Background

The traditional cooling and lubricating system of the hybrid power transmission is supplied with oil by an engine driving mechanical pump, and the oil is proportionally distributed to cooling and lubricating oil quantities of various subsystems such as a bearing, a gear, a motor and the like by a hydraulic module.

Most transmissions of hybrid vehicles use a water-cooled drive, and a water jacket is required inside a water-cooled drive motor to circulate coolant in the water jacket, but the cooling method has the following disadvantages: the motor can only cool the iron core, the stator winding with the largest heat productivity can not be directly cooled, the heat dissipation effect of the motor is poor, the motor efficiency is low, the same power is exerted, the flow of cooling liquid needs to be increased, the temperature of the cooling liquid needs to be reduced, the performance requirements of a water cooler and a water pump are increased, the volume of the water jacket is large, the weight is heavy, and the whole weight and the cost of the transmission are increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an oil-cooled lubricating system of a hybrid power transmission, which has the characteristics of simple structure and tendency to miniaturization of a driving system.

The technical scheme for realizing the purpose is as follows:

the oil cooling lubrication system of the hybrid power transmission comprises an oil pan, a main oil way, a filter, a mechanical pump, a gear set, a first one-way valve, a heat exchanger, a first branch way and a main cooling lubrication oil way, wherein the first cooling lubrication branch way, the second cooling lubrication branch way, the third cooling lubrication branch way, a motor stator, a motor rotor, a bearing subsystem and an oil return way are arranged in the oil pan, one end of the main oil way is positioned in the oil pan, the input end of the filter is connected with the other end of the main oil way, the output end of the filter is connected with the input end of the first branch way, the mechanical pump is arranged on the first branch way, the mechanical pump is matched with the gear set, the output end of the first branch way is connected with the input end of the first one-way valve, the output end of the first one-way valve is connected with the input end of the heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger is respectively connected with the input ends of the first cooling lubrication branch way, the second cooling lubrication branch way and the third cooling lubrication branch way through the main cooling lubrication oil way, the output of first cooling lubrication branch road is connected with motor stator, the output and the motor rotor of second cooling lubrication branch road are connected, the output and the bearing subsystem of third cooling lubrication branch road are connected, motor stator and bearing subsystem are connected with back oil circuit respectively, still include the second branch road, the electronic pump, the oil pump motor, the second check valve, the fourth cooling lubrication branch road, the fifth cooling lubrication branch road, the input and the output of filter of second branch road are connected, the electronic pump sets up on the second branch road, the electronic pump cooperates with the oil pump motor, the output and the input of second check valve of second branch road are connected, the output and the heat exchanger of second check valve are connected, motor rotor is connected with motor stator through the fourth cooling lubrication branch road, motor rotor still is connected with the bearing subsystem through the fifth cooling lubrication branch road.

The invention simultaneously cools the motor system and the bearing subsystem through the electronic pump and the mechanical pump, controls the distribution of the lubricating oil through the throttling holes, has simple structure and simple control strategy, distributes the lubricating oil through each throttling hole without flow distribution of a hydraulic module, thus leading the invention to have small volume and low cost and well solving the defects of the existing cooling and lubricating system.

Referring to fig. 1, the oil-cooled lubricating system of the hybrid transmission of the present invention includes an oil pan 1, a main oil path L1, a filter 2, a mechanical pump 7, a gear set 8, a first check valve 10, a heat exchanger 6, a first branch L3, a main cooling oil passage L4, a first cooling and lubricating branch L41, a second cooling and lubricating branch L42, a third cooling and lubricating branch L43, a motor stator 17, a motor rotor 14, a bearing subsystem 15, and an oil return path L5, wherein one end of the main oil path L1 is located in the oil pan 1, an input end of the filter 2 is connected to the other end of the main oil path L1, an output end of the filter 2 is connected to an input end of the first branch L3, the mechanical pump 7 is disposed on the first branch L3, the mechanical pump 7 is engaged with the gear set 8, an output end of the first branch L3 is connected to an input end of the first check valve 10, an output end of the first check valve 10 is connected to an input end of the heat exchanger 6, the heat exchanger 6 is respectively connected with the input ends of a first cooling and lubricating branch L41, a second cooling and lubricating branch L42 and a third cooling and lubricating branch L43 through a main cooling and lubricating oil passage L4, the output end of the first cooling and lubricating branch L41 is connected with the motor stator 17, the output end of the second cooling and lubricating branch L42 is connected with the motor rotor 14, the output end of the third cooling and lubricating branch L43 is connected with the bearing subsystem 15, and the motor stator 17 and the bearing subsystem 15 are respectively connected with an oil return passage L5.

