The accurate oiling device for the wind turbine generator gearbox according to claim 1, wherein the oiling pipeline is provided with a drip-proof nozzle and a high-rise oil transportation quick-insertion interface for respectively carrying out gear oil oiling on a workshop assembly fan gearbox and a tower top nacelle gearbox.

The accurate oil injection device for the wind turbine gearbox according to claim 1, wherein the liquid injection pipeline is provided with an oil suction rod for inserting a barrel, and a check valve is arranged at the bottom of the oil suction rod for inserting the barrel and used for preventing oil from flowing back.

8. The accurate oiling device for the gearbox of the wind turbine generator set according to claim 7, further comprising an electric gear pump, wherein the electric gear pump is respectively connected with the liquid supplementing pipeline and the filling pipeline.

The accurate oiling device for the wind turbine generator gearbox according to claim 8, wherein the oiling pipeline is sequentially connected with the oil outlet filter, the oiling pressure gauge, the high-precision large-flow filter, the speed regulation stop valve and the flow meter, and is used for controlling the oiling pressure, the flow rate and the cleanliness of oil products.

10. The use method of the precise oiling device for the wind turbine generator gearbox according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is characterized by comprising the following steps:

inserting the oil suction rod into the oil drum, and connecting the equipment with a power supply;

the liquid level signal of the circulating heating liquid storage tank is judged through a liquid level sensor, and when the liquid level is lower than a set value, the electric control L-shaped three-way valve is switched to a liquid supplementing pipeline, and a liquid supplementing flow is automatically started;

when the liquid level supplement reaches the upper limit of the circulating heating liquid storage tank, stopping supplementing liquid, detecting by a temperature sensor, switching the electric control L-shaped three-way valve to a circulating heating pipeline when the temperature is lower than a set value, and automatically starting to perform a circulating heating process;

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a precise oiling device for a gearbox of a wind turbine generator, which mainly comprises a liquid supplementing pipeline, a filling pipeline, an electric control cabinet and a circular heating liquid storage tank which are adjacently arranged, wherein the circular heating liquid storage tank is provided with an external pipeline which is communicated with the liquid supplementing pipeline and the filling pipeline through an electric control L-shaped three-way valve, and the filling pipeline and the external pipeline are mutually orthogonal and used for realizing the switching between the functions of liquid supplementing and filling or between the filling and the circular heating;

a drain outlet is formed in the bottom of the circulating heating liquid storage tank and used for discharging waste liquid, and a liquid level sensor and a temperature sensor are arranged inside the circulating heating liquid storage tank and used for monitoring the liquid level information and the temperature of internal oil;

the electric control cabinet is provided with an HMI touch screen and a PLC control system and is used for setting different oiling wind turbine generator models and oiling amounts, and automatic control is achieved to achieve accurate oiling.

As a further technical scheme, an oil coiling disc is arranged outside the circular heating liquid storage tank and used for accommodating a filling pipeline.

the liquid level signal of the circulating heating liquid storage tank is judged through a liquid level sensor, and when the liquid level is lower than a set value, the electric control L-shaped three-way valve is switched to a liquid supplementing pipeline, and a liquid supplementing flow is automatically started;

when the liquid level supplement reaches the upper limit of the circulating heating liquid storage tank, stopping supplementing liquid, detecting by a temperature sensor, switching the electric control L-shaped three-way valve to a circulating heating pipeline when the temperature is lower than a set value, and automatically starting to perform a circulating heating process;

after the temperature of oil meets the filling requirement, a filling process is manually started, an inner pipeline of the oil coiling disc is pulled out, an anti-leakage device is connected with a gear box or a high-rise oil transportation quick connection device and is connected with a high-altitude conveying pipeline, an electric control L-shaped three-way valve is switched to a filling pipeline, the oil is ensured to enter the filling pipeline, pressure is set according to overflow for filling, and the oil is automatically stopped when the oil reaches a set value of the oil filling amount;

and turning off the power supply, arranging the oil pipe and finishing oil injection.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) according to the invention, the gear oil is temporarily stored by the liquid storage tank with the circulating heating function, so that the temperature of the oil product to be filled can be kept at a set temperature, the influence of over-low temperature of the filling environment is avoided, and the environmental adaptability of the filling device is improved.

