The heavy duty vehicle clutch driven plate according to claim 1, wherein said friction plates are comprised of a plurality of separate friction plates which are circumferentially uniformly arranged and fixed on the front and rear sides of said corrugated plate, said separate friction plates are comprised of a metal base plate and wear-resistant material plates which are arranged on the surface of said metal base plate, the area of said wear-resistant material plates is smaller than the area of said metal base plate, the wear-resistant material plates of said separate friction plates on the front and rear sides are aligned, and the bottom surface of said metal base plate is closely fitted and fixed on the surface of said corrugated portion.

7. The heavy-duty vehicle clutch driven plate of claim 6, wherein both inner and outer edges of said metal base plate exceed both inner and outer edges of the wavy portion of the split wavy plate.

9. The heavy-duty vehicle clutch driven plate of claim 6, wherein said metal base plate is coated with a thermally conductive coating.

10. The heavy-duty vehicle clutch driven plate of claim 6, wherein said metal base plate and said friction material plate are provided with a plurality of heat dissipating weight-reducing holes.

Background

Heavy-duty vehicles have heavy mass and large inertia, and the structures of power parts and transmission parts matched with the heavy-duty vehicles need to adapt to the characteristics. The clutch driven plate assembly is positioned in a flywheel shell between an engine and a clutch cover, and the driven plate is adaptive to the requirements of high temperature and high torque by improving the structures and the connection modes of a corrugated plate, a damping plate, a friction plate and other parts, and the problem of keeping stable and good working conditions is the subject of long-term research in the field.

The invention aims to provide a heavy-duty automobile clutch driven disc with low inertia, high strength and high temperature resistance.

According to the heavy-duty car clutch driven disc, the waveform sheets are split waveform sheets, the connecting parts of the adjacent split waveform sheets are fixed on the surface of the inner ring by rivets in a partially overlapping mode, the riveting strength of the waveform sheets and the inner ring can be improved, and therefore torque is stably transmitted. Further optimized, the split friction plate adopts a metal base plate, and heat generated by the friction material plate can be rapidly dissipated. The area of the wear-resistant material plate is smaller than that of the metal base plate, so that heat dissipation of the metal base plate is facilitated.

The heavy-duty car clutch driven disc has the advantages of good heat dissipation performance and strong torque transmission capability, and can use the transmission of a high-power engine.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a heavy-duty car clutch driven plate comprises an inner ring 1 provided with a vibration damping structure and a corrugated plate connected with the inner ring 1, wherein a friction plate is arranged on the corrugated plate, the corrugated plate is composed of six split corrugated plates 2 uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner ring, the split corrugated plates 2 are composed of a connecting part 2-1 and a corrugated part 2-2, the connecting part 2-1 and the corrugated part 2-2 are distributed from inside to outside along the radial direction, the connecting part 2-1 is provided with a first section 2-1-1 and a second section 2-1-2 along the circumferential direction, the second section 2-1-2 is offset relative to the first section 2-1-1 along the axial direction, and a transition section 2-1-3 is arranged between the first section 2-1-1 and the second section 2-1-2, the first section 2-1-1 and the second section 2-1-2 are respectively provided with three rivet through holes 2-3, the front side and the rear side of the first section and the second section in the axial direction respectively have a flat first surface and a flat second surface, the rivet through holes 2-3 penetrate through the first surface and the second surface, the inner side of the corrugated part 2-2 is connected with the outer side of the first section 2-1-1, the front surface and the rear surface of the corrugated part 2-2 are provided with friction plates, the split corrugated plate 2 is inserted into the rivet through holes 2-3 and fixed on the inner ring 1 by rivets, the first surface of the first section 2-1-1 of the split corrugated plate 2 is tightly attached to the surface of the inner ring 1, the first surface of the second section 2-1-2 of the split corrugated plate 2 is tightly attached to the second surface of the first section 2-1-1 of the adjacent split corrugated plate 2, the rivet through hole 2-3 of the first section 2-1-1 of the split corrugated sheet 2 is over against the rivet through hole 2-3 of the second section 2-1-2 of the adjacent split corrugated sheet 2, and the overlapped connecting part 2-1 is riveted through 3 rivet holes, so that the riveting strength of the corrugated sheet and the inner ring 1 is enhanced, and the corrugated sheet cannot be broken or loosened under the torque of an engine which is 2.5 times of 600 horsepower;

in the embodiment, the surface of the split corrugated sheet 2 is coated with a heat insulating material to prevent the corrugated sheet from deforming due to heat transfer of the friction plate;

in the embodiment, the wave-shaped part 2-2 is provided with a plurality of weight-reducing gaps 5 and weight-reducing holes so as to reduce the moment of inertia and increase the firmness of the wave-shaped piece and the inner ring 1;

in the embodiment, the friction plates comprise twelve split friction plates 3, the split friction plates 3 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction, the front and rear sides of the corrugated plate are respectively fixed with six split friction plates 3 through rivets, the six split friction plates 3 on the front and rear sides are respectively aligned one by one, each split friction plate 3 comprises a metal base plate 3-1 and two wear-resistant material plates 3-2 distributed on the surface of the metal base plate 3-1, the two wear-resistant material plates 3-2 are identical in shape and uniformly distributed on the surface of the metal base plate 3-1 along the circumferential direction, and the positions of the wear-resistant material plates 3-2 on the front and rear surfaces are aligned one by one, so that the wear-resistant material plates 3-2 of the clutch are completely stressed in the engagement process, and stable torque transmission is provided;

the total area of the wear-resistant material plate 3-2 is smaller than the area of the metal base plate 3-1, the exposed surface of the metal base plate 3-1 can increase the heat dissipation performance, and the bottom surface of the metal base plate 3-1 is tightly attached to the surface of the corrugated part 2-2; the metal base plate 3-1 and the friction material plate are both provided with a plurality of heat dissipation lightening holes 4 so as to lighten the rotational inertia;

in the embodiment, the inner edge and the outer edge of the metal base plate 3-1 exceed the inner edge and the outer edge of the wave part 2-2 of the split wave plate 2, and the arrangement can ensure that the elastic buffer performance of the wave part 2-2 can be fully exerted in the clutch engaging process;

in this embodiment, the surface of the metal base plate 3-1 is coated with a heat conductive coating to improve the heat dissipation capability of the metal base plate 3-1.