Preferably, a first orifice 11 is arranged on the first cooling and lubricating branch L41, a second orifice 12 is arranged on the second cooling and lubricating branch L42, a third orifice 13 is arranged on the third cooling and lubricating branch L43, and a fourth orifice 16 is arranged on the fifth cooling and lubricating branch L422. The first cooling/lubricating branch L41 is provided with a first orifice 11 for distributing the flow rate of the lubricating oil, the second cooling/lubricating branch L42 is provided with a second orifice 12 for distributing the flow rate of the lubricating oil, and the third orifice 13 is provided in the third cooling/lubricating branch L43 for distributing the flow rate of the lubricating oil.

In this embodiment, the gear set 8 is connected to a transmission shaft 9 of a vehicle, and the faster the transmission shaft 9 rotates, the faster the gear set 8 and the mechanical pump 7 rotate.

The structure can realize the following working modes:

the first mode is as follows:

as shown in fig. 2, when the electronic pump 3 stops working, the oil pump motor 4 drives the electronic pump 3 to work, the lubricating oil enters the second branch L2 through the filter 2 via the main oil path L1, the lubricating oil enters the heat exchanger 6 via the second one-way valve 5, the heat exchanger 6 cools the lubricating oil, and then the lubricating oil is distributed to the motor stator 17, the motor rotor 14 and the bearing subsystem 15 via the main cooling lubricating oil path L4, the fourth cooling lubricating branch L421 entering the motor rotor 14 enters the motor stator 17 and enters the bearing subsystem 15 via the fifth cooling lubricating branch L422, the motor stator 17 is cooled, the bearing subsystem 15 is lubricated, and finally the lubricating oil is collected to the oil return path L5 to flow back to the oil pan 1; since the first check valve 10 is disposed on the first branch L3, when the electronic pump 3 operates alone, the first check valve 10 prevents the lubricating oil in the heat exchanger 6 from entering the first branch L3.

The first mode is usually in a working condition of stopping to generate power, and the engine is required to be started to drive the generator to charge.

And a second mode:

as shown in fig. 3, when the electronic pump 3 stops working, the transmission shaft 9 drives the gear set 8 to rotate, the gear set 8 drives the mechanical pump 7 to work, the lubricating oil enters the first branch line L3 through the main oil path L1 via the filter 2, the lubricating oil enters the heat exchanger 6 via the first one-way valve 10, the lubricating oil is cooled by the heat exchanger 6, and then is distributed to the motor stator 17, the motor rotor 14 and the bearing subsystem 15 via the main cooling lubricating oil passage L4, the lubricating oil enters the motor stator 17 via the fourth cooling lubricating branch line L421 in the motor rotor 14, and enters the bearing subsystem 15 via the fifth cooling lubricating branch line L422, so as to cool the motor stator 17, lubricate the bearing subsystem 15, and finally, the lubricating oil is collected to the oil return path L5 and flows back to the oil pan 1. Since the second check valve 5 is disposed on the second branch L2, when the mechanical pump 7 operates alone, the second check valve 5 prevents the lubricating oil in the heat exchanger 6 from entering the second branch L2.

Mode two is typically during vehicle travel.

And a third mode:

as shown in fig. 4, when the oil pump motor 4 drives the electronic pump 3 to operate, the transmission shaft 9 drives the gear set 8 to rotate, the gear set 8 drives the mechanical pump 7 to operate, the lubricating oil enters the first branch L3 and the second branch L2 through the main oil passage L1, the lubricating oil enters the heat exchanger 6 through the first check valve 10, the lubricating oil enters the heat exchanger 6 through the second check valve 5, the lubricating oil is cooled by the heat exchanger 6 and then distributed to the motor stator 17, the motor rotor 14 and the bearing subsystem 15 through the main cooling lubricating oil passage L4, the lubricating oil enters the fourth cooling lubricating branch L421 in the motor rotor 14, enters the motor stator 17 and enters the bearing subsystem 15 through the fifth cooling lubricating branch L422 to cool the motor stator 17, the bearing subsystem 15 is lubricated, and finally flows back to the oil return passage L5 to the oil pan 1.

And a third mode: the main operation mode of the vehicle is that the flow rate of the lubricating oil in the first branch L3 is controlled by the vehicle speed, the higher the vehicle speed is, the larger the flow rate is, the flow rate of the lubricating oil in the second branch L2 is controlled by the oil pump motor 4, the higher the rotation speed of the oil pump motor 4 is, the larger the flow rate is, when the flow rate of the lubricating oil in the first branch L3 is insufficient, the rotation speed of the oil pump motor 4 can be increased to increase the flow rate of the lubricating oil in the second branch L2, so as to supplement the shortage of the flow rate of the lubricating oil in the first branch L3.
