Technical Field

The invention relates to a press bending forming device, in particular to a multi-point control flexible press bending forming device for strip-shaped pieces which are bent in an equal diameter mode or in a non-equal diameter mode.

Background

The press bending forming of the stamping equipment is an important product bending forming process. The press bending forming belongs to one-step forming, a profiling mold corresponding to an arc-shaped profile of a product piece needs to be manufactured, and meanwhile, the problem of resilience of the product piece after press bending is fully considered, and the profile of the mold is designed in a matching mode. This presents two problems: firstly, the profile design difficulty of the profiling mold is high, and the repair workload is large. The press bending forming is a complex plastic deformation process, the accurate pre-judgment of the springback value is very difficult, and the actual contour of the die can be determined only after multiple trial-manufacturing and die repairing are carried out by combining the experience of designers. If the radian of the product is greatly changed, the original mold cannot be used, and only a new mold can be cast. Secondly, the dependence on incoming material quality stability is high. The fluctuation of the cross section shape of the incoming material of the product piece and the fluctuation of the material performance can obviously influence the bending forming rebound amount, and particularly, the large fluctuation of the material performance among batches is a common phenomenon of the aluminum alloy extruded section. These problems are difficult to flexibly deal with for the traditional press bending die, and generally can only provide too severe quality requirements for upstream incoming materials, and increase the production cost of the incoming materials. In addition, the profiling mold can only be used for profiling one product piece, and has no universality for product pieces with different specifications and different profiles. In view of this, it is necessary to design a press bending apparatus with wide applicability and flexible operation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a strip-shaped piece multi-point control flexible bending forming device which can be flexibly adjusted according to the bending shape and the material performance of a strip-shaped product piece.

The invention abandons the traditional technology of bending by utilizing a profiling die, creatively designs a flexible bending forming device adopting multi-point control, and compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. the control is flexible and good in flexibility, the movement amount of each servo oil cylinder is controlled according to the molding requirement of a product piece, so that the profiling roller is pressed at a corresponding point to realize the bending molding of the product piece, and one set of device is suitable for the bending processing of various product pieces; 2. under the condition that the section-shaped outer contour of a product piece is not changed, the press bending production of products with different radians can be realized by controlling the relative position of each forming wheel, and the roller wheel die has the advantages of platformization, high universality degree and obvious cost advantage; 3. for the problem of fluctuation of the quality of incoming materials, the device has high tolerance and can be conveniently adjusted, so that the defect of repeated die repair of the traditional bending tool is overcome; 4. the device is designed in a modular mode, the whole framework is clear, and the assembly is simple. The pressing roller is convenient to replace and small in disassembly and assembly amount; 5. turning and die sinking create enough operation space for feeding and discharging, and are more convenient for realizing automatic feeding and discharging operation; 6. the press bending processing can be realized without matched press equipment.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-3, the press bending forming device comprises a base 1, wherein an upper mounting seat 3 and a lower mounting seat 2 which are arranged up and down are arranged on the base, a row of press forming mechanisms 4 are arranged in the upper mounting seat, a row of press forming mechanisms 4 are arranged in the lower mounting seat, the number of the press forming mechanisms in the upper mounting seat and the number of the press forming mechanisms in the lower mounting seat are the same, the press forming mechanisms are arranged correspondingly up and down and symmetrically, each set of press forming mechanism is provided with a press forming roller 4-7, and a control point for flexibly press bending and forming strip-shaped product pieces is formed between the two press forming rollers which correspond up and down. The upper mounting seat is hinged with the lower mounting seat, and the upper mounting seat can be opened or closed relative to the lower mounting seat. As shown in fig. 2, the right sides of the upper and lower mounting seats are hinged sides, the left sides of the upper and lower mounting seats are open-close sides, and the open-close sides are also operation sides. The open-close side is open as shown in fig. 3, and the device is used for loading and unloading. The open-close side is closed and locked, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device is bent. An opening and closing oil cylinder 5 is fixed on the upper portion of the base and is located on the hinged side of the upper mounting seat and the lower mounting seat. The hinged side of the lower mounting seat is fixed with a plurality of lower hinged plates 7, the hinged side of the upper mounting seat is fixed with a plurality of upper hinged plates 6, and each upper hinged plate is connected with the corresponding lower hinged plate by a pin shaft. The piston rod of the opening-closing oil cylinder is connected with the upper part of the hinged side of the upper mounting seat. The number of the opening and closing oil cylinders is 2-3, and the number of the opening and closing oil cylinders is two in the embodiment shown in the figure. The overturning and die sinking design of the upper and lower mounting seats creates a sufficient operation space for feeding and discharging, and is more convenient for realizing automatic feeding and discharging operation. The lower part of the opening and closing side of the upper mounting seat is provided with an upper closing side 3-1, the upper part of the opening and closing side of the lower mounting seat is provided with a lower closing side 2-1, the opening and closing side of the lower mounting seat is fixedly provided with an oil cylinder mounting seat 8, a corner pressing oil cylinder 9 is mounted on the oil cylinder mounting seat, and when the upper mounting seat and the lower mounting seat are in a closed state, a corner pressing oil cylinder piston is rotated and presses and fits the upper closing side and the lower closing side. In the illustrated embodiment, 3 corner hold-down cylinders are provided.

