organic silicon surface adhesive is not easy to fall off; in the organic silicon surface adhesive, the organic silicon curing agent enables the organic silicon leather treating agent to form the organic silicon surface adhesive with antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant functions on the surface of the organic silicon primer layer.

Polyvinyl chloride, PVC, is produced by the ethylene process and has the major components of hydrogen chloride and carbon which decompose at high temperatures. Hydrogen chloride is a colorless gas, but has a strong pungent odor. PVC itself is a self-extinguishing material.

The environment-friendly plasticizer DOTP and dioctyl terephthalate are used for adjusting the hardness of PVC, and the PVC can be burnt when meeting high temperature or open fire or static sparks and has black smoke, thereby belonging to combustible materials.

The starch prevents the plasticizer from migrating to the surface layer and promotes the film forming property of the organic silicon material.

The barium-zinc stabilizer stabilizes the decomposition of PVC and the lubrication between the PVC and the metal roller in the processing process, and has the functions of antifogging and antioxidant on the rear surface of a finished product.

Foaming agent: azodicarbonamide. The gas is generated by decomposition in a specific temperature range, so that foam holes are formed in the product, the thickness of the product is increased, the flexibility is enhanced, and the elastic hand feeling becomes more flexible.

Foaming regulator (acrylates): modifying the cells, reinforcing the cell walls and preventing the cells from being broken down.

Aluminum hydroxide: the conventional flame retardant also has a part of the function of a filler during the adding process and in the finished product.

The high molecular polyester plasticizer prevents the plasticizer from migrating to the surface layer.

Color: according to the color required by the customer, the color cakes with various pigments are combined through experiments and are matched with the color of the sample provided by the customer.

Lining cloth: and selecting the flame-retardant lining cloth according to the samples supplied by customers, and providing the corresponding antimony-free flame-retardant requirement.

Preferably, the bottom layer material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

70-90 parts of polyvinyl chloride (PVC),

60-70 parts of an environment-friendly plasticizer,

5-8 parts of starch, namely,

2 to 4 portions of barium-zinc stabilizer,

7-9 parts of a foaming agent,

0.5 to 1 portion of foaming regulator,

5-8 parts of flame retardant agent,

15-25 parts of flame-retardant synergist,

the color is proper.

Preferably, the surface layer material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

80-100 parts of polyvinyl chloride (PVC),

25-30 parts of a high-molecular polyester plasticizer,

25-30 parts of dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP),

0.5 to 1 portion of PVC processing aid,

2 to 4 portions of barium-zinc stabilizer,

5-8 parts of flame retardant agent,

10-15 parts of flame-retardant synergist,

the color is proper.

Preferably, the degree of polymerization of the PVC in the base and facing materials is 2000 to 2500.

Preferably, a polycarbonate emulsion, type FD 500; an adhesive, which is an isocyanate adhesive, model 2655; an organosilicon leather treating agent, model GX 480; curing agent, model GX 6.

Preferably, the environment-friendly plasticizer is DOTP, the foaming agent is azodicarbonyl ammonia, the foaming regulator is acrylate foaming regulator, the flame retardant is antimony trioxide, the flame retardant synergist is aluminum hydroxide, the color of the flame retardant synergist is various color cake combinations, and the PVC processing aid is ACR.

A production process of the PVC organosilicon material sequentially comprises the following steps: the surface layer material, the bottom layer material and the lining cloth are compounded together by adopting a calendering process to form a composite material, the bottom layer material is foamed and subjected to surface treatment, and the surface treatment process route is leather surface skin feel treatment → organic silicon bottom glue treatment → drying → organic silicon surface glue treatment → drying → finished products, and the method comprises the following steps of:

s1, processing the skin feel of the leather surface,

coating a skin-feel treating agent on the surface of the base material obtained in the bottom material foaming process to perform leather surface skin-feel treatment, wherein the sizing amount is controlled to be 25-30g/m, the baking temperature is 100-105 ℃, and the time is 1-2 minutes;

s2, treating organic silicon primer

Coating organic silicon primer on the surface of the material obtained in the last step, controlling the sizing amount to be 20-40 g/m, and drying at the drying temperature of 105-110 ℃ for 3-5 minutes;

s3, organic silicon surface glue treatment

Coating organic silicon surface glue on the organic silicon bottom glue layer obtained in the last step, controlling the sizing amount to be 20-40 g/m, and drying to obtain a product, wherein the drying temperature is 105-110 ℃, and the drying time is 3-5 minutes.

The leather surface skin feeling treatment is further synergistic after the adjustment of the bottom layer material and the surface layer material, and aims to avoid the precipitation of a plasticizer, realize the coating of an organosilicon material and improve the adhesive force and the stability of an organosilicon coating after coating.

Preferably, in the surface treatment, the sizing is controlled to be uniform, and the disconnection is avoided.

The invention relates to an application of a PVC organic silicon material in the preparation of PVC decorative leather.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has the technical difficulties that how to realize friendly combination of an organic silicon coating and a leather base layer, the inventor reduces the influence of organic matters on silicon materials through multiple experiments by special leather surface skin feeling treatment and control of the precipitation of organic silicon in a leather base layer material and a surface layer material, and realizes organic combination of a semi-finished product obtained before surface treatment and organic silicon primer; by adjusting the dosage of the plasticizer and the auxiliary agent in the formula, the coating of the organic silicon is realized, and thus the product with the advantages of stain resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance is obtained.

Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention will be further specifically described below by way of specific examples. It is to be understood that the practice of the invention is not limited to the following examples, and that any variations and/or modifications may be made thereto without departing from the scope of the invention.

In the present invention, all parts and percentages are by weight, unless otherwise specified, and the equipment and materials used are commercially available or commonly used in the art. The methods in the following examples are conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.

Polycarbonate emulsion (model FD500), Silicone New Material science and technology, Inc., Dongguan;

adhesives (isocyanates), model 2655, made by Astrongya Silastic New Material science and technology Co., Ltd;

an organosilicon leather treating agent, model GX480, Silicone New Material science and technology Co., Ltd, Dongguan;

curing agent, model GX6, available from Dongguan from Silicona New Material science and technology Co., Ltd;

skin feel treating agent, aqueous skin feel delustering treating agent, model No. DY-6025-A, Zhejiang Daizian Yixin materials Co., Ltd;

a high molecular polyester plasticizer, model W8000, Zhang Jia hong Kong Diei Biochemical engineering Co.

Examples 1 to 3

A production process of a PVC organosilicon material with antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant functions sequentially comprises the following steps: the surface material, the bottom material and the lining cloth are compounded together to form the composite material by adopting a calendering process, the bottom material is foamed, and the surface is treated, and the process comprises the following specific steps in sequence:

s1, batching: weighing the raw materials of the bottom layer material according to the formula amount shown in the table 1, and mixing the raw materials at the temperature of 80 +/-5 ℃ by using a high-speed mixer to obtain mixed powder;

shaping the lining cloth: and (5) in a 15-meter oven, the temperature of 180 ℃ is once passed, and joints, width, required quantity and the like are arranged for standby.

S2, banburying and open mixing: pressing and hammering the mixed powder by using an internal mixer to prepare block-shaped powder, and further mixing and plasticizing the block-shaped powder by using a two-roll open mill;

s3, filtering and rolling: filtering the material obtained in the step S2 by using a filter to filter out coarse impurities, calendering the coarse impurities by using a four-roll calender, and compositing a surface layer material, a bottom layer material and lining cloth together according to a set thickness to form a three-layer composite material; the surface layer formulation is shown in table 2;

s4, foaming the bottom layer material, and decomposing azodipotassium amide serving as a foaming agent in the bottom layer material at a proper temperature to form a melt-bonded three-layer composite material;

s5, surface treatment:

the surface treatment process route is leather surface skin feel treatment → organic silicon primer treatment → drying → organic silicon surface glue treatment → drying → finished product, and comprises the following steps:

firstly, processing the skin feeling on the surface of the leather,

coating a skin-feel treating agent on the surface of the base material obtained in the bottom material foaming process to perform leather surface skin-feel treatment, wherein the sizing amount is controlled to be 25-30g/m, the baking temperature is 100-105 ℃, and the time is 1-2 minutes;

② treatment of organic silicon primer

Coating organic silicon primer on the surface of the material obtained in the last step, controlling the sizing amount to be 20-40 g/m, and drying at the drying temperature of 105-110 ℃ for 3-5 minutes;

the organic silicon primer is a composition formed by polycarbonate emulsion and an adhesive, and the content of the adhesive is 3% by mass percent of 100% of the polycarbonate emulsion;

③ treating the organic silicon surface glue

Coating organic silicon surface glue on the organic silicon bottom glue layer obtained in the last step, controlling the sizing amount to be 20-40 g/m, and drying to obtain a product, wherein the drying temperature is 105-110 ℃, and the drying time is 3-5 minutes.

The organic silicon surface glue is a composition formed by an organic silicon leather treating agent and an organic silicon curing agent, and the content of the organic silicon curing agent is 10 percent based on 100 percent of the organic silicon leather treating agent by mass.

In the surface treatment, the sizing is controlled to be uniform, and the disconnection is avoided.

And S6, coiling and warehousing.

Example 4

The production process of the PVC organosilicon material with antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant functions comprises the following specific process steps as in example 1, except that: the content of the adhesive in the organic silicon primer is 2 percent; the content of the organic silicon curing agent in the organic silicon surface glue is 5 percent.

Example 5

The production process of the PVC organosilicon material with antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant functions comprises the following specific process steps as in example 1, except that: the content of the adhesive in the organic silicon primer is 4%; the content of the organic silicon curing agent in the organic silicon surface glue is 12 percent.

Example 6

The production process of the PVC organosilicon material with antifouling, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant functions comprises the following specific process steps as in example 1, except that: the content of the adhesive in the organic silicon primer is 4%; the content of the organic silicon curing agent in the organic silicon surface glue is 15 percent.

In order to verify the product effect, the inventor performs scratch resistance and antifouling comparison tests on the PVC organic silicon material prepared by the invention and common PVC leather, and specific results are shown in Table 2.

The wear resistance of the PVC organosilicon material prepared by the invention is measured, the detection report is shown in figure 1, the detection index refers to QB/T2726-2005 'measurement of the wear resistance of leather physical and mechanical tests', and the detection result of the wear resistance is the phenomenon of no damage peeling. The product of the invention can keep the antifouling and scratch resistant effects for three years or more through durability tests.
