after the cloth is taken out of the second dealkalization area, the cloth is rolled by a No. 3 heavy padder (the liquid carrying rate is 55 percent) and enters two rows of 20 drying cylinders for drying, wherein the two drying cylinders at the bottom of the second row are cooling cylinders and are used for reducing the temperature of the cloth cover;

in the cropping, the pH value of the cropping is 7, and the moisture content is 3%.

The dye solution for dyeing the modern blue comprises the following components in percentage by weight when alkali-free cold pad-batch dyeing is carried out: active emerald blue B-BGFN 0.497g/L, and jacetin dark blue BF-2GF 8.144 g/L; dyeing equipment: KUSTER evenness padder, adjusting left, middle and right pressure of padder to 0.25, 0.2 and 0.25 MPa; the tension of the tension bracket is 0.05 MPa. In order to prevent the generation of seam marks, a plastic film with the length of 2.9m, the width of 0.5m and the thickness of 15 threads can be added at the position of the circular seam type seam according to the color depth. Stacking at room temperature for 20 h; when the cloth roll is stacked, the cloth roll must keep 8r/min to rotate at a constant speed.

The soaping process after dyeing comprises the following steps: cloth feeding → water washing of the first, second and third open washing grids (40 ℃, 50 ℃, 60 ℃) → fourth and fifth soaping grids (acid low-temperature soaping agent LTS-1002 g/L,95 ℃) → sixth and seventh hot water washing (80 ℃, 70 ℃) → eighth neutralization (automatic control of glacial acetic acid adding system, pH control at 5, temperature 50 ℃) → ninth constant temperature water washing → tenth grid running cold water washing → two-cylinder drying → cloth dropping.

When the non-formaldehyde shrink-proof finishing agent and the hyaluronic acid finishing agent are finished in one bath, the working solution comprises the following components:

Dyed fabric K/S1.3065 (2 x, 6 x dye concentration K/S values 1.9066, 4.1402, respectively, indicating that at least 2/3 unreacted quaternary ammonium cations are present on the fabric)