Referring to fig. 4, the profiling mechanism 4 is provided with a frame 4-1, a servo oil cylinder 4-3, a guide groove 4-2, a sliding block 4-5, a profiling roller mounting block 4-6 and a profiling roller 4-7. The frame is three-edge closed, one edge of the frame is open, sliding blocks 4-5 are respectively fixed on two side edges of the frame, the guide groove is fixed at the upper mounting seat or the lower mounting seat, and the sliding blocks are in sliding fit with the guide groove. The servo oil cylinder is fixed on the top of the upper mounting seat or the bottom of the lower mounting seat through a connecting flange 4-4, and a piston rod of the servo oil cylinder is connected with the frame. The open ends of two sides of the frame are respectively fixed with a profiling roller mounting block, two ends of the profiling roller are respectively supported by the profiling roller mounting blocks, and the profiling roller can rotate relative to the profiling roller mounting blocks. Two ends of the profiling roller are provided with baffle rings 4-8, the strip-shaped product piece to be bent is positioned between the two baffle rings in a matching way, the upper mounting seat and the lower mounting seat are in a closed state, and the profiling rollers corresponding to each other from top to bottom match and cover the transverse outline of the strip-shaped product piece to be bent. The bending processing of the tubular beams with different radians can be realized by controlling the relative movement position of each forming wheel for the product pieces with the section-shaped outer contour and different bending radians; and (4) for bending the product pieces with different specifications, replacing the profiling roller matched with the product pieces. The number of the profiling mechanisms is determined according to the processing requirements of the product piece, and 18 sets of profiling mechanisms are respectively arranged on the upper mounting base and the lower mounting base in the embodiment shown in figures 1 and 3.

Referring to fig. 3, when the device is used for bending a strip-shaped product piece 10, the device sets the strokes of all the servo oil cylinders according to the bending requirement of the strip-shaped product piece; the bar-shaped product piece 10 to be processed is penetrated into the core 11, the upper and lower mounting seats are opened, each servo oil cylinder is in an initial state, the bar-shaped product piece penetrated into the core is placed on the profiling roller of each profiling mechanism of the lower mounting seat, and the state of the bar-shaped product piece before bending is shown in fig. 5. In the process of bending the upper and lower mounting seats, servo oil cylinders of the profiling mechanisms on the upper mounting seat are pressed down, meanwhile, corresponding descending yielding positions of the servo oil cylinders of the profiling mechanisms on the lower mounting seat are controlled by the control device to perform coordinated actions, multi-point bending processing is performed on the strip product, and according to a preset program of each servo oil cylinder, fixed-radius bending of the product is completed as shown in fig. 6, or variable-radius bending is completed as shown in fig. 7.