(2) The HMI and PLC are configured, different oil injection amounts can be set according to different oil injection wind turbine generator models, liquid supplementing, filling and heating work is automatically switched according to set values, automatic control and data storage are achieved, and product tracing and data statistics in the later period are facilitated.

(3) Dispose electronic electric gear pump and safe overflow arrangement, can accurate control filling pressure and velocity of flow, guarantee the high delivery pressure of a tower section of thick bamboo and accurate control of flow to be equipped with oil absorption filter and large-traffic high accuracy filter, effectively guaranteed the cleanliness factor of oil.

Based on the above problems, the present embodiment discloses an accurate oiling device for a gearbox of a wind turbine generator, the device includes a liquid supplementing pipeline, a filling pipeline, an electric gear pump 6, and an electric control cabinet 1 and a circulation heating liquid storage tank 2 which are adjacently arranged, the circulation heating liquid storage tank is provided with an external pipeline, the external pipeline is communicated with the liquid supplementing pipeline and the filling pipeline through an electric control L-shaped three-way valve 7 and is respectively connected with the electric gear pump, wherein the filling pipeline and the external pipeline are mutually orthogonal, because the L-shaped three-way valve can only connect two mutually orthogonal pipelines, the mutual connection of the third pipeline cannot be maintained at the same time, and only the distribution function is performed, therefore, the switching between the liquid supplementing and filling or the filling and circulation heating functions can be realized through the above arrangement.

The liquid supplementing pipeline is provided with an oil sucking rod 8 inserted into the barrel, the oil sucking rod inserted into the barrel can be customized according to the length of the oil barrel, the residual amount of oil in the oil barrel can be effectively reduced, a check valve is arranged at the bottom of the oil sucking rod inserted into the barrel, oil backflow is prevented, the utilization rate of the oil is improved, and the liquid supplementing pipeline is further provided with a flow switch, so that whether the oil barrel is empty or not can be judged, and the electric gear pump is prevented from being idle-driven.

The filling pipeline is wound on the oil coiling disc 3, the oil coiling disc is convenient to discharge and store the filling pipeline, the filling pipeline is sequentially connected with the oil outlet filter 12, the filling pressure gauge 9, the high-precision large-flow filter 5, the speed regulation stop valve 13 and the flowmeter 14, and the filling pipeline is matched with the safety overflow device 4 on the circulating heating liquid storage tank to realize the accurate control of filling pressure, flow speed, flow and oil cleanliness.

The safety overflow device is a plate-type safety overflow valve and is used for adjusting overflow pressure, so that enough pressure is ensured to realize oil injection of the fan gearbox on the tower; the speed regulation stop valve is used for regulating the filling flow rate; the flow meter is a high-precision flow meter of 5 thousandth, and is matched with a high-speed counter in a PLC control system to accurately calculate the volume of oil, so that the accurate control of the oil injection amount is realized, and the problem of filling metering is effectively solved; the cleanliness of oil is guaranteed to the setting up of high accuracy large-traffic filter and the filter that produces oil for the filling oil does not contain large granule impurity, has effectively protected the damage of high accuracy components and parts such as electric gear pump and overflow valve, flowmeter.

The filling pipeline is also provided with an anti-leakage nozzle and a high-rise oil transportation quick insertion port, wherein the anti-leakage nozzle has unidirectional sealing capability, adopts a spring type structure, has spring opening pressure generally less than 2bar, is used for filling gear oil of a fan gear box assembled in a workshop, and prevents oil from dripping to pollute the cabin after filling;

and turning off the power supply, arranging the oil pipe and finishing oil injection.
