Background

In the application of the traditional industrial sorting equipment, the mechanical arm is often matched with the microcomputer control to sort the articles, however, the design cost of the mechanical arm matched with the microcomputer control is relatively high, the later maintenance threshold is high, and the cost in the practical application process is high.

Most other classification devices are complex in structure, large in occupied space and limited in use scenes, and cannot be effectively installed or operated in narrow or irregular spaces.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, it is desirable to provide a rotary article sorting apparatus with a simple structure and a low cost, which is suitable for the problems of high cost and complex structure of the conventional industrial sorting equipment.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown, in one embodiment, a rotary article sorting apparatus includes a sorting sleeve 100, a conveying hose 200, and a driving member 300. The classifying sleeves 100 have multiple groups, the classifying sleeves 100 are distributed in an annular array, the top end of each group of classifying sleeves 100 is a material receiving port, and the bottom end of each group of classifying sleeves 100 is connected with a group of conveying hoses 200.

The driving member 300 includes a driving rod disposed at the center of the annular array formed by the plurality of groups of sorting sleeves 100 and respectively connected to the plurality of groups of sorting sleeves 100 in a driving manner. The driving member 300 further includes a motor, and an output torque of the motor drives the driving rod to rotate. Typically, the motor is disposed below the sorting sleeves 100, and the driving rod extends from the bottom of the multi-group sorting sleeve 100 into the top and is fixedly connected to the multi-group sorting sleeve 100.

Particularly, the device can be used for the occasions of sorting, such as factory assembly lines, waste product recovery and the like. In use, the material receiving openings of a set of sorting sleeves 100 are positioned at appropriate locations below the conveyor belt outlet so that articles can pass along the conveyor belt outlet into the sorting sleeves 100 at the designated locations. The motor is controlled to cooperate with the conveyor belt through preset instructions, and the motor is controlled to rotate the required sorting sleeves 100 to the position below the outlet of the conveyor belt at a proper moment according to preset logic so as to receive the objects conveyed by the conveyor belt. The instructions herein are issued by an external controller and the control logic is known.

One of the sets of sorting sleeves 100 is always opposite to the discharge end of the conveyor belt, and when the objects are conveyed to the discharge end by the conveyor belt, the objects fall into one set of sorting sleeves 100 and then slide down along the conveying hose 200 to a predetermined storage position. When the subsequent objects are sequentially conveyed to the discharging end, the driving member 300 drives the plurality of groups of sorting sleeves 100 to rotate in the forward direction or the reverse direction, so that the subsequent objects respectively fall into the designated sorting sleeves 100 and slide to the designated storage positions.

The rotary article classification device is used for guiding articles in through a plurality of groups of sleeves distributed in an annular array, the driving part 300 drives the plurality of groups of classification sleeves 100 to accept the articles respectively, and the accepted articles are conveyed to a preset position through the conveying hose 200 below the classification sleeves 100.

In the present embodiment, the one-way rotation angle of the drive lever from the initial position is not more than 180 °. The transmission hose 200 is prevented from being wound due to an excessively large rotation angle.

In this embodiment, the receiving opening is a funnel-shaped opening. The opening area is increased by the funnel-shaped opening, so that the article can be conveniently received.

In this embodiment, the delivery hose 200 is a memory telescopic tube. Prevent the pipe body from being damaged due to the influence of torsion, tension and collision in the rotating and object conveying processes.

The end of the delivery hose 200 remote from the sorting sleeves 100 communicates with a storage chamber located below the respective sorting sleeve 100. The conveying hose 200 is a corrugated pipe, and in the rotating and stretching process of the object, the inner corrugated surface of the conveying hose pushes and pulls the object to prevent the object from being clamped in the pipe body.

In the present embodiment, the number of sorting sleeves 100 is n, which is a natural number. The driving rotation angle of the driving lever is an integral multiple of 360/n and not more than 180 deg.

The number of the driving rotation angle combinations of the driving rod is n-1; 360/n, 2(360/n), … (n/2) (360/n) and-360/n, 2(-360/n), … (n/2) (-360/n) + n, respectively.

The rotation angle of the driving rod is set to be integral multiple of 360/n and not larger than 180 degrees, the driving rod is more regular in rotation, operation steps are reduced, and the use is convenient and fast.
