The working principle is as follows: starting a first motor, driving a mold roller 4 to rotate by the first motor, then attaching a layer of release paper on one surface of the double-sided adhesive tape, putting the product into a circular knife discharging shaft 7, and putting the release film on a first roller 3; simultaneously feeding the release film and the attached double-sided adhesive tape into a mold roller 4, setting the step pitch of the release film to be 304.8mm, and setting the step pitch of the double-sided adhesive tape to be 38mm and 17mm for die cutting; the double-sided adhesive tape cut out by the die is then rotatably attached to the product body by a circular cutter discharging shaft 7; the degree of tightness of the release film and the double-sided adhesive tape is adjusted through the adjusting mechanism, so that the release film and the double-sided adhesive tape are prevented from being loosened, the double-sided adhesive tape can be accurately die-cut, and the normal production of products is guaranteed; the specific operation is as follows: the strip-shaped plate 8 is held by hand, the strip-shaped plate 8 is pushed to move up and down, and then the second roller 5 moves up and down, so that the degree of tightness of the release film and the double-sided adhesive tape can be adjusted; the guide rod 9 can improve the up-and-down movement stability of the second roller 5; the push rod 15 is extruded, so that the push rod 15 extrudes the oil bag 14, the lubricating oil in the oil bag 14 flows out from the oil discharge hole 16 and flows along the outer wall of the guide rod 9 and the inner wall of the first through hole 11, part of the lubricating oil can be absorbed by the sponge block 17, and then the strip-shaped plate 8 slides up and down in the strip-shaped groove 10 in a matching manner, so that the outer wall of the guide rod 9 is fully coated with the lubricating oil, the guide rod 9 is lubricated, and the relative sliding between the strip-shaped plate 8 and the guide rod 9 is facilitated; the baffle 18 completely shields the strip-shaped groove 10, so that dust and large particle impurities can be prevented from entering the strip-shaped groove 10, the sliding of the strip-shaped plate 8 in the strip-shaped groove 10 cannot be influenced, and the height of the second roller 5 can be adjusted; after the height of the second roller 5 is adjusted, the first rod 20 on the surface of the baffle plate 18 is pushed, so that the first rod 20 is inserted into the insertion hole 21, the position of the first rod 20 is limited, the baffle plate 18 is fixed on the side wall of the first supporting plate 2, and the position of the second roller 5 is fixed; after the first rod 20 is inserted into the insertion hole 21, the first magnet 22 and the second magnet 23 are adsorbed together, so that the fixing effect of the first rod 20 is improved, and the second roller 5 is fixed; the function of the cloth 24 is to prevent the scraps in the production process from entering the strip-shaped groove 10 and affecting the sliding of the strip-shaped plate 8 in the strip-shaped groove 10; because the impurities on the top of the base 1 are difficult to remove, the second motor 26 can be started at the moment, so that the second motor 26 drives the threaded rod 27 to rotate, the second rod 28 slides in the sliding groove 29 through the principle of the screw rod nut, the cleaning brush 30 slides on the top of the base 1, the impurities on the top of the base 1 can be cleaned to two sides of the top of the base 1, and workers can clean the impurities conveniently; casing 31 wraps up adjustment mechanism completely, can avoid touching bar 8 and a pole 20 by mistake in process of production, and then makes production go on smoothly.

The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 3 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
