After the sand mold is manufactured, the sand mold to be cast is placed on the trolley and conveyed to the casting area, and the sand mold after casting needs to be conveyed out of the casting area. The existing design usually adopts two groups of conveying belts, one conveying belt is responsible for conveying the sand mould to be cast to a casting area, and the sand mould is conveyed to the other conveying belt through a conveying trolley after casting is finished.

Traditional conveying trolley can only convey the sand mould to one direction, can't realize multi-angle multi-direction sand mould transmission.

As shown in fig. 2-3, the parallel transmission mechanism 110 includes a parallel transmission rod 111 and a transmission sphere 102 penetrating the parallel transmission rod 111, two ends of the parallel transmission rod 111 are mounted on the vehicle body 100 by using bearings with seats, and the parallel transmission rod 111 is in transmission connection with the transmission device 200.

As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle body 100 includes an upper vehicle body 130 and a lower vehicle body 140, the upper vehicle body 130 and the lower vehicle body 140 are connected by a universal turntable 400, wherein the universal turntable 400 includes a steering motor 410 and a rotary disc 420, the steering motor 410 is mounted on the lower vehicle body 140 by bolts, the rotary disc 420 is connected to the steering motor 410 by a key, a rotary bearing 430 is disposed between the steering motor 410 and the rotary disc 420, the bottom of the specific rotary bearing 430 is fixed to the lower vehicle body by being closely attached to the lower vehicle body, so as to support the rotary disc 420, and the upper vehicle body 130 is welded and fixed to the rotary disc 420, so that the rotary disc 420 can control the upper vehicle body 130 to rotate.

As shown in fig. 1, the upper body 130 and the lower body 140 have a rectangular top view structure, the rotating disc 420 has a circular shape, and the diameter of the rotating disc 420 is less than or equal to the width of the upper body 130 and the lower body 140, so that the rotating disc 420 does not interfere with the conveyer belt when the sand mold is received and transferred by the carrier.
