Technical Field

The invention relates to a PCB (printed circuit board) connector assembly and a connecting process using the same.

Background

The circuit breaker is a switching device which can close, bear and break current under normal circuit conditions and can close, bear and break current under abnormal circuit conditions within a specified time, the circuit breaker is divided into a high-voltage circuit breaker and a low-voltage circuit breaker according to the application range of the circuit breaker, the existing circuit breaker PCB is usually connected in a welding mode, and a common connector is not fixedly designed generally and cannot meet the requirement of a fixed socket.

At present, the tin immersion end of a wire harness is directly inserted into a hole of a PCB for soldering and fixing, and the wire harness soldering and fixing device is complex in operation, not attractive in appearance and high in maintenance cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a PCB connector assembly and a connection process thereof, which have the advantages of convenient and quick connection, attractive appearance and low maintenance cost.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following scheme:

a PCB (printed circuit board) connector assembly comprises a PCB (1), a socket (2) and a wiring harness (3), wherein the PCB (1) is a main body; the socket is characterized in that the socket (2) is welded in a mounting hole on the PCB (1); the wiring harness (3) is directly inserted into the socket through a rubber shell of the wiring harness.

Furthermore, a fixed seat (4) is arranged at the tail end of a rubber shell of the wiring harness (3), and a plurality of buckles (5) are arranged on the fixed seat (4);

furthermore, the periphery of the socket (2) is provided with a clamping groove (7) matched with the buckle (5), and the center of the socket (2) is provided with a slot (6) for inserting the rubber shell of the wiring harness (3).

Furthermore, fixing base (4) are square, buckle (5) are established on four angles of fixing base (4).

The invention also relates to a PCB board connecting process, which connects the wiring harness with the PCB board and specifically comprises the following steps:

the socket (2) is welded in the mounting hole on the PCB (1);

the wiring harness (3) is directly inserted into the socket through a rubber shell of the wiring harness;

a clamping groove (7) matched with the buckle (5) is formed in the periphery of the socket (2), and a slot (6) for inserting a rubber shell of the wiring harness (3) is formed in the center of the socket (2);

the terminal of the rubber shell of the wire harness (3) is provided with a fixing seat (4), and the fixing seat (4) is provided with a plurality of buckles (5).

Technical effects

The technical scheme of the invention can realize the following technical effects:

1. the socket is directly inserted into the hole of the PCB and is firmly welded, and then the rubber shell of the wire harness is inserted into the socket, so that the operation is simple, the appearance is attractive, and the maintenance cost is low.

2. According to the invention, the buckle is arranged in the rubber shell of the wire harness, and the clamping groove is arranged at the periphery of the socket, so that the rubber shell and the socket are quickly fixed, and the accidental separation of the rubber shell and the socket due to vibration and other reasons is avoided.
